What happened?
App was great. Now it’s not. Trying to send bitcoin is a nightmare. Can’t send to my own wallet- address is invalid. Send to someone else? Address is invalid. Last time I sent to someone they never received it- so there’s that too.
Can you do PIN?
If you offer PIN to login like other APP that would help

Fictional charts
Overall quite a useable app but be careful with the charts. They’re not charts of the last price so they’re useless for setting up advanced trades. You’ll need another app to use in conjunction with this.

Improvements & Transparency
This app is really good but there’s still plenty of room for improvement and upgrades. The main thing I want to highlight is the need for more transparency in all transactions, especially regarding the spreads. I understand they want to emphasize the convenience of using crypto in the real world but transparency in every transaction is just as important.

I made an account and gave three forms of identification, my license my Medicare and my passport, still it says failed to verify, okay no problem I’ll make another account. Very good user experience. Clean and easy UI. Now the negatives…. 1. No quick login! It’s 2025 but we still have to use email/password to sign in? No touch or Face ID. Get up to speed guys. 2. No reply to any of these reviews in AppStore. This suggests you’re not interested in the opinions of your customers. 3. The 0.1% fee is 10x most other apps. In summary, it’s good but… I may change soon if these things aren’t corrected fast.

Fix your biometric login..
Such a basic functionality, looks like an issue going back over a year.. shouldn’t be device specific because I can login with Face ID for every other app I have. I’ll update my rating once it’s fixed

Customer service is zero
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with CoinSpot. I have been using this platform regularly to send payments to freelancers I work with and had no issues in the past. However, last night my account was suddenly blocked from sending USDT to a recipient I have paid many times before. One of your staff members verified my account and clearly stated that the issue had been resolved, yet the transaction was still not processed. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that previously, when I made a mistake by selecting the wrong network, a payment of $330 was approved and I was told it could not be reversed. Now, despite the transaction being approved at the initial stage, it was stopped without clear justification. CoinSpot has taken no responsibility, and the customer support response was extremely poor. I was told via email that there is a high volume of requests, which frankly is not my problem. If you are charging customers for your services, timely and accountable support is a basic expectation. This is not an unreasonable request, and after this experience, I will definitely be moving my company to another platform.

The app itself requires to submit only 1 document for verification, in the end they request for everything. While I have provided everything they still can’t get my profile to be verified. I have never faced this issue with other trading platforms. Very upsetting.

Fees plus massive market spread make this platform only usable for long term buy and hold. To see your money back after a trade you must have over 6% gains. This is great for CoinSpot to get rich off the little guys trying to make money.
