Very difficult to use this app took me two nights in order on being able to charge my car
EV chargers
Seaside Oregon, the charge Stations was out of order. I had to call for support technician to assist. The application was hard to use. It took me an hour to finally connect the charge. So frustrated. And the technician was not so patient.

Doesn't matter
Horrible. Wasted so much time two problems number one every blink station. I tried it wouldn't work wouldn't charge. I have the right connector. That's not the problem number two you even list charging stations that are in places like a car dealership that aren't available to people who aren't working at the car dealership. It's really inconsiderate when people are rushing to get to a charger before they run out of charge only to discover that it's not there or it's not available to anyone else.
Difficult to navigate
I recently stayed at Terra Luna resort at Universal Studios and they had Blink chargers in their parking lot. First of all, the app could not locate those particular chargers even though I was literally standing in Front of one. I had to find the serial number and type it in Secondly, it is NOT a supercharger and was going to take 6+ hours to complete the charge and would not have been finished until 4:00am. It was unclear if idling charges would apply and I was not about to wake up at 4 in the morning while I was on vacation, so I got in my car and drove 6 minutes to the nearest Tesla supercharger. Much less headache. 20 minutes of my life I will not get back.
Difficult to start
Charging post did not sense my mobile phone pay so had to go to a WiFi location and download the Blink app to put in a card to use the station.
Fast speed - need to identify units better
Add 100 miles of range in under 10 minutes, great speed. The only downside is pulling up to eight different stations and not sure which unit was which.
Why no Apple wallet
Why the heck are you not able to add the blink card to your Apple wallet? This will be a 1 star until this most basic feature is added. Why should I have to carry an RFID card around?
Disappointed
Charging very slow. Stopped during charge. Had to call service number who reconnected with little explanation of problem at charging station. Previous attempt to charge at Burton Barr library impossible. All screen’s unreadable and station not maintained
Ok for Tesla
From 23% to 98% took over 5 hours and cost over thirty five dollars. Eek!

Funcionan muy bien, cargadores nuevos, no encontraba donde cargar mi tesla, hasta que por casualidad llegamos ahí pero si hay que considerar que debes tener tu adaptador J1772 y que no es carga rápida para que cargara un 20% tardo unas dos horas
Almost never works
My apartment has chargers that use this app. Over two years, I can count the number of times this app has worked on the first try on one hand. Literally the least functional technology I’ve ever used in my life.

So much time to just pay for service! This is insanely painful

Experience left me frustrated
Expensive. QR Code didn’t work. Apple Pay didn’t work. Credit card didn’t work. Finally got it to start charging by finding the station manually on the app map. The cables lying piled on the ground are unsightly.
Mostly good
The app is good but has a couple annoying bugs. It always notifies me that charging has stopped after a just started charging. A charging started notification might come before or after. Also it’s confused sometimes about whether the charger is plugged in. Other than than seems good. It would be nice if it didn’t bury private chargers behind a few buttons.

The charging would just stop every hour or and then restart, sometimes on its own and sometimes after touching the blink app.

Waste of time
Everything went wrong with trying to set up an account while at a charger. It was like their technology was created 15 years ago and then abandoned. Never got it to work; the only thing that seemed to work was providing my credit card information. So suspicious.
Paiement
Need to get an account and deposit $ amount prior charging. Not practical when on business to claim. Ie: You pre-deposit $40 on your account with commercial credit card but final charged is $35. The receipt does not match the consumption.

Too Expensive!
I was charged about $7.50 (with fees) and the charging station only gave me about 15 miles worth of charge. This is double the price of what I would pay for gas in my car. Do not use Blink. Stick to Charge Point!
