Works great
Originally had issues with logging into the application a few months ago which would have me leave a rating of a two stars out of 5 but since then it has worked without any issues every time. Five stars from me.
Rubbish
I'm renting to aura and I've paid my rent and electricity bills and it just says that it's all in arrears I've tried talking to my property manager but it's not helping so over it fix your stupid app

Please allow for archived to be toggled off from view. Allow for request to be canceled by the owners with comments or toggled off from view Force property managers update overdue items with comments and date extension - take note from Jira style ticket systems
Notifications?
I couldn’t switch on notifications for this app. There’s no options in the settings. I have to manually keep checking messages and updates.

Hi love this app so handy but do you think in the future Face ID would be coming would save time rather than logging in
Weird system of record
I created maintenance tickets after leasing a unit. I can still see the ones that the agent accepted not sure how the two she did not action have disappeared from the app. Is this how a system of record is supposed to function?
Suggested functionality
This app has made dealing with a property manager a lot easier but I would love to see some more functionality added to it. Specifically a ‘workflow’ type function for maintenance requests that all the appropriate parties can see and respond to through the app. For example, we had an issue with our air conditioning before Christmas and, once communication is off the app (relying on a property manager to relay messages back and forth manually), many delays ensued which resulted in the appropriate part not even being ordered until 12 days after it stopped working. In this day and age of potential instant communication, that was insanely inefficient and unnecessary (not to mention frustrating during a summer heatwave!). If the technician received the notice and then the owner could approve repairs etc. as a workflow all through the app all those delays could have been avoided. Anyway, just a suggestion for future updates.
FY summary.
The end of financial year summary is broken into months and creates more work at accounting time. Having the categories totalled for the year is the aim.

Love the new combined app!
I’m a tenant and an owner so am loving the new combined app, it’s so much easier to switch between properties. I can easily jump in as an owner and monitor my investment property but then switch to logging a maintenance request as a tenant in the property I am renting.
Buggy
What an incredibly buggy app. They must have the best sales team in the world to get agents to sign up to this piece of rubbish.
No Notifications
Any standard App should have the ability to notify events. This app has no notification a ability. If a rent is due, i should be notified on the day its due vis the app. Also no venue to leave feedback of the usability vis the app.
In this day and age apostrophes should be standard
You app doesn’t like apostrophes Yet a massive number of people in the world have them in their names, on lease agreements, on bank accounts. Extremely frustrating to use an app so badly thought out.
Needs work
It needs an instantaneous payment option like visa. It takes days sometimes for the money to be taken from an account, in times resulting in payments bouncing because other stuff is coming out. I don’t know why in 2025 they don’t have this option it’s ridiculous
No Support
Need to fix basics. Changed email. Agent can't re-send log in. App does not send "change password" link to the new email but it sent the confirmation of the change. You need to add another way of verifying the account via mobile or address.No human support so left a review. The chat is just going round and round.

More functionality required
Nearly every other app in the world has notifications. This app should also provide notifications. Especially for tenants and owners.
Only one bank account to attach
This app only allows one bank account at a time to be stored. I have more than one bank account I use, and the process of switching accounts on there is not instant- therefore inconvenient. I would recommend being able to attach more than one bank account to use when making payments. Aside from that, I like using it.
Deplorable
Cannot remove previous address or details. Took days to “check my bank” account, then additional days to transfer - when my bank can deposit same day. I hate using something as trivial as an app in correlation with something as important as housing and our livelihoods.
Backwards Step?
The old app allowed me to collate rentals inside one account number or head property. Now the new app only lets me see each individual unit and not the overall property picture.
Need an app for trades and contractors
I am a tradesperson who works with alot of realestates who use propertyme. While I can log in on a browser to see my work orders past & current, the app does not have that option. This would make mine and many other tradespeople’s jobs a lot easier!
Off to a bumpy start
No submit button on the signup form, can’t create an account… Tried multiple different browsers.
Why Two Apps?
I cannot see any reason as to why there are two Apps. Seems one is for financial and maintenance and the other for inspection! I have enough Apps on my phone already
Can you remove a defunct real estate?
I was renting from Koala Blue. They sold to First National. I am still in the same property. Koala Blue is still active saying I am in arrears for nearly $10,000 in rent, even though my rent is paid to First National. I contacted First National who advised they can’t access the app. I contacted the Residential Tenancy who said ring Property Me. IT said only Koala Blue can close account. I went back to First National & property manager gave me the previous owners number of Koala Blue. He told me he is no longer subscribed so also can’t remove/archive the App. I searched for the developers to ask for help. I have never been in debt & it frightens me having this $10,000 that I do not owe on Property Me. Please can you help?

Ok, but why are app and web different?
I’ve never used this until my new rental. The issue so far is that on the app the only option is to email manager, whilst the web version has message agent. No point in using the app when our property manager only wants to communicate through the message option not email 🤷🏽♀️
App made for tenants
Such a waste app as owners are not enabled to add any comment, even on maintenance request. Treat this 1 star as 0, bcoz nothing lower than this given here to review this app. Btw I had raised this point with their customer support but that service is also very disappointing.
Terrible system
System isn’t consistent. Takes money a day early, I have automatic transfers setup but it’s decided to take money a day early, thus it’s failed and now it’s completely removed all my baking details making me having to verify my bank account again. Never had an issue for over two years. Stupid system, whomever thought this out needs their head examined.

It should have an option for payment with debit/credit card like any other service.
