Harassment and Threatening Behavior
I borrowed money from CreditBee, and because my payment was slightly late, they have been calling me to harass and threaten me, saying they will come to my home to humiliate me. This app is dangerous, and I am sharing this because I don't want anyone else to suffer or get trapped by their predatory practices.

To much of call no one is running u will get ur money

Recovery agents harassed and abused for 2 days delay in repayment, while I took a loan from them, although the amount is paid in full and closed. Now because of recovery agents updates kreditbee is not giving me a second loan

4 stars because too many sms reminder a day.
Love the app and easy accessibility but getting more than 4 sms reminder a day? That’s too much. Hope you’d fix it to 1 or 2 a day.

Getting 4 to 5 reminder and calls before a due date is a non sense Not recommended
Disappointed
The app is fine, but I find one thing very wrong about them. They are asking to make the payment before the actual due date arrives. Even though the payment date is the 2nd of the month, they demand it before that date, which I do not think is right. my due date is October 2nd. However, even before October 2nd arrived, they kept messaging me repeatedly asking me to pay. So, I made the payment today. Now, they are telling me to make November's payment on October 3rd..that not fare please it’s one sided harassment or something..

Don’t gives message every hour . It’s very disturbing. People know what is the last date of loan repayment. U guys starts spamming 10 days prior and every hour . What is this nonsense. Please stop
Rejected after paying previous emi’s
When i was searching for money KreditBee message popped on my screen like you credit limit it upgraded to high amount (i don’t want to mention amount) for that clear you running loan and get new one ,,, so I adjust the money and i paid it after the payment the application shows like sorry we can’t give you loan now try after 6months 🤧🙏 i was like fully down on money and now extra money also I borrowed from my friends so please let the customer know that if they clear the running loan they will surely get the next loan please let us know it😭 Btw no compliant about the app or anything

Getting calls daily
I have completed my loan with kreditbee about 2 years ago but they still call me every single day and tell me to complete the video kyc, i mean why i have completed my loan why the hell do i need to do video kyc when i have no loan active with you. Please stop calling me for this rubbish it’s very irritating

Very Disappointing Loan Eligibility Experience
I do not recommend this app. I have been waiting since August 2026, but my loan eligibility keeps getting postponed due to “profile re-assessment.” The date keeps changing, and I still haven’t received a clear explanation. Very frustrating experience. I hope the team improves the eligibility process and provides proper communication to customers.
