App is very buggy
The app used to be quite reliable, but now it's quite buggy, after trying multiple times with different payment methods, it could not complete payment, claiming "something went wrong". I wasted valuable time trying to make it work which made me late for a meeting. Next time, will use alternative apps to complete payment. A big 👎thumbs down 👎

I hate logging in
I use the app all of the time, but it typically keeps asking me to login after every 5 or so uses. Can it just not remember me or at least use Face ID?

Not user friendly
I parked my car and took the train to the airport. I couldn’t remember which stop I had parked the car at when I returned from my trip. The app does not show you the address of the location I was actively paying for parking at.
I don’t have a choice
Pretty basic is what this is and useless in so many ways. For example, my most recent parking history is from months ago and never shows someone I park at every week. Favourites disappear and impossible to re add. Everything else they want cash for. Useless monopoly

Abusing notifications
As soon as you put ads in the notifications, all notifications get turned off and all legitimate uses for notifications get thrown out as well. Apple used to police this stuff and had language in the rules to prevent this type of thing, but they don’t care these days. The en-hittification of everything.

You guys don’t put your logo on the kiosks and have the same color logo as park mobile so it’s confusing for us. Put your logo everywhere so I know which app to use when I park please

Formal Complaint – Parking Payment System and Lack of Card Payment Machines
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to make a formal complaint about the current parking payment system, following my experience at Shoreham Beach on Saturday. I had not used the parking app for several years. When I arrived, I therefore had to go through the process of recovering my login details and accessing my account again. As I also have a new car, I then had to register the new vehicle before I could make a payment. To make matters worse, the mobile phone signal at the beach was extremely poor. This made the process particularly slow and frustrating. I had to recover my login details, update my information, register my vehicle and complete several stages within the app before I was finally able to pay. A process that should have taken a minute or two ended up taking approximately 15–20 minutes. I find it very frustrating that there is no option to simply walk up to a parking machine and pay by contactless card. The current system places an unnecessary reliance on having a mobile phone, access to the relevant app, an account that is working correctly and a sufficiently strong mobile signal. I appreciate that digital payment systems can be convenient for many people, but they should not be the only practical way of paying for parking. Not everyone is comfortable using smartphone apps, and some people may have limited access to mobile data, older phones, technical difficulties or poor signal. These issues can particularly affect older and less digitally confident members of the public. More importantly, this is not simply an issue with Shoreham Beach. I believe there should be a physical parking payment option at every parking location, rather than expecting motorists to rely solely on an app. I would therefore strongly urge the council to review its current parking payment policy and consider installing proper parking machines with contactless card payment facilities at all parking locations. This would provide a straightforward alternative for people who cannot or do not wish to use the app, while still allowing those who prefer digital payment to continue using it. I believe offering both options would make the parking system significantly more accessible, reliable and user-friendly. People should not have to spend 15–20 minutes trying to access an app and obtain a mobile signal simply to pay for parking. I would appreciate a response explaining the council's current position on providing physical card-payment machines and whether there are any plans to introduce this option across all parking locations. I look forward to hearing from you and hope that this issue will be taken seriously and reviewed. Yours faithfully,

Very expensive in the Fort Lauderdale, unbelievable
No cancellation of parking reservation
I paid for a 3 month of parking reservation of $164.80 for the aurora side of Rt 59 metra station in Naperville. But the app charged for it on the Naperville side instead of aurora. When I tried to find a way to get a refund, I was informed that I couldn’t cancel the reservation once it’s already started. I’ve tried calling their customer service but it also didn’t help.

Ai bot support
The app works, but good luck trying to get customer support from a human. The website has no phone numbers and the chat is an ai that refuses to connect you to human help or provide a phone number to contact. They used to have phone numbers for help but not anymore
15 min blocks
Would be better if you could pay in 15 minute blocks or half an hour. I have an hour long class but have to pay for 2 hours because it takes me 5 minutes to walk to my class and 5 minutes to walk back

App works well, however, it won’t remember my login so I need to constantly log back in.
Why no push notifications?
Why is the only option sms notifications and why is it $0.13 for the reminder and another $0.13 for the confirmation message?
Good but needs more payment options
App is great and easy to use but I don’t like having to pay by the hour. Should have an option to add 30 minutes or even an option to just press ‘start parking’ and ‘end parking’ and just pay for that amount of time.

Terrible app
Apple sign in doesn’t work. Apple Pay doesn’t work. What exactly is “simplifying my journey” about making me take 10 minute to sign up for your dumb app. Install parking meters with card readers and save us all the time.
Nice different unusual
The app functions quite well but it would be cool if you could choose the time by an hour (eg 6pm) as an end time to your parking, as well as still having the options of hours and days. Otherwise, pretty good.
Convenient? Maybe not
Imagine having no other option to pay for parking and have to use this app, so they can charge you a “convenience fee”. Then on top of that, they charge you for SMS message reminder. What a scam!
Send alerts from pay parking app
A good app. Would be even better if the app can send an alert when the parking limit is up. That way user can extend the park seamlessly without risking a fine because the parking has expired.

Randomly forgets your car and phone number
This app randomly forgets your cars and phone number. The app is getting worse. I’ve had to enter my plates every time.
Solid but some probs
It's a good app and no fines so far so obv working well. Sometimes it will erase a car I've added for no reason and some places with all day parking will only give you the all day price if you pay in one go. Paying a few hours and extending will not give you the good price which is a shame
