Always, always unable to login for a reason or another.
Good app
App is good however it’s quite buggy and laggy, especially in the ‘Learn’ section. I often have to close and reopen the app as it doesn’t let me back out of things. Other than this no complaints.
“Assets Missing”
Forced addition of “Assets Missing” section to home page in update is 👎 Inconvenience marketing. The regular prompts on the homepage weren’t enough? These are optional pearler products. I’m not missing them, I don’t want them.

Been very happy with platform so far and customer service was great to set up me up so quickly.
Great idea
Pearler app has the ability to deposit money into the Pearler account however, very slow and clunky when trying to withdraw money. Since i last withdrew funds Pearler has added more security measures to verify that it is you withdrawing. This should have been addressed to us the consumer when introduced to avoid the unnecessary delays occurring when withdrawing. Effectively Pearlers is sitting on the users money for days.
Great but…
Pearler is awesome, really love it, but I do wish they would bring back the feature where you could see you total input amount in dollars next to the existing value.
This pains me
Pearler - I love you, I really do. So this pains me to say - but the app is rubbish. I get you have probably vibe coded or. Or perhaps you haven’t and you should. I don’t know. Either way it’s rubbish. I constantly have to 2FA. Like inside my secure iPhone I have to 2FA every single time to get into the app. Wtf? I tried to see if I can disable all security settings (because basically it’s so annoying I’d rather it be unsecured than this) but all the menu tab items don’t work. I’m running latest iPhone and latest OS so I’m afraid it’s definitely you, not me. Even when you get in it feels like an app built slightly before apps existed. Actually I don’t know, maybe it’s great, but I restarted it 4 times tonight and still the nav bar doesn’t work. Like I say, pains me to say, as I love you guys overall and I invest regularly via you, but that’s via web rather than this….whatever this is.

App Needs Major Improvements
Your app still needs a lot of work. 🤯 I can’t make any transactions or even change my phone number. It keeps sending me to broken pages or pages that don’t exist. To make things worse, I can’t close my account because I can’t sell my shares without updating my phone number, and I can’t update my phone number. What a nightmare. Please fix these issues.

Glitch Haven
This app is so glitchy it makes using the platform a real pain. Data doesn’t show, accounts don’t link properly, buttons to edit don’t work as intended, Face ID login stops working, keypad to enter mfa codes disappear when you return to the app. Overall a real pita to use

Terrible couldn’t login to the app the support doesn’t even know why I couldn’t invest. All in all a bad experience and now can’t even make a new account. Need to make it easier for new investors
Haven’t even got started yet
I was so excited to try this app after researching all the brokering options available, but I’ve had it several days and haven’t even been able to start! The initial login and subsequent set ups have not been user friendly.. buttons not working, error codes, trying to transfer holdings but requested documents not uploading because the files are too big or the type is incorrect! Alas, I will persevere and hope to actually use it for its main purpose soon.

Great support, user friendly for beginners. Perfect for long term growth, super low fees and no necessary subscriptions. First home buyers this is amazing, one of the best supers on the market too!
Buggy and crashes
Brand new customer, keen on using all of pearler’s fantastic wealth management and investing tools. But Jesus this app is buggy, unresponsive and crashes at the slightest workload. I have a 15 plus so it’s not my fault.

Every time I hear about a Pearler app update I pray they have thrown the entire UI in the bin and started over. And every time I login and feel disappointed. Seriously guys you added even more taps required to switch to limit orders? I cant see my balance when im trying to figure out how much to invest when purchasing on limit orders. I have to hide the keyboard to see it when its essential information at that point of the purchase journey. Teeny tiny little arrow buttons to go to different screens from the front page? Why? Why do i need to see information on the ETF i buy every pay day before I purchase? Just add a shortcut to users investments with a big buy button on the front page. This app is a prime example of too much information when I dont need it, not enough information when I do need it. And too many interactions required to perform its basic function.
Not worth it
I tried moving my portfolio to Pearler. The team is engaged and tried to help but is not able to provide reasonable supports. I was asked to upload the same document wet signed in three different versions and encountered multiple bugs. Ultimate had to another broker.
Please overhaul the UI and UX!
Please can you overhaul the UI and UX?! Pearler as a service is great. As an app, severely lacking in the design department. SO many different font sizes (many too small imo), some text even overlays over each other. Dashboard layout is confusing to navigate. Some graphics are pixelated. Very slow load times. You’re great, but can we please give a bit more love to the app design?
To hard to take out money
It takes seconds to have your money transferred into the app but I had to take money out for an emergency its been more than a week and i still havent got the money. wouldn’t recommend

Confusing and messy when trying to have more than one investment portfolio. Very limited customization. Regret choosing this app but chat GPT recommended it 🫠

Good investment service I guess? Shame about the app. Login issues constantly. EDIT: now that headstart has shutdown it says I need to join pearler plus to automate the kids investments hahaha what a scam

Transfer from USD to AUD it too long
I’m sick of having to manually transfer USD dividends into AUD and having to wait almost a week to withdraw funds. Seriously considering a move to another platform with lower processing times.
