बँक खात्यात पुरेसे पैसे असूनही यांच्या तांत्रिक चुकीमुळे ई-मँडेट कट झाले नाही. दुसऱ्याच दिवशी संपूर्ण ईएमआय भरला. कस्टमर केअरने चूक मान्य करून लेट फी माफ केली आणि ईमेलवर 'सिबिल दुरुस्त केले' असे सांगितले. परंतु प्रत्यक्षात सिबिल डिस्प्यूट पोर्टलवर त्यांनी खोटे सांगून दुरुस्ती नाकारली (No Change) आणि सिबिल स्कोअर खराब केला. आता या मनमानी आणि ग्राहकांच्या फसवणुकीविरोधात थेट आरबीआय लोकपालकडे (RBI Ombudsman - cms.rbi.org.in) तक्रार दाखल करणार आहे.

Don’t borrow unless you are completely confident you can repay it. No Settlement options or may not always be affordable o for customers facing financial hardship.
