La mejor
Me tiene al día con mis datos de entrenamiento 🏋️
ANGi
Dejaron de funcionar los dispositivos q tengo para varios cascos. Solucionen el problema.
Weather
It would be a great app if it would log your local weather at the time you’re riding
Maps sucks in the new app
Trail bikes need trail maps, not street maps. Bring back this feature from the old app!!!
What’s happened
Up until a few days ago the app could tell me the battery capacity left on my Levo HT. Now randomly I just get the dreaded spinning thing where battery %age should be. Everything else is fine so what’s changed? I’ve deleted and reinstalled both the app and the bike.
Amazing
My only complaint is the price of your bikes, otherwise perfect
Reduced functionality
I love my Specialized Cirrus. I also love my Brompton. The older version of the app allowed me to track rides on non-Specialized bikes. So why use it now, when any other app will allow me to cross-track?
Awesome mapping
Love that records the mapping and provides a satellite viewing experience. Just wish it would play back the ride in 3D like the Strava app does
No longer works with Gen 1 LEVO
With the latest app update (or maybe a bit before that) my gen 1 Turbo Levo FSR no longer shows battery charge level AND the Tune screen is all goofed up and not usable. Other Bluetooth controls do still work. I’ve tried all the usual tricks, disconnecting, restarting, etc. I downloaded the BLEvo app and it works fine. What happened?
Good App
It’s a good App but should be warned about forthcoming updates. My app appears to be less than accurate with battery use and recording current performance
Old man loves it
Easy to use more info than I can figure out. Love it….
fantastic app
What a shame Specialized decided to “update” its app and in doing so unsupport one of its best safety features. The ANGi crash detector and tracker was a superb bit of kit. Telling nominated people to track you and god forbid you crashed an alert to them and they would know where you were. It also told them when you left and returned. How that was seen as a good upgrade in these times of increased traffic is beyond me. Finally the app only lets you add Specialized bikes… how narrow minded and a bit petty… otherwise app does what it says it does and it’s free.
Enregistrement arrêté
Il arrive que l’application arrête d’enregistrer sans action de ma part
Loss of GPS data dropout
Unfortunately, today’s ride resulted in loss of GPS data. This has happened more than once.
Very inaccurate
The elevation gained is always way too high and I use Strava’s correct elevation option before posting. I’ve ridden in my area for years now and I know the elevation gained for the routes based on my experience and others. The error is about 30% off.
Riding for a cause
Recently I signed up for a pledge to ride 300 miles in august for the American Cancer Society. It’s nice to track my progress with the app.
Stops tracking
If you receive a phone call, the app stops tracking and does not restart tracking your ride.
Decent but missing some features
The features the app does have work well. But it needs a lock/unlock button added to the watch app. And the same as an iOS widget that I can put on my Home Screen. These should be pretty easy to add. What say you, Specialized?!
Not connect to Garmin
Keep getting error messages everytime I try and connect to Garmin Connect
It’s Fine, But Watch Lacks HR
I don’t many negative things to say, it’s a nice smart companion to my Levo 4 Turbo. That said, the watch apparently doesn’t play nice with the apple fitness workouts, and the Specialized app alone doesn’t seem to use the watch HR at all. So if you want to track heart rate, recovery, etc. it seems you’re best off planning on buying a diff HR monitor or using a different app.
Sundays ride
Awesome
Rubbish App
I just have this app to tune my bike. It’s garbage for everything else.
PLEASE Transfer-in Angi Functionality to App! 🙏
Invested heavily in Angi helmets and sensors. Please make this important safety/tracking functionality available to your riders in the app since Ride app being yanked 🙏🏻
It lost my bikes
I was enjoying this app until recently and then it lost all of my bikes from the ‘My Bikes’ section so I can no longer add them to my rides 😢
Edit settings while not connected to bike
It would be really useful if all the settings could be adjusted anytime even when the bike is not connected and simply take effect the next time you connect to the bike.
Specialized for me
This is the best bike anyone could ask for. I started off about 5 miles a day and now I’m up to 25 miles a day. I am absolutely loving it! I have a bad hip and this is one of the only things that I can get my exercise from and enjoy! I use no assist when the hip is good and then use the assist when it is a little sore. Thanks Specialized!!!
Does not import bikes from the ride app
This app has a better interface than the ride app but the in ability to import my bikes from the ride app is very frustrating as well as not being able to add bikes that are not Specialized. This lack of functionality makes this app useless to me and with the removal of the ride app I will lose all of my bike data.
Nice interface
The app makes it easy to adjust settings, and everything is clear and simple to understand. I really like how it shows what the bike is capable of by giving feedback that helps you learn how your effort and the motor’s assist translate into real performance.
Heart Rate Adaptive Power
Hi Specialized Team, I love my Turbo bike—being able to connect my Apple Watch and see my heart rate while riding is a great feature. I have Parkinson’s, so managing effort is really important for me. I’d love to see a heart rate–adaptive power feature in the app, where I can set a target (e.g., 160 bpm or a specific zone) and the bike automatically adjusts assistance to keep me there. Some newer systems are starting to offer this, and it’s a game changer. It would make training safer, more effective, and much easier to manage—especially for riders with health considerations. I think this would be a huge addition to the Specialized experience.
Want HR Smart Control sessions
I’ve read how amazing a Heart rate Smart Control session is. But this app took that away? Please bring that back. I also miss the ability to save tuning profiles when the old app retired, but I can live without that.
Love it
Definitely enjoying this app. It keeps track of all my rides with both my e-bikes and road bike. Tells me how I’m doing.
A Trap !!! Absolutely terrible and annoying
The app does not connect to the bicycle and once you manage to set a security code. The app decides then to refuse to connect with the bicycle, and you cannot get rid of the security code and have to enter it very complicatedly via the buttons on the bicycle. It absolutely ruins the experience with the bicycle. Apparently, I’ve got to pay another 7000 bucks to get a new bicycle. I think it wouldn’t be a Specialized again. Never Again!
Please bring back Heart Rate control
I recently purchased a new Levo for my wife and we were both excited that she might be able to control the support using a paired heart rate monitor like you were able to in past apps. We were surprised to learn it was removed. Please bring this feature back it’s very helpful for people that have heart rate limitations.
Far Worse than the bicycle
Extremely limited functionality, plus the most recent update totally screws up the mileage on your ride, and with no way to manually add a ride you’ll never know the actual mileage on your bicycle. My specialized levo is great, this app is garbage.
Upset
Can’t use the apps coz my iPhone 7plus doesn’t support the software..mine is 15.8.5. This apps at least OS 16.
Quality Product
Superior product all across the board! One of the best bikes on the plant.
Old app info doesn’t transfer
I’m not going to enter all that information manually. If you don’t have an e-bike this app is pretty much worthless.
Issues with APP update
APP was working great with all bike information available, now I can’t see battery health or other bike information?
Missing Smart Control heart rate integration
I purchased a heart rate monitor after hearing about this feature. I struggled for a while to understand why I couldn’t configure the feature but just found a specialized post indicating that it has not been ported from the legacy app to the new app and is not a top priority. I vote to increase the priority and get this feature back in place. Thanks!
Functionality lost
Folks, not a bad App giving a range of support features and security. However, mighty disappointed in the lack of specific functionality that I believe fundamental in the current age, when faced with certain fresh competition! The loss of Infinite Tune is a big step backwards from your previous incarnation. Although loaded with plenty of manageable power, control is key to specific situations. Creating a set of dedicated presets, not the simplistic 3 that are in the App, would be invaluable to the avid rider. Adjusting the sliders, whilst a nice thought, is not practical during a ride. I’m assuming (& hoping) this App will soon evolve accordingly ;)) Other than that large omission and needing clearer navigation, it’s pretty good for an e-mtb App (except the one created by your new nemesis). Make the changes for a 5-star review 👍
Enjoying the rides
App made perfectly and loved overall!
Make it even harder to use
Does this app download to an iphone? It’s the most convoluted app I’ve ever tried.
Locked out
Downloaded the new app and registered the bike as usual. Took a while to connect but finally got in. Since then I’ve been unable to connect even though I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times. I’m also on ios18. So, I now have a bike I can’t access. Handy that 🤦🏼♂️
Phone app is great, watch app is garbage
The phone app works pretty flawlessly in my experience and can did just about everything you’d want. However the watch app is a mess. - It constantly says “iPhone not reachable” when it’s clearly connected. - heart rate monitor worked for a few weeks, but hasn’t worked for months on my Apple Watch Ultra series 2 - even when I quit the watch app it still doesn’t quit sometimes Please make the watch app what it should be!
Integration in Apple Health suboptimal
If used in conjunction with Apple activity monitor and the Apple Watch the level of analysis and data is vastly less than what you get in the Apple Watch own cycle tracker. But if you ride with e-mode the only way to have a realistic effort tracker is to use this app to compensate for e-assistance. So you captive here but not getting a great functionality or stats you would get via Apple.
Novice Rider
Brand new to cycling for exercise. This app is great for tracking distance speed and time.
Needs improvement
App freezes and doesn’t capture rides correctly. Frustrating.
Great app, but no Apple Watch integration.
Great app and great bikes, but no integration with Apple Watch heart rate….given Apple Watch outsells far in and others, please consider this.
Map flakey
Need to fix the mapping feature. When the mapping feature works it’s great but seems to be maybe 50% of the time. Please fix.
It's OK...but...
... I'd like to connect my Turbo Levo and my Creo 2 so I can adjust the power settings!
