Biometrics don't work. Also, Every time I go to pay my mortgage I have to select a new password because the one from the past month never works.

Love the app but Im sitting here waiting to find out if they are going to sell my loan, just let me set my auto bill pay and be done with it

I love the app. Everything is readily available and I don’t have to search through a bunch of papers to find stuff.
Terrible app!
Very frustrating to use this app, it doesn’t work as it should. It kept asking me to re-link my loan, then it doesn’t sign me in after I’ve linked it. I was forced to use a laptop to get into my account. Totally worthless!
Covers the basic functions
Please allow principal only payments to be put in a queue while the main payment is being processed. It’s almost like they don’t trust you making the main mortgage payment and a principle only payment is blocked for days. It doesn’t have to be this way, other mortgage servicing companies are more flexible. In addition, more of the main website functions could be brought over to the app. The app is stable, no apparent bugs and has worked fine minus the built in limitations of when extra payments can be made.

This app sucks
This app is so slow and buggy it makes me want to kill myself every time I use it. You can tell you went with the cheapest option when creating it. Plus the mobile verification never works.

Our first 2 payments were messed up & we were going to be charged fees that we didn’t cause . So far with using this site our payments have gone through smoothly without any problems ! I’m soo grateful to have the ability to pay our loan without worrying about our payments not going through . Appreciate being able to use this tool . Wish we could have automated payment but since it’s not available to us this does work so far . Thanks Charlene Houle /Nick Sangillo
Phone app / Customer service
The app for the phone is amazing! This is my second lone with Loan Depo and been able to do everting in the app on the phone. Very easy, and my Sales manager who has helped me both times,Debbie Calixto is AMAZING!! Walked me through what I needed to and sent me links and kept me updated with the app. Both times she has been great and got things done in days, not weeks or months like my last mortgage company. Debbie has got Loan Depo not just one, but several loyal customers, as I tell everyone about her!
No Alerts
I live in California in an area that requires Wildfire Insurance. This company said they “mailed” me a notice that I didn’t have Fire insurance, but didn’t call, email, or post any Notice on their App that I was missing anything or that they were going to bill me $4k (twice the price of normal Fire insurance), I had to find out when my bill changed. This company doesn’t post important information on their app, because then they can scam you by buying something at ridiculous rates and you get the bill 6-months later. Loan Depot SUCKS.

App not working
My app has not worked since I downloaded the latest update. I’ve noticed it’s been down for quite few days now. Maybe an email needs to go out to customers to explain and or let us know when it’s expected to be up again.

Completely broken
The latest update today broke down access to Loan depot accounts. Spent 30 mins to access my account without success. How come a billion dollar company release an update without thoroughly testing it. If their software team is incompetent, they should hire someone else.

They were great to work with. Got me a good interest rate and was helpful all the way.
Terrible
App is horrible… will not let me add my bank account. Constantly have to call customer support. Every thing takes 24 to 48hrs. To be a major company you would think they would fix this.

Not working for months
Months ago we tried to setup paperless, and the error message is try again later… well, months later same error message! So who do you think loandepot blames? You’re right - us, because they claim we have to have their IT department look into it! Same type of error when trying to get payment amount!

Download the app keep your account up-to-date. It tells me step-by-step when to make my payment and how much I owe.
Not working with iPhones
I have been trying to use the app for over a year to pay my mortgage and the pay button does not work at all. I don’t think they’re aware of the bug.

Phone not compatible with the software requirement
I have been trying to pay my mortgage for the last two weeks and the app keeps telling me I have to update my software to a 16.6 or newer and I’m trying to download at 18.4 which is the only thing available and it’s giving me an problem occurred during installation now I can’t do anything. I deleted the app tried to download it again and it’s still having major issues so maybe all these updates you’re doing might be harming the users because I can’t even pay my mortgage right now.
