Very Bad Customer support. I’m had an issue With the app, I tried so many days 30min on hold No one answering Phone calls. One day same one answered then the problem redirected to another department, waited for 30min, no one answered.

I have trying to register for face id but aa the time it asks to register again. Deleted the app several time and reinstalled but same issue.

My account is blocked for no reason (bc i am a muslim?)
They made me feel like i am a muslim and been discrimanated My account is blocked for no reason after a week of 7-8 times to understand/resolve the issue after getting different fake reasons for the issue today i have been told my account is blocked without any reason, asking me very sensitive information about my id income receivers? Again for no reason despite i only send small amounts to family /friends, it is okay i will still be a muslim! And i just found out one of your stackholders is blackrock? That makes sense now

Glitchy and No Banks trust WU
Worst experience ever using this app. As well as banks don’t trust western union. Other apps you can give less information and the money goes through. Frustrating and wasted so much time. Back button gets is hidden in top left hand corner. Have to restart app to continue. I’d rather eat glass than deal with WU

I have use this app for years everything goes well until one day out of nowhere it won’t allow me to send money overseas anymore and when I contact the customer service she has no clue what to do she has no knowledge to solve a problem at all Now I have to use another app to send money overseas

Not worth the frustration
WU’s default assumption is that every customer is a potential criminal using the platform for nefarious purposes. After sending regular small amounts to a friend, suddenly WU blocks my use of the app permanently for no clear reason. All customer support is AI, designed to avoid any contact with customers and is incapable of answering any questions you ask of it. I spent over an hour trying to contact them and send the required documentation that they were demanding but even when they were given the required information, I’m still blocked. It’s a waste of time using WU. They don’t care whether you use their service or not. There are many other companies that have far superior customer support. I’d rather sit in the gutter and rub gravel in my eyes than use WU ever again.

I love this app.
No good anymore
Used WU fine for a year or two and now suddenly I have to be verified extensively and asking me the most intrusive things. It’s genuinely offensive and unnecessary. Meanwhile they’re letting off genuine frauds and no good users! Better off with another company honestly. Such a big hassle and they complicated everything for a loyal customer. Their customer service team is nice but their reinstatement team is an absolute joke. Pathetic.

Dont use them to send money, first they will took your money and hold it for nonsense reason and ask you for heaps of documents to complete transaction, and if you don’t provide them documents they return your money after 10-15 days, no worth to block your money with them or you can’t trust them with urgent transaction
