I just parked for 1hr then They charge me for 24hr $55 without using for 24hr and when I contact them they said “you should stop the app, nothing to do right now and will not refund. Even the app is Complex, they fill you a lot of thing in the app

Poor user experience
This is admittedly in part user error, but I am not a fan of having to manually end the sessions. ParkMobile’s pre payment makes way more sense. As a first time user, I hurriedly had to download the app to park somewhere, and was unexpectedly charged for an entire day’s parking because I didn’t understand the system. This is a service that customers do not want to spend time thinking about. Setting a prepaid time and forgetting about it just makes more sense.

my town is forcing this app on people. i am now being forced to pay $12 A DAY to park at MY JOB!!!!! yep, that’s $60 a week to go to work! what a joke. get this app deleted.
NWP Parking
App works well. Good GPS. Just wish it had a most recent/main parking lot setting for standard commuters. Seems like you have to sift through the map to find your lot if you’re not in it.

I wanted to pay for parking in Bronxville, NY. I’m sure Pango could easily build a website — but no, they make me download their badly designed app. Kludgy to use, too much personal info required. Will delete promptly.

Be careful with subscription
This is one of the few apps that makes you pay a subscription that does not show on your iPhone under subscriptions. I canceled once I figured it out after paying 99c per month for I-don’t-know-how-long
Need longer time…
Need more time to park by the Lawrence/Presbytarian Hospital. I brought my 5 yo granddaughter to the ER and I am now here for the past 2 hours and the max time in my spot was 2/30 slots of time. Therefore, the app would not let me back in, bc of the rules here in Bronxville. I am praying not to have a ticket. Tried again after several minutes and it allowed me back in. I pray and hope for the best. For my grand too. ✌🏾&💛

Another wallet app
Requires you fund their stupid wallet in preset increments. Smallest is 15. You might never use their app again to park, and your remaining money is stuck. Maybe you can call and get in back, but what a PITA. Who has time for that. I guess they get to save on card processing costs and keep a lot of users’ money. Shameful and outdated idea. Dumb.

Faulty GPS
I typed in the correct according to the meter and was charged for a long term meter across the street. I canceled immediate and they charged me for the day anyway. Bring change for the meters. Do not use Pango.

Forcing a balance is extremely is scammy.
I don’t appreciate being forced to add a balance, wait 20 days for a refund, and then be charged 5% for said refund. Scammy and a lot of wasted time and energy.
