Most useless app on earth
This app does not allow to access insurance queries or access the status of insurances. Home , content , car and third party comprehensive or pay missed monthly payments
Hard to use for EV charging
I’m not sure if the developers tested it themselves, but the combination of this app and NRMA’s EV charger put novice users through a very poor and confusing experience Needs major improvements
Rather annoying for booking
Even though you are signed into the app, which knows all your details, you still have to enter them manually when making a parks reservation. Main annoyance is the member number. If you can't remember it, if have to stop the reservation process, back out and get the number and start again. Why?

When i tried to claim the Nene chicken from app it doesnt show any shop my current location. Scam !
Love the rewards but app is glitchy
I can’t join the rewards program through the app. It won’t go any further than putting in my card details. I’ve tried different cards and details are correct and plenty of money in accounts to pay but keep getting an error. Have tried this over the last 6 months or so and keep having the same issue… looks like I won’t becoming a member anytime soon.
App is good BUT
I HATE having to put my member number in constantly when trying to look at experiences. The app knows my member number, so why do I have to keep searching for it and putting it in. Apart from that the app is great.

Is this an app for booking.com?
For an app called “My NRMA”, if you open the app, you see hotels, movies, rewards, fuel, wine…. absolutely NOTHING about MY roadside support or car insurance, and if you go to view your details, you have to login again inside the app. If I am opening the NRMA app, I want and I am looking for HELP… not book a hotel. This is an app to make money for NRMA, not help your customers.
EV charging UI is an IQ test
Turned up to charge and took me 15 minutes to create an account, add a payment method and debug the connection. Ridiculous in comparison to best practice. Using this app feels like 2013

Dining Options, it would be great if your phone pinged when you’re in a area where dining options discounts are available as reminders

Dining offer section doesn’t load occasionally. Please fix this.
Not very useful
This app is more about marketing than accessiblity. I wanted to check statements - the best it gave was ‘up to date’ for the wrong account.

Quick, kind & perfectly sorted
App won’t accept CBA credit cards.
Piece of rubbish. Full of marketing fluff. Hard to navigate. And refuses to add a commonwealth credit card accepted by 3 other EV charging apps. “Your card does not support this type of purchase” You mean the type of purchase that 3 other apps support?

The NRMA is more of a marketing platform and I found it difficult to find what I wanted.

Sketchy
The app is not always reliable. In particular, the full width of the screen slide to start or finish charging does not always fully slide. It took me 5 minutes to disconnect last time I used the app. I had to close out and restart the app. A simple button - like every other charging app - would be so much more responsive and practical.

Makes me log back in when editing my vehicle details. Looks like it was designed by uni students.

Abuses push notifications
I allowed notifications so that I could get updates on roadside assist - not so I can be bombarded with spammy ads. As a result, notifications are now off. Please pass on my congrats to the marketing department for ruining the app experience

My Brightness Is Their Brightness. The App increases your screen brightness without so much as asking when you display the fuel voucher. How much control does Apple give random App authors? What haven’t I noticed? Beware!

Detected amount after car was written off
I was a member of NRMA Roadside Assistance for more than a year, but during that time my car was written off. Despite their policy stating that membership would automatically cancel in such situations, I noticed I was still being charged. It is extremely disappointing that, even after a total loss, the membership wasn’t canceled as expected. I believe this is a poor policy practice, and I would have expected better transparency and fairness in handling such cases.
