get quite a few technical difficulties in the app which stop me from investing, or worse, make me invest twice!

Login never saves my details. I always need to log and enable passcode and Face ID

I’m continuously getting logged out since around the last month. Please fix.

Worse fund managers
Even after providing so much of fees the fund managers can’t allocated and move funds to the right companies at right time. Very bad portfolios. Can’t see any profit margins. Even after allocating money for 2-4 years there is hardly any gains
Investing Simplified
“Spaceship”app makes regular set & forget investing very easy. There is also Superannuation accounts, First Home Buyer superannuation savings accounts and of course many different ETF’s & stocks to purchase. It also has cheaper costs vs many of the other fin apps per investment and the account management fee’s are responsible when using this app for investing in the US. As a Dis. Pensioner with little to no savings in 2022 I know have $17,000 (current value 26’) invested into various ETF’s & stocks. I’m hoping to get to $20G this financial year. One improvement would be greater info displayed on ones investments like %gains ,% growth rates per timeframe, etc Greater onscreen accounts information would allow one to be more confident in decision making & it would then give more confidence in one’s investment thesis . Obviously theres a wealth of other financial information services/websites available out there to use such as TipRanks or Yahoo Finance.
Login issues
Seems to log me out and require password input, set up new passcode and FaceID every time I want to check my balance. Never had this issue with any other app
Great investment, irritating updates
The app is very simple and easy, makes investing stress free. My investment has done fairly well with their fund! But please stop making it mandatory to update my app every few days and then have to log in all over again in order to use this!! A few improvements could be made to see more investment data, and see figures in tables easier when interacting with it, like other competitor apps do.

I love the graphs that it uses and shows how much money you’ve made. What would make it perfect is to have a function where you can select dates with your fingers and see what the performance is for that period. Additionally, it would be good if it could constantly display how much percentage your money has made since you originally put it in.

Major Security Flaw
The app regularly asks me to create and confirm a 4-digit PIN code and then add face recognition. If someone stole my phone this would allow them to easily access my account and change my financial information
Great service
Spaceship is a great service with competitive fees and strikes a great balance of providing approachable ways to learn more about personal finance and investing for those starting out and have been getting some impressive returns lately. My only critique is how long they take to provide annual tax statements compared to other similar services i use so that i’m waiting an extra month after everything else is ready each year to do my tax return.

Awesome app to set up and constantly add to plus you can invest directly in stocks too. I’ve been using this for years now
App asking to setup account every time I log in
App keeps asking me to setup my pin number and biometrics every time I open it. Please fix it to improve my rating.
Great app but constantly makes me log back in
I enjoy the app, it’s very easy to use but every fortnight I seem to need to re log-in, have to set another passcode and everything. It’s very annoying… hopefully this is something that can be resolved

Best and reliable app to create a saving habit and beneficial in the long run.
Stole my money
I tried to withdraw some money from my account finally. And instead of putting the money into my account Spaceship stole my money and took it out of my bank account. Customer service is all AI and non existent.

Every app update forces me to login again
Every single time the app is updated, I’m forced to re-login. The app also makes me set a pin, which does nothing because when the app updates, I get to set the pin (again). It’s pretty damn annoying
Great app makes investing so easy
I highly recommend Spaceship - the app is easy to use and has lots of helpful detailed information. I find it’s an easy way to diversify my investing strategy. They make it super easy to top up your investments as well, I especially like the boosts feature.
App is so glitchy
The app worked fine for years but the last six months it is so glitchy. Every day it seems to reset so each day when I login it asks me to set a new 4 digit password and also to enable Face ID EVERY DAY. Have started taking all my money out to switch to the new commsec trading app I heard about recently. Also FYI: the “spaceship” account the app seems to own / promote seems to underperform so I only used the app to buy other ETFs and stocks. I recently learnt though that it is more like owning a share in the etf is if the company this is all done through died I think I’d lose all my money. Whereas apparently if it’s done through a normal bank where you invest in ETFs or shares I think even if the bank died your name is still on the stocks and ETFs as your own or something.
Overall experience
User friendly software interface. Easy to set up plans and other deposits, easy to withdraw with no issues. Great oversight of portfolio performance. Recommended to friends to use.
