Lakeview loans
First of all I’m so glad I was able to talk about my situation and evrybody on board was so helpful and understanding. I thought the world was turning there back on me until I was able to get a payment plan. Felt so good when you get a big weight off your shoulders. You guys are awesome !
Lakeview Mortgage App
This app is confusing. I’m having to go through foreign languages in order to get to my mortgage information to pay my monthly mortgage. My opinion is that the app defaults to English with an option to choose specific language. Thank you, Evangalus Durant
Stop the calls
They call too much even when the payment is in the grace period. There is no need for call reminders
Difficulty with app
New acct made payment . Did not show up. I have resent payment and got same message it was received a week later. Hopefully it works. Meantime I am paying interest on the money I am trying to give you.
Phone numbers
We have two phone numbers and my lady’s phone number is correct however my phone number isn’t even remotely close to correct, with no way of fixing it for consent to receive text messages

Site is very easy to navigate and has lots of loan information.

Your site is very user unfriendly and every single month. I have to reset my password and it locks me out of my account.
Payment methods
I wish there was an option for you to make payments with a debit card.
No Reference Number
My only issue with the Lakeview Mortgage app is the fact that it does not give you a reference # or confirmation # after scheduling or making a payment. All of the other financial institutions that I deal with provide a reference # or confirmation # after a payment has been submitted, which gives me added comfort that my payment has been received. It would be nice for Lakeview to do something similar.

Worst App and business practice
Incident 1: Why I can’t see my scheduled payments despite doing it multiple times? The app never shows scheduled payments and you will never know if you submitted payment twice. I got charged twice and my bank balance went negative and I got charged for negative balance. When I called customer service they said it will take 7+ business days to get my money. I had to fight with my bank to get my money back. What kind of company is this. Incident 2: I submitted a payment on time and my transaction was reversed now I owe a 25 $ fee for late payment. !!!Fix this!!!! I am reporting this to BBB. Note: this is not just an app problem. I see the same issue with the website as well.

My mortgage was purchased by Lakeview. And they delayed credit for payments I made to the previous provider and acted like it was my fault for making early payments. Customer service was terrible do not work with Anne. Very unhelpful.

How about a service where when you go to login to pay your mortgage it actually works? To be fair it’s not just the app, trying to online also gets an error message. Happens OFTEN.

Select selecting an option before going to make payments
Every time before I go to make a payment is asking me to select a choice of why my payment is past due. I don’t need to do that every time before going to make a payment. If there’s a way to remove that from being selected every time I would appreciate it to be removed, especially if I go in there the same week it is a waste of time
