SAVE YOURSELF - DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Save yourself the headaches and do not download this app. Just use the web. Read the recent reviews. I made the mistake of not checking them first and only looking at the high overall rating. I went through the “sign in” workflow on my iPhone, not “sign up” and the app generated a new account number and orphaned my long standing account number. Now I can’t sign in anywhere with it. I visited the promotions desk at Hard Rock AC and they did not have the facility to help me. They gave me the number for customer care and they couldn’t help me. Customer Care gave me the email address, which sent me an automated email saying it would be 3 days before they would get back to me, and if I need immediate assistance use the previous methods instead. A circular loop with only the smallest hope of ever getting this resolved. The in person rep. told me these issues have been going on too long. As others have stated, there is no way this was properly coded or tested. Where I come from, releasing something like this means job loss for multiple responsible parties. If that had happened a new competent team would have resolved these issues by now. The first step being, roll back to the last working release.

U wallet registration
The U wallet registration does not work from the app and no one knows how to fix it.
App not working
I used the app while playing at a sister casino, even uploaded funds prior to my visit with no issues. When I tried to access again I got the message “ your maximum limit has been reached please enter a different amount or visit the Casino cage for further assistance. Went to the cage and a cashier provided me with a phone number to contact a representative. The representative took my contact info and said someone would reach out to me. It’s been more than 24 hours and no one has contacted me, AND I tried once again to add funds to my account and received the exact same message as before.
Update
After I updated the app the app went into Spanish mode. Not sure how to set it back to English. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking my language settings on my Iphone And nothing. Other than that the app has been working fine for me!

At first the app worked. Now I am unable to see my transactions. Doesn’t show me my play or free play. Opening page all text is missing. Still needs more work and bugs fixed.
Daily transactions
This app does not track and/or does not show my daily transactions. Not sure if other users have the same issue but I know my wife has the app and her daily transactions do show on the app. They need to fix this problem.

30 years of playing.
We enjoy the casino. Nice place. Got to say we sure miss the food court…was the best pizza ever. Would like to suggest rewards given to players that only spend around $1000 a month also. Maybe a comp dinner or some free play given to players? Lots of games and normally has availability without a wait. Very clean and nice staff.
Poor rewards
The app has a lot of bugs and is very intrusive to privacy. A lot of spam emails as well. As for the Tampa casino location. Too many kids running around and a lot of ghetto people as well. The bathrooms are poorly kept, there is always something broken in the facility. RTP is horrible and has gotten worse. They are taking out all of the decent RTP games and replacing with high viability games that aren’t fun to play. The free play is fair the first time signing up and goes downhill from there. Spending a couple thousand dollars will get you $25-35 dollars “free play” As far as friendly wait staff, I have spent several hours and can never get a drink unless I go to the bar. And doing that you loose your machine because it’s so crowded. The cleaning crew gets in your personal space constantly. They also crank the music up to a level so loud you have to scream at the person next to you for them to hear you. Around 10PM. And again, all the kids come out to party at that point. I have been gaming for over 3 decades and have to say this is one of the worst I’ve seen in all my travels. And just a suggestion, raise the standards a bit Tampa Hard rock is quickly becoming like the ghetto cruise.
Problems
When you try to see what promotions are available at a particular venue you want to visit. There is no way to separate other venues. This has caused me to patronize a venue and falsely thought I was getting a perk that was at another venue. Is it bait and switch? Or is the IT department that incompetent?
Amazing Place
Unity by hard rock is an amazing. The program is very generous. The staff could not be nicer. The locations are great. It is “Simply The Best.🎶”

This app could have more options and better offers to online gameplay. Besides that it’s easy to use and fun way to earn tier credits.

Decent app but misleading
There are offers that randomly pop up but you’ll see offers saying available in all Florida locations then get to one and the dealers, cashier, and players club never heard of it and don’t know why it’s says I have the offer in the app. Yet in my group of 5 friends I go with we all have the same offer in our unity apps. In specific; the “cash club- stay in the game” offer to buy chips at tables with debit or credit card”

Transactions never post so you have no idea why you’re earning while you play or what you’ve used when you use points
2 factor stinks
This new 2 factor identification system is not good. My bank doesn’t even do this. Every time I try to log in I have to go to a new page for a code. Enough. Your app is not that important to have all this security. Can I opt out and just use a Face ID?
Make it Global
Make the apps more user friendly for global client. I am from Asia and I was expecting if I can search shop from other countries. All I can see is shop from US.

My wife and I wish you would do the 5X unity points and the 5X tier points on some weekends we come on the weekend because we both work fro Pittsburgh it would be nice to help the people that live further away and not only the people from Jersey and Philip we go past 7 casinos to get to hard rock we love hard rock would be nice to get a few perks once in awhile thank you for your time Mike
