Worst Public Transit in the World
Rude disrespectful drivers driven by me and waived on a couple occasions will drive off if they see you running to catch the bus literally wait till u get to the door and drive off. Customer service defends them when someone complains about a driver . The only RTC personnel that anyone ever sees at the transit station is the separate security guards or drivers there is no customer information desk the security have to do it because lady’s that once in a great while come out of the back room to use restroom are ruder than the drivers and if anyone doubts it even they doubt it secret shop yourselves. You’d probably be ashamed but then again you may already know these issues I can’t believe I’m the only one to have said these things . Always late certain routes get upgrades well other routes are downgraded tons of stops no benches no cover from sun . But Maryland parkway route gets the entire route updated makes sense upgrade one route tear the others down . Also what good is this app unless you buy pass for your phone seriously nothing else is worth clicking on
add Senior Reduced Fare ID card in app
I have the Senior Reduced Fare ID stored in the app. But I don’t have a physical reduced fare ID card, as one can either have that in the app or physical card but not both. Add a feature in the app to display a virtual Senior Reduced Fare ID card to show the driver so I can buy reduced fares such as a one time ride that are not available in the app.
Had to re add card multiple times
Lots of errors adding simple card information and had to redo over and over because of app errors
Where’s the Bus?
You had an app for people to report any issues they were having with the current bus system in Las Vegas. I tried to use this app and when I sent in my concerns about how buses can be so late or just disappear completely just before they are to arrive, hut when I tried to submit it, the concern or complaint vanished. So here am again and I am awaiting the BHX SB bus and it shows the bus in my tracking, says 8 minutes away, 7, 6….and finally hits 0 and the bus just vanishes. So do tell, where did this bus conveniently disappear too? Make an app for that sometime will you?

Try to buy a pass and it keeps declining
I keep trying to buy a pass, but it declines. Doesn’t stop the charges from going through though… please fix this app

Works great you just need Apple Watch support it much easier using my Apple Watch than pulling my phone to scan the ticket screen

I’ve used this app for years and it’s pretty easy to use and convenient but I have one MaJOR issue with it. If I buy, for example, a 15 day pass but don’t active it, why does it expire in 15 days anyways??? What is the point in even having the option to activate a bus pass if the expiration is set?? I bought the pass ahead of time thinking “oh I can buy it and when I activate it THEN it’ll expire in 15 days”. No unfortunately it doesn’t work like that and it’s stupid. So I just wasted money on a 15 day pass for it to only be activated for 2 days before it expired. 🙃 Take away the activation feature it’s useless OR don’t expire my inactivated passes!!!!

Not usable at all
I do not do this. This is my first review I think ever. You cannot use this app. All but three buttons take you to the website that tells you to download the app. Then to schedule a ride you have to download another app. I made an account so I could pay online, but it doesn’t allow you to add a card. I watched the video on the website of how to use the app, and what they do in the video you cannot do in the app. This app needs a complete overhaul, and it’s a real shame. Hopefully they see this and actually try to fix it, but based on other reviews it does not appear that way.
It’s ok, but not ideal for tourist
I used this app to ride the bus around Vegas strip. I was with one other adult and child. There are a few issues with this app using tap to go functionality- you have to first load money onto the app, so you may end up loading more money than you will use. Second, you can’t buy multiple trips with the same device at one time which meant the other adult needed to set up their own payment on their phone and the kid who had no phone I couldn’t pay for at all with my phone if I used it for myself so we resorted to cash for him.

Bus drivers don’t even follow the schedule
Buses pass by way too much. PEOPLE HAVE JOBS TO GET TO AND RELY ON THE BUS! And some bus stops are too far apart.
Stop 6688 opened closed so confuse.
So I called the number it says next stop 15 min. Website says nothing currently coming. Did see a bus earlier today but only once.

Awful
Rtc sucks. The app is outdated - no option to scan a card or use google pay is ridiculous. Clunky and hard to negotiate - it’s almost like they don’t want my money. The kiosks at the stops along the strip say they only take cash but then none of them work so you’re forced to use this terrible app.
The app is great, but!
I just bought a 15 day pass that I wasn’t really going to start using until Monday. This is a heck of way to find 3 days will be for nothing. Why is it so hard to purchase a pass in advance?
Easy to use and did its job
I downloaded this app to travel around Vegas, and it helped me do exactly that.
Verbally abusive diver
Verbally abusive diver took one last night where a grown man yelled at a student for only paying the $1 me and a few others defended the girl and suddenly the driver wasn’t so big and tuff. Not only was he late but very hateful towards people trying to get on (Charleston but took place at 11:28 pm)
Had a great experience during our short trip
Was pretty easy to use and very affordable for trips around the strip and back to airport 👍🏽 the bus was always super cold and drivers were nice. App never had any hiccups during our short stay.
Useless
I found this app utterly frustrating and useless, time consuming and confusing. It’s as if they WANT you to take an Uber or rent a car.
Absolutely useless app
All I need from this app is to buy and use bus passes and it can’t even do that. Everytime I use any card to pay for a pass it says that it can’t process my payment. I seldom carry cash on me so having to scramble for cash everytime I use the bus (around 4 days a week) is very inconvenient.

Error changes
The charge me three times for residential 24 hour passes which is 5 dollars each and never gave me the passes and now wont refund me the 15 dollars
