Hard to complete transactions with Apple login
As others have reported, you need to complete your transaction fast before it invalidates your session if you’re using Apple ID. Hopefully you aren’t in a hurry or have poor connection! It’s very annoying.
Title
Good, functional app that lets you pay for parking. Only downside is you have to go through like five layers of protection literally every time you want to use it… sometimes you have to go through it again even when you have an active session. I just want to park real quick, I’m not entering nuclear codes.
Auto logs me out
Every time I use the app it will auto log me out and say Oops something went wrong!
Please stop logging us out
This app was great, but now I have to log in Every. Single. Time. It’s so frustrating. It won’t even log in via Face ID. I have to go through a three step process and get an email from Google every time I park. Seriously, fix it.

THE WORST PARKING APP EVER
This parking app is so bad. All it does is sign you out 6 times before it actually lets you purchase. The apple sign in feature needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY.
Decent app, but some basics are broken
The app works pretty well for parking day-to-day in the city. But more often than that I need to pay a second time because Apple Pay fails to complete a transaction and it mysteriously logs me out directly after paying, which is annoying.
Payment and kiosk issues
It always says “unable to process payment” with my card that works and sometimes the kiosks are broken so I’m out of luck!
Decent app
Great for parking but the login issue is terrible and hasn’t been fixed the last few years I’ve used it. It’ll sometimes take 3-4 times to login and once you pay it’ll immediately log me out and say “Wong login or password”, which isn’t something I want to see after I pay for it.

Does not work
Logs you out after every transaction, sometimes before you even complete the transaction. Has been this way as long as I’ve used it. They just release updates to reset the bad user reviews, apparently they don't fix bugs.
Signs out
App keeps signing out when I am trying to pay for parking. It is very annoying and time consuming. If I had another option I would take it
When it works, it’s great
This app makes parking easy! At least if you’re in Minneapolis. Changing payment methods doesn’t seem to work, though, except by reordering them in settings. Signing in with Apple also is messy, the app signs you out repeatedly.
Wish this was everywhere
Super easy to use. Happy I can use it remote if I need to help a family member pay for parking

Great App, Just Needs Better Session Management
I really love this app overall. It’s accurate, easy to use, and I appreciate having a digital parking option instead of searching for a pay station or dealing with cash and coins. I also love that it’s connected to iCloud, making sign-in and account access quick and convenient. My only frustration is that the app seems to time out very quickly. For example, if I need to switch to another app to check my bank balance or if a payment doesn’t go through because I selected the wrong card or don’t have enough funds, the app signs me out. When I come back, I have to log in all over again, which can be stressful when you’re trying to pay for parking quickly. It would be great if the app could stay active in the background a little longer and only sign users out after they’ve been inactive for an extended period or after they’ve intentionally closed the app. That one improvement would make an already great app even better.
Not perfect
The app is fine when parking, but if you have extra hours left and you move to another space in the city, it does not allow you to change the space #. In fact, I was ticketed when parking at another location without being able to change the space. (I was able to get the fine removed). Software flaw in my view.
Why an app
NO CAR PLAY! App doesn’t work with phones password manager so you have to type in your password while you’re driving around to find a spot.

Hate that this just another way to bleed money, no way to pay forward for the next car or anything. But that’s the world now. Not sure why I am forced to use 2 factor authentication, it’s beyond annoying.
Greedy nobodies
This app is stupid to charge a fee for using the app. What a joke.
Crashes on every use
After you pay and leave the app it crashes and logs you out every time without fail. It’s a shame i need it or I would’ve deleted it
Easy to use, but logs me out
The app is very easy to use, however, every time I pay for a spot, it logs me out. Because of this, I have to go back into the app to double check if my payment was accepted.
APP is ALWAYS TWEAKING
please fix the app, it would be perfect if it didn’t keep breaking every two seconds and logging you out. You have to try 3 times at least before you can pay for the parking.
Probably my least favorite app
Logging in is a nightmare. It constantly logs you out mid transaction and just randomly. I regularly have to log in multiple times just to pay for my parking.

This was the most terrible app that I’ve ever experienced. There’s some software engineering that needs to be ratified. It is not user-friendly and whoever came up with it should go back to the drawing board. It’s very time-consuming and by the time you figure it out you do want to get in your car and leave and wonder why anybody lives in Minneapolis.
Frustrating
This app is frustrating to use when you’re actually trying to park. It logs me out far too often, which is the last thing you want when you’re rushing to pay for parking before heading to an appointment or event. Having to sign back in every time wastes valuable time. Another major usability issue is that when entering a parking spot number, the app brings up the full keyboard instead of a numeric keypad. Since parking spot IDs are numbers, this should default to the number pad. It’s a small detail, but it makes the process slower and more cumbersome than it needs to be. The app works when everything goes right, but the overall user experience feels underdeveloped. A few basic quality-of-life improvements would make a huge difference.
App keeps crashing
App crashes right after I try to confirm payment. I’ve done it successfully for the past years. This has been a frequent issue as I work in downtown. I end up paying at a kiosk - which takes a lifetime to complete the transaction. Please fix these issues. Thanks.
Never works
Whenever I try to pay it tells me the service is temporarily unavailable. Its been months. Deleting and reloading does not work. Setting up different accounts doesn’t help.
