Bill payment issues
When I pay the bill for kiwi, the app doesn’t show any credit in transaction history. It also doesn’t show bill is fully paid.
App hang often
Often the app get hang and I have to force close from taskbar. Please solve this issue. Idk why this happens
Too many bugs
Please fire all of your developers. I don’t what they does. Simpler issues are not getting fixed in the app. 1. Paid bills but still shows not paid. 2. Recharged my jio sim, still shows notifications. And lot more. Fire them. Otherwise I don’t know what’s going to happen to the App and to the business.

Introduce Lock Screen Widgets
The app is good and it also supports biometric authentication now. The only thing missing in here is the support for Lock Screen Widgets on iOS to straight away open the QR code, this feature is there in PhonePe, Paytm, etc, but is missing in Kiwi UPI App. Also, it would be good to see a dark mode available on the app to complete the look.

This app doesn’t work on lower than latest ios so don’t apply this card if your not going to update to latest ios or if your using an old iPhone that doesn’t update to latest running iOS. If you want your kiwi card to work you need to buy new iPhone. It doesn’t say why it’s failing to register it simple gives your sim network problem and customer care is only AI and it doesnt do anything other than saying sorry for the inconvenience. You can apply for the card but you can’t link it so it’s making the card useless as you can’t use neon membership

I am trying to reach out kiwi support team from last 20 days to do my kyc but has not received any satisfactory answer. Pathetic experience
EMI Convertion Issue
For my yes bank credit line, whenever I open the app it says that I can convert the bill to EMI but there isn’t an option to do that

Spam endlessly, crash midway, and block users with 810 credit scores
Relentlessly pushed a 'lifetime free' Flipkart offer, but Kiwi crashed right after I entered my PAN. When I tried to log back in, my account was already blocked with a useless 'email support' prompt. If your app crashes on basic onboarding and penalizes users for your buggy tech, you have no business offering financial services. Save your time and stay away.

I didn’t get cashback on my credit card bill payment , cred always gives cashback.
Custom upi id
The UPI experience and credit card integration are excellent. However, I'm deducting 2 stars because Kiwi lacks the option to create a custom UPI ID, which is a critical feature for me at least. Currently, using a mobile number-linked UPI ID exposes my phone number to everyone I transact with. This raises privacy and security concerns and limits my ability to use Kiwi confidently. I strongly request the Kiwi team to introduce custom UPI IDs at the earliest.

Clash with media apps
Media playback is stopped once payment done sound is played. Kind of like it overtakes whole audio system and does not play music after that sound. Alison no option to turn off in app sounds.

How much one is spending every month that info should be visible in the app, we have this feature in other app like gpay or Paytm , please implement this. Kiwi support chat is just frustrating… repeating the same fixed response .. improve the chat response
Need better app icon visibility
The current icon color is very muted/faded compared to established apps like Google Pay. Most users make payments through muscle memory, and GPay’s vibrant colors draw the eye instantly. Because Kiwi's color is pale, it gets lost on the home screen and causes a pause during fast transactions, often leading users to default back to GPay. Please consider making the icon color richer, higher-contrast, and more vibrant!

Mera yes klick card pichle 5/6 din se blocked hai.. na kiwi wale help kar raha or na hi yes bank.kiwi walo ko customer ke taraf se yes bank ko bolna chahie but wo log help nahi kar raha.sirf bol dia ki yes bank se contact karo ..bas uska kaam hogeya. Aisa karoge to kiwi card & app dono hi bandh kar dunga.plz unblock my card.

I applied for PNB Kiwi Credit card. And it’s been more than 2 weeks but no updated from PNB Banks & Kiwi Bank. Usually card approval time is 1-2 days and my CIBIL is also very good. And for chat support they put some bot which is very annoying.
