Can’t use the Zip vouchers
I used to use the zip vouchers regularly. You could add them to your Apple wallet easily. Now you have to use a garbage app called My card wallet, which is one of the worst apps I have ever come across. My voucher is sitting in limbo. I cannot add it to my wallet and cannot access it at all. You WERE a great app for accessibility and functionality but you have dropped the ball with this one. Sort it out.
Easy to use - high rate
It is easy to use in store or online shopping with user friendly app. However the rate is high.
Frustrating for non salary and wage earners
For customers living on investment income rather than salary and wages the application process does not work well. They seem to be to focused on wages income and do not take into account investments held via other entities.

Applied via a partners webpage and my account was denied without even a phone call. Now blocked from applying for 12 months. Seems they don’t want customers that pay on time!!!
