Urgent Complaint – Recharge, Online Payment & Card Saving Issues
Hello OneCard Team, I am facing multiple issues with my OneCard, and the overall experience has been extremely frustrating. 1. Unable to recharge: Whenever I try to recharge, I get a “Data not found” error for every number I try. This is not the first time—I have faced the exact same issue previously as well. 2. Online payments: I am unable to make online payments using card tokenization. 3. Unable to save the card: I am also unable to save my OneCard on supported platforms for future payments. I have already tried reaching out to your support team through email, but I have received no response. I have also tried calling customer care multiple times, but I keep getting the message that the customer service executive is busy, without actually being able to connect with anyone. These are basic card services that should work reliably, and repeatedly facing the same issues without receiving proper support is very disappointing. I am hoping someone from the OneCard team will look into these issues on priority and provide a proper resolution rather than directing me through automated support channels. Please investigate and let me know the root cause and expected resolution for these issues. Thank you.

एक बार पिन व बायोमेट्रिक सेट करने के बाद ऐप केवल एक बार ओपन हो रहा है दुबारा ओपन करने पर ना तो बायोमेट्रिक सपोर्ट कर रहा व ना ही पिन मान रहा है

Cant login app always show wrong pin and wrong biometrics entering password is correct and face lock also successful but app still wrong message show fix it this update very bad

Slower with new UI and dumb errors
The new UI revamp has made things difficult to find and it has dumb errors. For example when I try to pay custom amount, it asks me to enter an amount lower than Rs. 0 (negative amount) while at the same time higher than Rs. 10

Complain closed without resolution.
Onecard team don’t even bother to revert the email or ticket raised by a customer. It’s been a month I didn’t received any resolution to problem with app payment. On top of it in app it shows the ticket has been closed. How can you close the ticket without providing the solution to the customer. I am chasing them since a month but no response. It’s shameful to see this behaviour of OneCard team towards a customer who’s using the service since more than 5 years.

Latest Update Is Full of Bugs
1. I’m unable to sign in properly. 2. Even when I manage to sign in, it frequently shows “Something went wrong.” 3. After closing and relaunching the app, the App PIN is incorrectly treated as invalid, even though the PIN is correct. These issues are very frustrating, especially for a financial app where reliable and secure access is essential. Please fix these bugs and release a stable update as soon as possible.
