Hello , i have requested for some money on this app and its been around 5 days, they tell us that the money would be credited to your account in 24 hours, but it hasnt for me, and whenever i try to contact someone there isnt any customer service number , there is an email but the only respond we get is that we would get back to you, idont know the money would be lended to me or not but they have set up my auto pay for the next 6 months, so what i want to say is that please place some one for customer service, because there isnt any help from your side, the frastuation they give us is impossible, as we check for the diposite and for any message but there wouldn’t be any, if there is anyone on these company vewing this review kindly contact me

I’ve applied a loan and timely paid all the EMI’s and closed the loan and again when I applied for the other loan they are just showing error continuously even after I forwarded a mail and also talked to their AI assistant even though they don’t have a solution

Poor Experience for Returning Customer
I had taken a loan earlier and cleared it on time. All my document verification was already completed. But now when I want to take a loan again, I have to go through the same process from the beginning. This system is not good for returning customers. Please make it easier for old customers who have already cleared their loans.
