Ever since I downloaded the app I am no longer able to pay. It keeps telling me to go to the website. But every time I try to go to the website it sends me back to the online sign in page and it does not appear that I am able to even access the website. I guess I'm going to have to cancel out everything and start all over again but the problem is I don't know the loan number required to start all over again because I can't sign in to see my account and see my loan number! This has only happened since I started trying to use the app instead of using the login online.

It used to require you to login every single time you opened the app, now there’s just a constant error that reroutes you to the main screen over and over.
Payment Methods
I’m not sure if it’s an App limitation or if it’s the lender’s unwillingness to adapt to the 21st century but not having the ability to use a credit/debit card as a form of payment is highly disappointing.
Not good mortgage for deaf people.
Called once and never bother to try to reach deaf person. That left me huge problem.

When asking for a code and it gets sent to email it take more time than needed. Sometimes I don’t get a code at all and have to cancel and request a few more times

I’ve had this app for almost 6 years now. Every single time I login it sends a passcode to my email to verify. This NEEDS to be removed. Super inconvenient and frustrating. It never happened until recently. Also, not having the ability to split payments is disappointing

This is the worst website for paying your mortgage I have ever used. six tries before it took me to the right page. Fix it so paying a bill has one site directly to the bill pay site.This website sux to no end. Get a more simple login page to pay your bill

Require passcode every time you login really annoying.
Refuses to work
"please enter code sent to your email" *enters the code* "the device your using isn't the same as the one we sent the email to, even tho you have the right code go F yourself and don't pay your mortgage." The last two months I've had to go to my friend's house and use their laptop to pay. Fix this.
Easy and helpful
This app not only makes the payment process super easy but it allows to make extra payments on principal or escrow. Additionally, the payment calculator is extremely helpful to let you know when your loan will be paid off and how you can pay it off sooner.

After almost four years of using this app. It’s asking for a six digit code before logging in. The passcode takes three minutes to be sent to my email. This is a huge inconvenience.
