Broken for AC
App is normally great but stopped working for ‘Do and See” for Atlantic City. Can’t see any restaurants although it worked fine last week.

Never offered a single thing for being a hosted vip and diamond elite not even the monthly tier bonuses.

It will not allow me to open this app nor am I able to get return call from host to ask about booking any trips or how to use the so call comps that come w tier credits I’ve ask more then once seems I was told I’m not important enough to get a call back i certainly do love Caesar’s and all employees I’ve met they are great I’m just not sure on how to utilize the benefits of levels on rewards in fact the wrap up gifts I’ve tried to use and never was able to do so and of course now they are invalid and I feel like I’ve wasted all the good comps due to lack of knowledge about who or how to get the best benefits on the services thank you

Offer page not working in App
For the last week i have not been unable to see my offers. The page is blank. I have deleted app and reinstalled many times. Please fix
Useless
App does not work. It will not verify email. It gives an error and says “well this is embarrassing” it sure is! And when it tries to verify and fails the cancel button is broke. You have to quit the app and start over. It will not look up your existing reservation. Nor will it allow you to make new reservations as your email will not verify. Not a great start to our trip. Should have booked elsewhere.

Not sure what happened here. Been trying to book a room for weeks, but the reservation calendar never loads. Super frustrating.
Please fix
After the latest update the app no longer shows how many tier credits are needed to get to the next tier. It says platinum status pending when I know I’m close to diamond status.

Been trying to update my address in the app several times it says thank you changes have been saved and it keeps reverting back to the old address so I do not receive your pieces in the mail. My cops have been wiped out total garbage.

Slow and crashes repeatedly
For a few month now the games barely run and then the app crashes. Crashes multiple times during 10 spin bonus round. Thought some of the recent updates would fix it but it seems to be getting worse. Don’t see it’s my phone (even though it is a few years old) since the other 3 apps I use (playing some of the same games) run perfectly and are not slow or crash.
Not working
Never had a problem with this app and thought it was pretty good until the latest update. The app doesn’t work now can’t even get into the app. Tried to uninstall and reinstall that doesn’t work.

App doesn’t always work
The app is very hard to use especially when trying to book an offer. Some offers are no problem; while clicking on other offers my phone appears to have technical difficulties. My phone is not the issue. Just in case I have restarted it several times and it does nothing to help. My husband has the app as well on his yet has no issues whatsoever.
Doesn’t live up to other Casino apps
Fails to give the $$ amount of free play you’ll be receiving. All other casino apps tell you how much up front.
Latest Revision is User Hostile
The latest revision sucks big time. The Offers page went from a user friendly calendar interactive screen to a pointless grid based user hostile screen that only shows 4 offers at a time and forces multiple clicks to see more offers. Not only that, it no longer interacts with your calendar. Grid displays are meant to allow additional information with icons/images. These grids do nothing, look ugly and provide less information. I don’t know why they killed a perfectly good app. So disappointed.
No Folio from Past Stays?
Every single hotel stay app has the ability to pull past stay folio - why can’t this one? Now have to spend time asking for it. Please add this feature.

Not working properly
Every time I go into the app on my iPad, it starts to load and than flips to my Caesar’s card and I can’t do anything.
Can’t book a room
The app doesn’t allow to book a room. It just keeps on spinning when looking for rooms. I restarted my phone several times and it still doesn’t allow to book any room in any hotel. They need to fix it because they loosing money and customers.

Can’t access the app
I am able to access caesars.com but cannot on the app. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it says “We are experiencing some problems right now. Please check your connection and try again. If the problem persists, please check back later.” This has been going on for two days.

Fix your app for hotel stays
It’s mostly great, but when you try to book concurrent hotel stays, it doesn’t work. For example, if I want to stay at one hotel from May 1-3, and then another from May 3-5, it won’t let me. It doesn’t understand that I’m checking out on May 3 and so it’s ok to book a new place for the night of may 3

Missing sales
Every time over the last few weeks I have tried to open the “stay” portion of this app, nothing will load. It’s crazy that on the section of the app you go to spend money it simply doesn’t work… needs to be fixed asap.
Love this app but
We live in the UK and visit Vegas twice a year and this app is brilliant. I love the facility of being able to view all the different restaurants and look at the menus as well as being able to book a table through the app. The one area of this app that needs to be sorted out is deletion of offers that I’m not interested in. Although there is a facility to delete the offers I don’t want they always seem to magically escape the trash bin and re-appear when I next view this section of the menu. All in all as a dedicated Total Rewards fan I find the positives of this app far outweigh this one negative and I would happily recommend to anyone.
