do not invest this is a shadow non custody wallet
they say this is a full custody wallet as soon as i deposit they say i’m gold kyc rated an then try to send my first lot of funds to invest they freeze the trade say it needs a manual override ,so i reverse the trade loose 140 nzd they tell me fiat withdraws are available. takes one to 3 days business days this is the second day still pending an i get a email please allow 5 days for a credit to your account don’t take the money if you wont let someone trade with it what a scam the worst crypto platform i have ever used in my life !!!! they lie u don’t have full custody of your funds !!!!!

Love the Swyftx platform, easy and quick to use
Amazing product ruined
I’ve been using easy crypto for years. Why? Because “Not your keys - not your crypto”. Simple, easy and seamless. You send the money and they send you crypto back right away. No wait, no issues. Then Swyftx decided that people need a more complicated product. Now, I have set up my business account and personal account. Every time I deposit - 1000 questions about where the money coming from. I get deposits every couple of month. For business. For the same reason! How many times do I need to repeat myself? Everything is on chain, you can literally have a look and match the payments… also, I literally set up a business account. I provided everything you asked for. How come transferring crypto is harder than literally every other aspect of my job? Oh, and when I opened my account with all my NZ documents, I am now told that my account is set up as AU and I can’t withdraw NZD 😂 Do yourself a favour and find another exchange. This one is the worst one I used since 2016.

Customer service nd depositing
Ok its been more than a month i am with Swyftx nd i am sorry but I really have to be honest. The customer service is just ridiculous. I literally talked with more than 6 people over just one issue that i had. Nd i had to explain the situation to everyone separately again and again and again. Its like non of them really knows what they are doing. Another problem is that the deposit takes long nd by long i mean very long. Mine literally took almost 10 days to deposit. If I was the CEO of Swyftx I definitely would have had the best costumer service because believe it or not people can easily switch to other platforms if they won’t improve on these issues, so they really need to improve their customer service nd the deposit issue.

I have just started using Swyftx very recently, despite having downloaded it a few years ago. I am pleasantly impressed at the wonderful support that is available when an issue is encountered. Support team are friendly, efficient and very helpful. Navigating myself around the app has also been smooth and easy to use, however I am reassured of excellent support from the chat team if I ever need them. Worst app for crypto that I have used yet!!
What a disaster never have I had this many issues with withdrawing my own crypto!! They blocked my transactions and then as soon as I many personal questions!! It’s my crypto I have the right to do with it as I please.

Pretty good crypto exchange with reasonable fees and easy to use. Deposits can be a bit slow from NZ but the customer support responds quick enough to sort it. Overall not perfect but would recommend

I just started using this app and so far it has been great! It’s amazing to have an exchange that makes it easy to enter/exit crypto with NZD! The app is easy to navigate.
Worst platform ever
Traders can’t rely on a system that clearly doesn’t understand how crypto actually works. The whole point of crypto is speed and efficiency moving funds from a wallet to an exchange is supposed to be straightforward. But instead, you’re asking for something as ridiculous as screenshots from both exchanges at the same time like users have nothing better to do than jump through pointless hoops. It honestly feels like these requirements were designed by someone with zero real-world trading experience. No serious trader is going to tolerate delays and unnecessary verification steps that add friction to what should be a fast process. This kind of thinking is exactly why platforms fall behind. And frankly, it reflects a bigger issue. New Zealand already lags in tech adoption compared to other markets, and systems like this just reinforce that reputation. Instead of improving efficiency, you’re making things more complicated and frustrating for users who expect better. If the goal is to push users away or make the process as painful as possible, then congratulations you’re doing a great job.

Terrible app
I tried signing into the app tried logging and tried multiple times. Contacted customer support. They said they’ll fix the issue. They didn’t fix it. It went on and on and then I talked to 4 more people. They said they’ll fix it but they didn’t fix it. it’s just a waste of time.

Forced to migrate from Easy Crypto. Literally won’t let me make an account, have tried 2 different emails and phone numbers with no luck. Always an error with email/phone when finishing setup. Probably because it lets you skip the email verification part, because it doesn’t actually send you the email confirmation. Great job

SCAM The worst app ever
I tried to make a transfer and they never sent it. They didn’t notify me that it was not sent. A whole week passed where it said the transfer was already processed. My account showed the crypto taken out already. Then when I followed up they said the transaction is not possible. It was still pending and I “have to wait for it to be cancelled” (by swyftx) before they can return the funds to me. Why doesn’t it automatically return the crypto when it doesn’t go through DUE TO SWYFTX cancelling it themselves???? By the time I get my funds back they have taken fees + it’s been a whole week so I have lost eth. They held my eth without my consent for a week and didn’t tell me anything about it. Who knows where it was while I didn’t have access to it. I lost a lot of money due to this and the customer service was absolutely pathetic. Patronising and didn’t answer simple questions like “when will I get my eth back” etcetc Super disappointed!! Do not use this app if you want a decent service. They are a scam.
