I’m 81 and take buses regularly
I moved from Seattle in 2020 and was advised to sell my car. I objected but trusted I would be able to get around on my own. MTS has been so much better than I imagined. Truly, I do not need a car. No more maintenance and gas, looking for and paying parking. I go to the gym, movies, downtown events, pt Loma, fashion and mission malls. The #83 is my favorite. Sante Fe station, through Little Italy, mission hills and into Old Town. Next is #10. An 8 minute walk to the bus that leaves every 10-15 minutes and goes to trolly stations-that go everywhere. I sing MTS praises to anyone who will listen. Thank you
You won’t give me the real information
The train is coming over here in few minutes minute and transit says the train is coming in 25 minutes that’s not real
Good app
This app is really good but the bus times are a bit off. I feel like it would be a good idea if the bus driver had a Go app so that even is there isn’t any go riders on the bus, the bus times wouldn’t lag.
Paywalled main features
They moved route schedules behind a paywall. Crazy choice.
prioritize route
it's a good app, but it has one big flaw. it will quite often set a route with one or two connections to another bus or buses. A simple parameter to remove those other connections would be great. I know I can make adjustments to my walking speed and walking distance, but that doesn't seem to work very well.
Great app, best transit one I’ve found
Love the app and the company. Seems very user friendly and user forward. Most reliable app I’ve seen when it comes to timings and routes.
Why do we have to have the premium version of the app to change the icon and colour of the app
I don’t understand why you have to have the premium version of the app to change the icon and colour of the app because people should be able to change it without having to pay for it and i think it’s just ridiculous
Detour
This app is great! Has all the features of a transit app and more! It uses crowd sourcing to make the arrival times more accurate. One thing I wish transit did is display the detours in the map.

This is accurate at all! No live map, and not correct time! You are on your own. It makes you confuse!

every time I try to save a location like home or work, the app crashes :(
Hidden fees
Dabus2 is supposedly being removed so that this app can take over. looking up the app nothing informs you about paying fees for better access. Without such access information is limited and more frustrating to use. You cannot look up a bus stop number without being a Royale member. You only have so many opportunities to look for a route before it limits you. Not very happy. Why do we need to pay for viewing public transportation arrival/ departure times.
App is ok
The app is fine it’s the Las Vegas RTC that sucks it lists this on its app as the schedule . But denies any responsibility and no connection of your bus pass doesn’t work if you buy it here instead of their app. I waited 5 hrs for a bus home and never saw a cancelled or. Skipped time they whole time . Matter of fact I’ve never ever seen it used here on any of the routes I’ve used in this app they just don’t show. 2 nights ago me and coworker waited 2 hrs and every 30 mins it would count down until the time passed and no bus showed so it’s a guideline here not a schedule
Best app for transit navigation
This is the first time I review an app and it’s because it really is a game changer, I love it and would love for more apps to be like this
Inconsistent and Deceptive
The app will send you to "scheduled" rides that never actually show, in order for usage of this app to be consistent you need to take a look at the wifi symbol at the top right of a ride. That means it's actually in action and you should prioritize those times if possible. On the other hand, if you do not have a choice in the times you take the bus you will be late by 30-60 minutes because the app told you a ride was active when it wasn't. To fix this, please add a feature where someone can't add a "scheduled" ride to their transit plan or be more transparent about when someone is taking a ride that likely will not have a bus at the scheduled times.
Amazing, one of my favorite apps
This app is great for navigating the transit systems of different cities. I’m traveling a lot without a car and this app has made exploring cities much easier and more fun than Maps. It was the only reason I caught a south shore train arriving from Midway airport. Conventional guidance is to connect at Millennium station, but I would have missed it. Transit showed me a connection from the CTA orange line to Van Buren street, and I barely made it! Saved 3 hours of my day. My only real problem with the app is the walking directions. The way the map is shown it is difficult to see which direction to walk in and where to make turns. I switch to Google Maps for walking instead. I have to search for the station name, double check it’s the same location, and then start walking. I’m hoping that this can be improved, or possibly add a button to open where you’re meant to be walking to in another map app.

The buses don’t show up when they’re supposed to. Always late, some days by just a few minutes, some days by just a few hours! The bus’s location doesn’t even show up on the app half the time either! It makes me want to not even pay fare anymore!

To broke to catch the bus now
Bus prices inflated and then they took away the free royale for the people who did that quiz i can't afford to catch the bus anymore and transit wants me to pay so I can plane trips and look for busses and times before getting to my location

Times are always off and it costs to much
Just as I said in the title it always changes the times of arrival as they come so I’m either waiting for the bus for and extra 15 minutes or I miss it. With this added to the fact that I have to pay to see all the bus lines it’s kinda useless.
Incorrect times and glitched software.
I keep missing my bus to work because it tells me to leave at a certain time (I.E this morning was siting at the table waiting to leave, the "Leave at" time kept going up. 8 minutes, 9 minutes, etc) and when I finally went to leave, the bus i needed already passed on the map. So i closed and opened the app again (mind you i did that already like 4 times cause i always triple check my schedule.) and when i opened the app it still didn't show the correct time.

My first journey
I am a Tourist from India staying at Page road with my daughter. One month here in Nashville . Yesterday, travelled to Downtown in the no3B bus and it was a wonderful experience. The lady Bus driver was very helpful to this first time traveller
Keeps bugging for subscriptions
This App uses the users to improve the accuracy the transit yet it keeps bugging to subscribe. If you use us dont ask us to pay. Currently consider to erase it and use other Apps

Looking at this App for the first time, and trying to find out the leaving times for departures from Lilydale, Victoria to Blackburn, Victoria is a fair headache. eventually gave up in despair. 😫

Previous version was better
The last update is not so much, as when u click on a transit to check the next bus, one won’t be able to see anything else. Earlier we had all the available options right in front to select an alternate route. If one had that much time to keep playing around the app, then why would they even see for the next transit.
An unfortunate downhill turn.
I’ve been using this app for years, I pay for a subscription because of how good it is. But, they’ve released an update that has dropped this app’s quality immensely. From trips insisting I’ve missed busses that haven’t even come yet, to ending my trip early when I’m nowhere my destination, there has been a significant downgrade in quality. I’m hoping it’s just a hiccup, but as of writing this (August 18, 2026) there’s been no improvement. Quite unfortunate that it’s become so unreliable.
