Fraudulent app NOT REAL ANZ
This isn’t by anz the app will take money being sent to your account and not return it it’s made to appear as if it’s a legit banking app you can log in with your anz credentials because it’s been emulated from the official anz Apple will not do anything about this app
Worst Banking Experience
It’s incredibly frustrating that you keep directing customers to contact support through the app when there is no alternative way to reach anyone and the app itself is completely unusable. How exactly am I supposed to contact support when I can’t access the app properly? I have already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone, but it continues to freeze as soon as open it. This has been going on for weeks and I still cannot access or use my own money. This is completely unacceptable for a banking service. I need a clear explanation, an alternative way to contact support outside the app, and an urgent resolution not another instruction telling me to use an app that doesn’t work. What is the next step, and when will this issue be fixed?
Please add ‘Account Nicknames’!
The app is great and I have transferred much of banking over but the inability not to nickname accounts prevents being able to fully commit. Trying to remember account numbers to work out where to transfer isn’t practical when needing multiple buckets and a list of accounts with the same names.
Good UI, layout. But bad service
It’s good you can easily set goals. But the key function of a banking app isn’t there. Constant processing delays etc. Sometimes takes up to a few minutes to move money.
IconDark mode needed
Can you guys re-enable the dark mode icon? On the homescreen it used to be a option, but now its still the bright blue. Might be a bug that needs fixing. Other than that! Great app. My main banking app

I would like to see the Log Out function placed at the top of the mobileApp . We are notified of scary scams on open screen but have to hunt for Secure log off button
Needs Integration
Great app with modern and interactive UI. I used ANZ Plus and ANZ Growth Saver prior to getting a home loan. As my ANZ Home Loan and ANZ One is available on the ANZ Classic app only, I’ve had to switch back and stopped using the ANZ Plus app. Would give 5 stars if I can transact with these facilities under the ANZ Plus app for its UI, spending tracker and reduce number of overall accounts.
Great App, some features to add
Please add percentage scheduled transfers, and add a feature to hide specific goal amounts for people who might be inclined to spend money. Otherwise its a great app
Used to be good
Used to be good. Now it’s so slow, unresponsive and always says “processing delay”. It’s clunky as hell as the userbility has gone down hill so quick. The old AND app (which I used with my business accounts) is so much better in every way, I miss it. .
Complex to deposit

Only One Device?
Why can’t I have this app on both my phone and tablet? It makes no sense only limiting access to one device, without even any browser banking availability for PC either. So if someone loses their phone they can’t manage their money? What a poorly thought out decision.

It would be great if it would have added features like… 1. Advanced Bill and Payments (Manual setup, rather than prediction)

Froze & locked my account without my account without notice.
They have the ability to take your money from you. They will freeze your accounts. Then when you report it to AFCA they will just close the whole account. Support is useless. Its all email/app support. They hate customers who dispute transactions. Anz owes me $33,000
Customization
The overall app is pretty good, but maybe some customization options like wallpapers, being able to change account names to “expenses” or what ever else.
The Update won’t Update!
Please kindly fix asap. I’m in urgent need to pay a huge credit card bill due really soon. I don’t want to be charged the interest. Thanks so much in advance🙏🙏🙏
The best banking app
Easy to budget, categorises transactions automatically and allows for edits. Quick customer service team. Can add other accounts. Saving is a breeze. Overall a very clean, intuitive app that always works.

Would have rated 5 if it could show ANZ term deposits. Seems odd that not all ANZ accounts are eligible to manage through this one app.

I’ve banked with a number of different banks over the years, and ANZ Plus has been one of the best digital banking experiences I’ve had. The app is incredibly fast, intuitive and reliable. I was able to open my account and be fully set up in under 10 minutes. One thing many people seem to misunderstand is that ANZ Plus isn’t simply a replacement for the standard ANZ banking app. It’s a separate, digital-first banking platform designed primarily for everyday banking and savings. If you need traditional banking services such as in-branch support, certain credit cards, loans or other legacy banking products, you’ll still want to use the regular ANZ app and banking platform. If you’re comfortable managing your finances through your phone, ANZ Plus is excellent. The app is clean, responsive and includes useful money management features without feeling cluttered. For anyone who prefers a modern, app-first banking experience, I’d highly recommend giving it a try. Looking forward to seeing what other updates and improvements come within this app!

A Very Disappointing Banking Experience
My experience with ANZ Plus has been extremely disappointing. I cannot rely on ANZ Plus for something as important as an international payment. My transfer was held for 21 days due to ANZ’s internal verification process, despite repeated follow-ups from my side and the urgent nature of the payment. This delay put my university enrolment at serious risk. After 21 days, the only outcome was that my money was returned to my account instead of the payment being completed. This does not demonstrate reliable banking or an efficient payment service. A bank should be able to fulfil its own payment commitments or, at the very least, communicate clearly and resolve issues promptly. Unfortunately, ANZ Plus failed on both counts. I expected a modern digital bank to provide fast and dependable international transfers. Instead, I experienced poor communication, repeated delays, and a process that only moved forward because I continuously chased updates myself. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in ANZ Plus and would not trust it for important international payments in the future.
Lots of potential
The app is easy to use, from opening accounts to operating them. There are a few improvement I’d like to see. 1. The ability to name accounts (I have 2 everyday, one for spend one for bills, without the ability to name them it’s easy to get them mixed up). 2. Upcoming expenses is very useful, but it doesn’t include recurring scheduled payments. 3. The categorisation is great but would be improved by remembering what recurring payments have been categorised as previously.
Amazing support and lightning-fast resolution!
I had a frustrating dispute with a merchant who charged me after I cancelled my service. I used the ANZ Plus dispute tool, and the team returned my $73.20 the next day! It is so refreshing to use a bank that actually feels 'human' and values my time. 5 stars for making a stressful situation so easy to resolve!
Can’t access the app after update
Since I updated the app, I can’t access to it!! That’s terrible.
Cannot Rename Accounts - Otherwise nice banking solution
I have found the app easy to use and the accounts available are suitable for my banking needs. Dev team: please ENABLE THE ABILITY TO RENAME MY ACCOUNTS. Or give them a nickname. It would make it so much easier to identify the purpose of each account I have set up. Thank you.
Coming back
I’m coming back to anz plus. I’m sick of fees and it’s annoying. Also, you should let us choose what colour we want for our card instead of blue and a picture from our photos.
Very poor
Not at all impressed. You open this App & ANZ give you 2 Ac’s you never asked for but not the Ac you did set up. To then try & get that Ac so you can see it in the App is a process of online links to help pages that give you 404 messages. Clearly no one senior outside of the IT Dept that wrote the App & understand its details has ever done a Cold Start themselves. They would send this abysmal joke of an App back into development to fix it!

The app is fine but it would be great if there’s widgets to view account balance and stuff like the up bank app

Great idea and imitative, getting ahead with the future of banking. BUT would be amazing if you could schedule payments, and I’ve found the response time for requests, especially fraud, quite slow.
