App is not loading up on iOS 26.6
I would like to let you guys know that App is not loading up on 26.6 iOS
*STILL* Does not function
*UPDATED* app worked for a while, now stuck again on the loading screen (pre-login). Again, Freedom Mortgage values the sale of your personal data more than their customer experience. God forbid someone run an ad blocker and care about their personal information. I receive a white screen after successful login and 2FA. Not able to tap anywhere and the app is not interactive. If I had to guess, it’s because of my ad blockers preventing some resource from loading that should not be a dependency on receiving my mortgage payments.
Takes too long to load
The app is nice and easy to use when it works, but lately when I open the app it sits in the title screen and won’t let me log in for several minutes if at all.
Great app
The app is incredibly easy to use. Important info at a glance as soon as you open the app, one tap to pay my mortgage, and a sleek interface.
Terrible Co.
No way to contact by email. No one speaks English when you call. The Security checking your mortgage is so tight It’s impossible to view or pay your mortgage online. When they send me a verification code to my email I lose the Freedom Mortgage login page. I’m tempted to pay off my mortgage just so I don’t have to deal with this company.
Needs reset
Works on my iPhone but not my iPad. Used to….

App is garbage, confusing to navigate. Company is even bigger garbage and I had my mortgage sold to them so lucky me. Screw this company.
Frequently forced updates
They update this app every 2 seconds and force you to update to use it. Moving things around constantly is annoying and I’m not seeing the benefit. I just want to pay my mortgage. Keep it simple

The text about my loan is so small I can’t even read it! But the offers and my credit score, the things I can care less about are 10x the font size. Please FIX!!!!
Login loop
I’ve been trying to log in to this app for 30 minutes. I go from login screen through the 2FA to loading to login screen. It shouldn’t be this difficult to give a company money.
New app functionality
If this is an Ipad app please make work in landscape mode.

Operators looking at something entirely different. Can’t setup auto play pain to deal with
New App Is Worse 5/2026
The previous app had better functionality on mobile devices. The new app isn’t as easy to find things. I don’t understand who reviews and approves changes. Do they not do a side-by-side comparison of the old and new and keep the best features of each?
Frustrating can’t get the app to download
Every time I use the app to make a house payment, monthly I have to update the app. Then I have to verify. It’s a nuisance that takes 20 minutes every month. The app doesn’t make Pain house payments easier. Ing and frustrating. I also have to close windows where they make sales pitches.
Don’t like the app
Not a fan of the app. You can not make split payments. You have to call them to do that. When you call the usually the person is very hard to understand

Face id doesn’t work. Have to keep entering credentials
App is trash
They change this thing more than I change my socks and screw it up every time more. The people you call are absolutely worthless. Complete trash. Trash.
Horrible update
The new update is genuinely horrendous. If you were trying to make it more convenient, it isn't. I'm in my 20s and I personally preferred the old design. Not everything needs to be redone/redesigned.
