Great investment!!
Takes double payments
You pay early and over the amount owed. They then take the scheduled payment, with the excuse of we changed payment companies, then they shrug at you. I feel for the people that this would hurt. They only helped me lower their already predatory interest. Stepping on the backs of society to finally get to the top must me lonely when you have all the toys but treat humans like disposable items. Wishing you much success with your business model.

They do everything to stop you paying no interest!!
They will not allow you to schedule custom payments in order to pay off your balance in time per the 0 interest advertised! You have to do it manually every month, or the minimum every month! Shady!
Don’t change your number, EVER
Months have gone by. I called the techs every month. My number is still not updated. I cannot pay. Every month I have to call in my bill and it’s the same thing. Update number, update the app. Do you have our new app. Ye yes yes. And still I cannot pay. This is a horrible service

Ever since the new app
I have had nothing but frustration with the app and the company. I regrest ever doing business with them if their plan was to create this app to penalize customers who pay early and decrease the security of their data and information.
A GoodLeap/Good Home customer
I like the service I am getting from GoodLeap and this app is good. What would make it even better (and would lead to me giving 5 stars) is to show the amount that is owed on the loan instead of constantly showing the total loan amount. Thanks.

So far I am very satisfied with all the people who work for this company. They are always willing to help you and do what they can to solve with whatever issue or questions you have. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested but still have questions or not sure.
Locked auto pay to fixed amount
The app and terms work together to try to force you into hitting the predatory interest rate beyond the promotional period. I tried to schedule the automatic payments myself to make the amount to burn down the loan in the promotional no interest period and it locks you out of scheduling payments beyond the current and next month. Scummy app, scummy company. There’s no reason to operate this way in 2026 other loan apps have the decency to allow the user to schedule their own payment amount. Setting calendar reminders and knocking this out ahead of schedule. Never doing business with this company ever again. This review will probably be drown out by fake 5 star click farm reviews but I hope at least one person reads this…
Can’t add additional principal payments
I was really hoping this app would allow me to add some more to my loan and apply it to the principal. When I’ve asked before how to do that, they just say add more than what’s due. But I want a more detailed confirmation that extra parents are going to the principal and not the interest. You’d think it’s be an easy enough thing to do…like with my mortgage and car loans. Please add this!!!

We paid off on time to a $0 balance, and Good Leap added a $40 past due note to our account. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are deceptive and fraudulent in my opinion.
App Functionality
It asks for a 6 digit code which I received but when I press the continue button it goes no where
Great way to pay off new heat and air
So easy using GoodLeap to pay off new heat and air. Have the payments drafted and no worries about when to pay.
Great app, questionable business
This app was exceptionally helpful in allowing me to see the loan terms of my loan, which came with a one-year introductory offer. That proved very helpful because despite that offer, documented in the app and in all materials I had received, Goodleap attempted several times to make me pay interest despite my paying off the loan within the introductory period. If you use Goodleap, use this app. Also, if you use Goodleap, keep both eyes on them because if my experience is any indication, they may try to charge you on a loan despite it being paid off.

The goodleap app does not refresh. It also doesn’t sync with the enphase app.
Great people to work with
I bought all new windows for my house with the help of GoodLeap. They have been very easy to work with and the 2 times i called them, i got a real person who answered the phone, which today anyway, hardly EVER happens. My questions were answered promptly and both people were polite and helpful. I have had no issues with them at all, and would definitely recommend them to my friends, family or anyone else. I didn’t know this until recently, but they also do home loans, so if i decide to do one of those this year they’ll be one of the first i call for help!
Rip off
No transparency in app not enough detailed information. Takes 2 months to post transactions for it to appear so you can see it. Scam worst than same day loan. Wish I just paid up front with my credit card.

App Errors When Loading Payment
No matter what I try the payment information and attempts to enable autopay crashes the app or results in an error. Please fix this as it is a pain to try and pay any other way.

I am forced to babysit the account
I want to change autopay’s minimum due amount, but I can’t. Additional payment cannot be scheduled beyond 30 days from now. I am forced to babysit the account. Everyone, avoid GoodLeap if you can or you’ll pay $$$$$ extra over the life of the loan.
