I am very puzzled by this app
I have been trying to purchase property in Coober Pedy and I have messaged the realtors about some of the properties listed on this app and I can’t seem to get a return phone call or an answer to my message. I’ve called and left messages. I’d get no callbacks.. Properties that I have been interested in, I have seen go under offer. So either the app doesn’t work or the realtors don’t I don’t know which is which.

New update is terrible
Why update something that was working great. Floor plans are often too small to see on a phone and you can’t change the maps to be satellite view. I will be going to Realestate.com from now on.
Good but can be better
Great place to start researching for property A few things to improve: apartments are listed as house Categories sometimes don’t match A lot of under offer which makes the search process more challenging. Would be good to know what’s actually available Prices are not readily available which adds another hurdle and make this redundant Some listing only have one or two photos
No dark mode
Dark mode feature should be available on every app. It reduces strain on the eyes. Such a simple function but huge benefit to have.

Hard to find saved searches.

Search criteria a waste of time
What’s the point of a search criteria if it doesn’t work.. type in single level or single storey and you get all manner of houses 2 and 3 storey plus apartments Why bother I could go on for ever.. how about your developers test the code to make sure it works…
Notification issues
Hey, I love your app but I am increasingly frustrated with your notifications for new properties. Not sure what banged but now when I am notified of a new property I have to scroll through 100’s of properties in that area to find the newly listed one. Can you address this so the new ones are listed first?
When I try to copy an address, it also copies the text ‘Domain Price Guide’
I don’t want to use your price guide.
Not great
Map isn’t very accurate, sometimes not even close to the property. Put in a price range but map still has cheaper or more expensive listings visible. This app is exhausting to use. Bye bye

Found it didn’t list properties just dots on map .
Used to work fine now broken!
I was prompted to download the new version, which of course has removed the previous version, now can’t login, continually getting Network Error? Now working fine, not sure what happened there.

This is an ok app but it doesn’t have all the current listings. If you search on Realestate.com.au they have far more.

Select a location and it returns results from places nowhere near. Better apps exist instead of domain. Updates generally make the app worse

Search issues
The Domain search is unable to automatically search when you access the site. It always want to renew the searches used/saved. So frustrating.
I love looking at the historical sale and rental prices
The historical data is difficult to navigate too, but the info is very helpful when researching a suburb, street or a specific address.

Could be improved to meet the needs of our diverse population.
Domain’s property search function be improved by including a consideration on the suitability of the property for people with disabilities and aged. Features would include main bedroom and bathroom / en-suite on the ground level, DDA compliment passageways, doorway and bathrooms etc.
Needs better filtering
ORIGINAL REVIEW 01/12/2020: Can you put a switch in the app’s filters to turn off properties that have terms like the following in the title: Contact agent Auction Price on request For Sale Buyers guide -$xxx,xxx Guide price $xxx,xxx Expression of interest etc etc ... Sometimes I won’t even call an agent for a price if it’s not actually listed. And sometimes I only want to see property prices and remove auctions and terms where the estimated price should be etc. sometimes I only want to see Auctions and other terms. Allows me to put an offer in sooner than later and saves me from spending hours looking at dots on the map or listings in the list that say these terms. ☝️ UPDATE 20/02/2021: Still waiting on the above features. Hope to have better filtering soon. Would make searching a much better experience. Other than that it would be a fiver ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ app hands down 🙌

Being forced in mailing lists to submit a query is stupid
The app’s consent design is poorly implemented because it bundles an enquiry submission with mailing list sign-up instead of treating them as separate choices. A user should be able to submit an enquiry and separately choose whether they want to receive marketing emails, since marketing consent generally needs to be specific and actively opted into.

Just need to add the property features filter to the search.
Cannot search by address
One of the biggest bugs is you cannot search a property by address which every other app allows. So if you get an ad or email with an address you cannot research it in Domain directly or add to your favourite list.
Can’t log in on iPad
The App is comprehensive with good details and search facilities enabling multiple searches to be created and the results followed. Has worked well on my iPhone and I’m successfully logged in on my old iPad, but on my new iPad I don’t have the option to log into my existing account - I can only log in using Google Apple or Facebook. Err, no thank you. I have used the feedback form on the App to try to contact support but have had no response, so not sure if this is a bug or a feature. If it’s a feature it’s not a very good one, as I can’t use my shortlist across all my devices

Agents won’t take advertisements down after the property has been sold
Over seven months after I brought my property a agent still has it listed even after I contacted twice
Resets viewed status
The latest update has reset the ‘viewed’ status of every house in my search so negates the feature of being able to see at a glance what property you’ve looked at.
Simply the Best.
I would not have found my property without this app it opens communication in every way and so simple to use ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I advise you that I did not want details information on NSW, VIC. SA. That is what I ment, I have no interest or need for these state but you ignored me. REMOVE THE 3D section no use wasting my data and pissing me off… Or I go public with a real review on an international review site.????

This App would be MUCH better if you could search for a specific number of bedrooms. Eg. 1 bedroom. Not 1+ bedrooms. Surely this is a simple fix. ??

Privacy issues
There are some major privacy issues here. Every time you request a price guide from agents, they add you to their mail list. This is a horrible breach of privacy rights - requesting a price guide should not be construed as signing up to spam. At minimum there should be an opt in box to tick before they can subscribe you.

Ok, quite useful for searching and storing favourites but would benefit from having a "newly added" section to see which ads have been posted recently
