Difficult to use
I agree with the previous review. I have been trying to upload the app and my password for 30 minutes now. I thought it was me doing something wrong. But once I changed my password and signed in, I got the loading symbol forever. I’m still waiting for it to load. I’m thinking that I should have just kept the PHH/ MQ app. But I was trying to take away the confusion.

I signed up for auto pay realized it didn’t take my payment out on the third of the month went to make a payment and told me I couldn’t make a payment now until the eighth of the month
Can’t Paste
App doesn’t allow copy paste. Have to manually type password, routing number, and account number.
Sweet App
Onity Mortgage is the best! I have declared that they are the best. Therefore if they want to prove it, they should send me free things like a nice mug or hat. We shall see!
Horrible Customer Service
We’ve now surpassed 30 days and after speaking with 4 agents they’ve yet to account for my first payment made to my previous service provider, they refuse to provide details, update my account, acknowledge any proof and statements I provide, lack complete empathy, and overall just simply have no knowledge of home ownership. They waste their customers’ time, are completely disrespectful and dishonest and love to hide any information they do have.
Would not take payment
Tried to make payment on app yesterday but would not accept it. Didn’t have this problem with PPH APP

Partial payments
I am unable to pay any amount to my mortgage other than the exact monthly due. This is very inflexible and doesn’t allow variations to paying.

The worst mortgage company!
If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolute nightmare working with this company! Customer service is useless! They took 2 mortgage payments out on me in the same day! I called to request a refund and was told 5 business days plus paper check in mail. Absolutely not am I waiting 2 weeks for MY money this company had no rights to take! Continue to call back to get update on possible getting this issue expedited and we are now on day 3 of my money not being back in my bank! Absolutely awful! Do not work with this company!

Payments
It is 5:39 pm on august 1 and I just made my payment. It shows I paid it on august 2. The payment terms say it will show as paid on day you pay but process on the next business day. So why am I showing the 2nd is my process date?
Easy and quick and
Onity knows how to manage a platform! So incredibly easy to set up and use. Gave me peace of mind to have the ability to pay my mortgage on the go!!
App sucks
This app is terrible. Good luck making an account and when you finally are able to make one be prepared to start the process all over again when you try to log in. How hard is it to make an app that works in today’s age ? Go ahead and drop the number for me to call so I can waste my time on the phone instead of wasting my time trying to get this app to let me in.

Bad app
There are multiple 1 star reviews I’ve read that have the same problem as me. Takes forever for the app to load. My mortgage got sold to this company. I can’t even figure out how to make a payment. There is no option to simply “make a payment”. This is just ridiculous.
Fantastic app design!
I am switching from another loan company to this one and this app is so much easier to follow and so much easier to answer questions than the other company and app was.
Horrible payment system
When you sign up for auto pay for the very next month, they change it to the following month, if something is wrong with your payment, they have no communication with you at all. There needs to be huge changes as I take being on time with my mortgage more than serious!

Ready for a new mortgage company
It’s hard to understand them on the phone and if you want to make by weekly payments they make it impossible. I filled out the paperwork and never got a denial letter. I called and they said I didn’t fill it out correctly. Let’s get with the times and let me do it on line instead of having to print it out and the fill it out scan it and send it in. I hope my next mortgage company helps their clients better than these people do.
