Disappointed with the app
This app is very hard to use doesn’t provide the account information in one app you have to send an email to different emails to get an answer or help. You should have access to all invoices that are on this account and not have to send a request to another email address.
Technically Ok
The app is pretty helpful but PLEASE add an option for adding the membership barcode and number to Apple Wallet.
Slow and clunky
Love Myer but the app needs serious work. So slow and clunky. Not user friendly at all.

The App is good except for one detail, I have moved house and updated the address, but cannot delete my old address which you actually use as the preferred address. Quite frustrating as I have to select the right one each time!
No communication on tracking
Wasn’t given a tracking no which resulted in my parcel being delivered to the wrong address. It’s still saying delivery when I’ve been told it’s been delivered a week ago. Imile are terrible and I won’t be shopping with Myer online again
No share function?!
No way to “share” a product or get a link, seriously? It’s crazy that such a basic feature could be missing!
Too hard to find answers and receive after sales service
The AI chatbot is terrible. Continual looping. Unable to get answers.
Order sent to old address
I updated my address within app and the up still auto generated my address from 11 years ago. Now k have to chase up Aus post to try and redirect each package. Very disappointed

The update is unbearably slow. It’s set up well and is user friendly but it just takes forever. Feels like dial up speed. 😬

Consistently poor
This app is so frustrating. There’s no way to filter items that are out of stock. I need to buy a dress for an occasion and have just spent 20 minutes looking through this app. EVERY dress was out of stock in ALL sizes both in store and online, but there is no way to know this unless you click on the item. It’s time consuming and makes me ragey.

The app is slow and fails a lot so a frustrating experience.
Charged me 3 times for postage
This app charged me three times for postage. Called Myer and they said it Australia post problem. Called Australia post and they said it is Myer. It was the app that processed it three times and did not give me anything g to refund. Customer service pretty useless. Buy through the direct sites for clothing.

App stuffed up my address order
The app doesn’t support having a different delivery address and billing address. So now I have to get my stuff sent from Tas to NSW.
App suggestions for a smoother experience
The app is basic. The regular issue is: extremely slow to load. Can be in-store. Be asked for member card to scan. And be awkwardly waiting as see spin spin spin. Inability to clear recently viewed items or sort saved items into lists. Leads to clutter, or items you may not want someone else to see, such as gift ideas. Inability to delete / prioritise, offers and partner material. Rewards use: As these are in a different section to the checkout, time consuming to use as I need to go out of checkout, screenshot them, lift the information, to fill in. They could be added to checkout options under payment sources. Simple yes/no checkbox. As on other apps. Previous orders: Inability to search for a specific item or item by code. Need to wade through to find details to repurchase, for example. End up word searching my emails. The app/ is far less "simple" than just using the website. On apple store, app support redirects to Myer customer concierge, not the developer. The non-human starting point, did not understand, "app support" as a request. or "app support?" Please think about these suggestions/stumbling blocks.
Unfriendly UX
Just fix the UX, common, its easy! I should not be able accidentally swipe right and loose my entire search process just like that!
Was ok but now...
It was fine, nothing special, but recently it's decided it wont load when i go to pay for purchases, and today is taking me to their cyber website (it shouldn't) but is just a blank screen. I deleted and added the app and that worked, but now even that is failing
Can’t log in
Every time I open the log in page, it routes to the Myer home page but there’s no option to click log in or the account icon. Completely unusable.
Glitches with returns process, money lost
Complicated returns process compared to other stores, not a smooth process. Not what you would expect from Myer. Redirected to scrappy webpage to pay $14.95 to Australia post for return postage fee - after this everything glitched. Nothing came up on the webpage nor the app. I have refreshed, I have tried the chat in the app (waste of time). I was on hold for 20minutes to speak via phone to a woman I could not understand, accent very thick. I had to give up the call as communicating effectively was impossible. I think she tried to tell me I need to call Australia post. But say what? I have no reference number, no return confirmation, no transaction number, nothing. Just $14.95 taken out of my account. Don’t order online with Myer it’s a nightmare, as is the app.
Never loads
Since updating the app and the combining shopping in app it has never opened or loaded for me. Terrible.

Needs face recognition or pin. I end up using the bar code on an email rather than relog in every time.
Fix your address issue!!!!!
The app randomly pulled my address from 7 years ago without presenting me with any address field to review or populate at all during the checkout flow. Spent an hour on the phone trying to resolve this, the customer support team is well aware of the issue and is simply sending me to chase Australia Post to “hopefully update my address”. Not able to cancel or refund the order either. No apology, no attempts to offer an alternative solution. Absolutely shocking. If you can’t provide a functional online shopping experience, don’t offer it at all.
Hard to access
Every time I’m at the store I have problems signing into my app. Fortunately they can use my phone number. They also say you can use velocity points but I wasn’t able to at the store in Maroochydore today. I couldn’t find if I could add it to my all when I again changed the password.
