Great App
I heard about it on the 6 O'clock news. Was sceptical at first then did some research - It is a great product with real returns and live profit/loss data. Fantastic- different portfolios from Safe to Moderate to Aggressive. I have a low balance and projections show i will have over 100K by retirement. A+++

Wasteful. Better alternatives exist
High fees, and purposefully hide information / share misinformation to keep you paying when you just want to sell and cancel.

Excellent investment app
This app is excellent and I would recommend to anyone who wants to invest in shares which are fully diversified across the world. However the latest “10” app icon is ugly and new app redesign is less intuitive and not an improvement. Hence one less star.
Not an enhancement
I don’t like the update. Bring back the performance graph on the Home Screen.
Slow to get money out
Takes 7 business days to withdraw money. It’s unnecessarily slow, and there’s no reason for it, when bank transfers are instant now. It suggests Raiz are depositing your money into the overnight money market for a few days, and keeping the interest before returning it to you, like banks used to do with cheques. Otherwise, the app is decent
Raiz is easy, smart investing
I really like the ease of the platform. It feels amazing to be an investor with such an easy setup that I don’t have to worry about. Round up is terrific and works sooo well.

Round ups kept going when I turned it off
I turned of the round ups and it kept taking money out off my account then I can’t get it back for 5 days

No longer user friendly app with harder to see/find what your current saving is and increase to the $5…, NOT HAPPY
New new look 👎
I’ve used the app since 2017 (when it was acorn) and it was always very easy to use and read. But there has been an update recently which makes it difficult to read. For example, in the old app the pertains was super easy to read - if the graph was above the line at the end of the day, you had made a profit. If it was below, you had made a loss. But in the new look app you can make a loss for the day and the graph is above the start line making it look like a profit. There are other little things which also can be looked at that the pre-updated app did that this one is harder to do on. Please fix.

DO NOT USE
I highly recommend NOT using Raiz. My experience with Raiz has been absolutely appalling. I have been trying to withdraw my invested funds and update my funding account, yet the process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. It took more than five business days and multiple follow-ups just to receive a response, and I still have not received the money I invested

I don’t know why but they updated the UI and it is genuinely horrible if it ain’t broke don’t fix it but they did anyway.

Raiz raises well
It’s a good platform for future investment. Does the job by itself. Investors can invest very small amount of money to begin with. Of course, very safe, genuine and easy for new users.
Loses $
I’ve invested money here in trial. After 14 months the fees are more than any gains, rendering the platform redundant in terms of financial performance. I’ll pull my money out and throw it in home loan. They were no help when I asked for clarification or help. What point is a platform that costs you $ and you end up in deficit? COD ordinary.

Much better ways to invest your money for better returns and where you’re not scammed with a monthly $5.50 fee. I’m closing my account, this has been a complete waste of time.

An intuitive and easy site to use raiz makes it easy for first time investors to understand and view where their money is actually going. It’s easy to use platform and promotional offers allow a chance for you to see return on investments in real time whilst learning more about shares. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
SCAM
I’ve been a Raiz user for a few years but as of March this year, they introduced a mandatory subscription service to be able to use the app that I WASNT INFORMED OF. I have just discovered I was put on the middle tier without any confirmation and it has been deducting from my invested money this entire time without my knowledge. Absolutely scam behaviour. STOP MAKING EVERYTHING A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. I’M ALREADY PAYING YOU MONEY, STOP TAKING MORE FROM ME!!!!!!

I love this app- just set and forget and watch your funds compound. It’s a fun way to save with jars!
