They removed Baltimore. So I haven’t been able to use the app. I had to download pay mobile. That sucked
Horrible
Unnecessarily cumbersome and unintuitive to use. Requires unnecessary amounts of data for something that should take less than 10 seconds to do. I ended up paying using quarters.
Stick on the payment process
Please fix the bug when user tries to pay but instead of Apple Pay block user sees loader Contecting to the bank … I needed to restart the application to finally pay.
Annoying on iPhone
I hate having another app. Plus, the session was over hours ago and it is still showing in the top of my iPhone (by the front camera) which irritates me. I can’t find a setting to turn it off.
Forever lock screen notification
Even 3-4 hours after parking expired, and having tapped back into the app, the app notification still stays on the lock screen. Same after turning off notifications

Excellent system. So easy to use the app. Saves having to look for and use a pay point.
Worst parking app
This app is completely unusable. I have traveled to more than 50 countries and never in my life I have seen a worst app. Not even in developing countries

This app gets soooo glitchy - I routinely have to uninstall and reinstall it to connect to payment or not error out - even got parking ticket because of this

Excellent outil facile et très pratique
Terrible parking app
Doesn’t work. We are on vacation in a new city. I downloaded the app and it is not intuitive. It wanted us to enter a parking zone and we could not find a parking zone. So then the app requested we enter the address of where we were parked. We were not from the city and have no idea what the address is. Once we finally figured the address then it wasn’t obvious to figure out how to pay for a couple of hours of parking. Finally, I went to pay and it declined my Apple Pay twice. After 20 minutes, we gave up and decided not to park here. Quite possibly the worst parking app I have used. I travel for work and use ParkMobile and ParkWhiz. I did not have an issue with either of those apps.

Can double dip
The app doesn’t check if the parking has already been paid for if you try to pay from another account for the same date, license plate, and zone which will lead to doubling of charges for that vehicle. Strange that the developer hasn’t implemented a simple check like that.

fix your app it takes over a min to load every time i open it. might as well walk up to the meter
Woeful app
The app simply doesn’t let you pay for parking or car charging. So it’s completely pointless. Don’t waste your time trying to use this it.
Sends you in a terrible loop
Most bad apps are just annoying. This one will get you a $50 ticket when it constantly asks you to verify over and over again and then just fail. Using it in Minneapolis and suddenly wishing for meters that took coins. More like NoBird!
Resign in everyday
It’s a great app, smooth and user friendly. Many great options but having to sign in every single day is annoying
Payment sucks
I have to remove my card and then re enter the info to get it to work. Support says it’s on my end but my card works everywhere else. What a hassle

Aplikacja ma fajne, nowoczesne GUI i przyjemny proces płatności. Nie wiem jednak czemu, piersze uruchomienie uśpionej apki to dramat, jakby ładowała niewiadomo co po sieci, a ja masz słabsze łącze na mieście to już zapomnij. Myślę, że twórcy powinni nad tym popracować.

Why make things harder?
I always wonder why apps make changes that make it harder to do the thing you use the app to do. They used to have parking areas marked on a map and you could choose the one closest to you. Now it seems you have to remember a number at the place you parked your car. Why? Why not just make things easier? Why make them harder? Now I have to walk back to the car to find the number where it used to be that I could find an area nearby on the map and mark that as my parking area.
Annoying
Takes longer to pay for parking than it should. Have to go through multiple authentications with emails and phone. Credit card expiration have to start all over. Frustration!

Semplice da usare anche se non ho capito due cose: - come si fa terminare un parcheggio e recuperare il credito? - come si chiude l’app he continua a dare notifica che la sessione di sosta è terminata anche a telefono spento? Ho dovuto disinstallare e re installare l’app Grazie
The dumbest parking app
If you sign in with Apple ID and you get logout it's impossible to sign back on The emails sent to reset password are useless they never arrive. Typical A.....incompetence.
Check the parking machine
Good for convenience but check the tariffs on the machine where you parked. I used the app for overnight parking in Sarlat, France then checked the app for another hour the next morning. It wanted another 26€! I got a ticket out the machine for 1 hour’s free parking. Merci.

Ne fonctionne pas bien avec un IPhone, j’ai l’impression d’avoir un produit Bêta, plante dans raison et ne fournit pas assez d’informations sur les raisons qui empêche le bon fonctionnement.

Very good app. Takes your money in just about 5 sec. From the time you open the app. Somehow it doesn’t always show my location but after reloading the app it works fine. I am pleased with this app as you can enter multiple vehicles and select which one your driving do you get the right license plate. I have short term memory loss and that is a big comfort to me.
Awful experience
The app failed when I tried to extend parking and then eventually blocked my account for too many unsuccessful payment attempts. This app is supposed to do something really simple and can’t even do it, this app is horrible.

Didn’t Work - No Explanation
So. Try to use the app - “flobird has encountered an error”. Over and over again. Change card. Same error. Over and over again. What kind of error? No idea. Garbage.
Falta pago con Apple Pay
La app es muy práctica y funciona muy bien, pero solo le doy 3 estrellas porque no se puede pagar con Apple Pay. Teniendo en cuenta que es una app móvil y que los pagos suelen ser pequeños, sería un gran avance. Espero con ansias que actualicen el sistema de pagos para poder darle 5 estrellas.
