Very poor unifi

Payment problem
Hi please check why i canβt make payment through card visa. Why i put the CVV number but its not appear!? Is it becaus of my phone??

Setiap kali buka apps mesti kena log in balik. Please lah up to date sikit. Sangat menyusahkan yer kejap2 nak kena log masuk semula
App change and whole new log in
Itβs all well and good to upgrade the app. But itβs not good enough to lose all my saved preferences and logins. What Γ pain it is to have to re-enter all my passwords and whatnot. Do better. Youβre a telco!!

CVC field error
The new update has a bug. Unable to type anything on the CVC field unable. Tried many times. So I am unable to use my card for payment.
Unable to add fibre home internet account
Attempted to add my fibre home internet account in MyUnifi app more than 3 months but no resolution until today after logging multiple reports to support team.

Problem
I had recently started using applications to pay my bills due to covid lockdown. I tried paying my unifi broadband but when I press pay my bill it takes me to a plain screen and nothing loads Even after re-setting the application itβs still the same problem along with leaving it for a while
Needs an update
The app has a lot more development to do particularly when it comes to bill payments. When we get to the accounts page, the refreshing icon will go on for ages , and we are unable to make payments. βOops! Somethings gone wrongβ¦β is the message that pops up. This is worse than a kindergarten app!
Worse app
Useless app in this world. The 2.0 version is worse from the previous version. Sign in unifi tv id using tv is really difficult and so troublesome. It cant sign in. Try to reported but Customer Service ask to check using EasyFix but still nothing can be done. Dont know why need so many thing to register. Unifi tv then additional Unifi Digital ID. Try login and successful then ask to close this window. Then, it bring me back to 1st step, need to Easyfix and asking to login again. Repeat the all the same thing, insert the email, phone number, verified email but nothing happen and the problem is unresolved. Useless and worse apps that not working. Unifi TV 2.0 should be more convenient but get really bad experience to watch TV.
Difficult to Report Connection Issue
Please make it easier for customers to report technical issues and request technical support. When I experienced a connection problem, it was very difficult to find the option to report the issue or get help with troubleshooting. The chatbot, Maya, was not helpful in resolving the problem. A clear and easily accessible βReport Technical Issueβ or βGet Technical Supportβ option would make the app much more useful.

After past failures now I can login & see my account. So far, so good.
App is terrible
I cannot view my bills, already made payment still no any updates and can direct to pay the same payment, already refresh still same, so slow to update

Awesome part about unifi app is you can pay for others account without login in. π
Stupid App
One of the stupidest app ever, never do UAT properly. Each time there is an updated and it will logged out and all my bills disappear. Call helpline also useless as they unable to help. WELCOME TO MALAYSIA. Brains on their knee.

Doesnβt work, always gets disconnected or logged out or cannot find my bill.. but the Unifi can cut my bill.. stupid app. Login in 15times still cannot get the bill,

Can't link accounts
Try to add my parent's acc, did not get validated even with the correct acc no. Now I just want to delete my account, and yet there is no button for it. Unbelievable.
Good start for mobile tracking
Been waiting for unifi to release the mobile version to track and manage your unifi account with mobile, and finally the new version is here. Had it tested out and everything work seamlessly for me

this app is difficult to use/navigate, cannot find the account payment section, all unnecessary content, not user friendly
