So many faults
Not sure why agents promote it, never works first or 5th time..
Renting Property
It is wonderful app, it makes life easier, yeahh!!!😉
Don’t bother
Absolutely useless when trying to apply. You hit apply and it takes you to YouTube??? And then if you want to return to search it just sits there loading. Extremely frustrating.
Very unstable
Constantly log me out , asking log on info. Every time press back to result, app freezes, then I have to log in again
Not good at all
Worst app ever , I’ve also paid for premium and nothings updated
Waste of money
This app is a rip off. It is slow and the map feature is nowhere near as good as realestate.com. I wish agents would quit using it but often there is no choice. The app asks for payment to secure your data. When applying as a couple accounts don’t link properly. When uploading documents it is difficult to add extra.
The app usually not respond. The pop up message is too big
When I go to inspect tab to see the schedule or go back to see search results, the app just keeps loading forever or screen frozen. The popup messing for upgrading is too big that can confuse users.
Worst app ever
I only use this app when agencies require it. Extremely poorly designed. Not user friendly. Insanely frustrating. Slow. Throw it in the bin. Set the bin on fire. Ta.
Glitchy, bloaty and cumbersome
See title
Glitches need fixed
Applies to app on phone: App glitches out often and makes me relogin and reset my preferences. Also on map view when I click a property to view it often does not actually take me to that property and I then have to manually search for the street name.
A
It always freezes and I hate using this app!!!
Poorly designed
The idea and concept of the app is the only reason for 2 stars if it would work correctly it would be very helpful however DO NOT PAY THEIR SUBSCRIPTION THING! I got the biggest plan for the most help with house hunting and all I can say it has done is take my money, don’t use the app outside of tracking your applications unfortunately the developers of the app aren’t smart enough clearly to get beyond that right.
Account Application Fails
Constantly sends validation codes but never completes process. So I am registered on system but can never complete process. Cat ch 22 anyone?
Stuck on loading
Still loading, I am waiting.
Persistent and constant adverts
Installed this application to search for a property in Melbourne. Was instantly asked for permission to track data. Refused. Every time I interact with, or open this app, it switches to the google browser on my phone and attempts to open an google syndication ad page without my permission. I have deep concerns about data privacy with this application and it’s aggressive advertising, whilst simultaneously trying to get me to pay for services I don’t need or want. And I haven’t even looked at a single property yet. As a software engineer, I find this app appalling.
Do Not Pay
Absolutely disgusting app. I paid for the Ultimate package to be able to see the ‘insights’ for each of the listings & never actually received it. Everything is still hidden & says my profile is still ‘free’ & not paid for. Tried to contact the company but there is no updated way of contacting them. Contacted Apple & they won’t give a refund either. The app is glitchy, constantly crashes & has no support.
Its got potential
Its half half. Really great at searching properties, perfect filters and viewing, love the turn off seeing option and easy save section. Love that my search locations are saved so I can easily search my suburbs for new properties and you have a map viewing option too. The let downs are once you’ve applied for a house the order of your saved list changes and I cant find out what method it’s changing to so that’s confusing and have to physically write down the ones i’ve applied to. Also a few too many times Ive signed up for inspections and has a pop up saying error but that closes and then it says viewing booked, so I think Its fine to then show upto the viewing and am not registered. But to end on a pro love the calendar where you can see what other houses have viewings around the time of yours so thats very handy. Almost amazing!
Half the page is taken up by some rewards banner and unable to close
It ised to be a good app with an way to apply. Now it’s just useless. Wouldn’t load and keeps logging out.
Such potential, yet very glitchy
I have found such good use in TenantApp and really appreciate it when it does work. The ability to filter properties by when viewings are available is invaluable and I can’t recommend it enough for that feature since booking viewings is so tedious through other means that I find TenantApp works best for this and would would not find elsewhere nearly as fast. I have come across a couple of issues though which make the user experience quite frustrating. I am searching for properties in Edinburgh and since I started my search, my desires for location have developed and I’d like to include more areas in my search. Whenever I opt to update my preferences or even select the “filter” to expand my search, the app crashes and I am forced to renter my phone number to get back on. Since this cycle repeats, I’ve never been able to update my search area. (Unless I enter the app without my account “Continue without login” which then doesn’t allow me to book viewings as I then need to sign in and the issue repeats). Additionally, I have opted for biometric sign-in, which has never registered. In the last 50 times I’ve used the app, I have never been prompted with any biometric sign-in (all permissions are allowed for this app). When using the map feature of the app, it will show me the first or second property I select, but any after that, it freezes and I am forced to shut down the app, re-login (with phone number) and re-enter the map to maybe have it work again. When toggling through the Activity tab, I also noticed the app would crash if I tried to select “hide” on any properties that were no longer available. Forcing me to re-login to continue my search. When the app is operating, it is a godsend and I hope these bugs can be fixed as it would be such a helpful tool for renters to have during their property search.
Horrible
Crashes every time you view a property and try to return to search page.
Broken search, never any viewings available
The search functionality is broken. Search for all properties returns a list of properties smaller than a “filtered” search, I.e. a search for properties that are available for me to move in within the next 7 days returns more results. This is clearly wrong. The number of viewings available is always 0… perhaps this is because it’s so popular. But I doubt that. When you request more times available, you get an automated response from the letting agent to “book a viewing” which then returns you to the website version to tell you again “no viewings available”. Yeah, thanks for that! I rang one of the letting agents and they said there was indeed viewings available and booked me in for one. As a software engineer myself, I love the idea of doing everything in the app. But there seems to be no quality assurance with this and the functionality is not even tested. Disappointing, especially when some letting agents insist on using this app!
Buggy
Full of bugs, glitches, crashes, and throws marketing for their market insights feature in your face the entire journey. I wish more property managers moved away from this platform.
Disappointing
This is a good concept, but the reality is disappointing. You get the update “times advised” but when you click there are no times available. But the app doesn’t recognise this and the status does not change. Each link to book viewings just takes you to the letting agent’s own page and doesn’t communicate back to the app. So there is no advantage using the app over going directly through other property sites.
Utter rubbish
This is the most rubbish app I’ve ever used! You have to pay to be able to get some of the features, then you have to pay to keep your profile for over 14 days (I’ve already paid Premium to use it for 3months and it’s been less than 10days!!). It’s all about pay, pay, pay; freezes all the time. Utter rubbish!
