Better than before, but can still improve
If i were to compare this app to the other prividers in the market, i.e. Maxis, TM, CelcomDigi then Time App certainly takes the win since they actually have the wifi manager and parental control. Certainly dont understand the need to change the auth method, like why need to follow how maxis does?

So bad for new update , every month need payment the id must will be log out , then i beed log in again……

Some Feature Not Functioning
I cannot set guest wifi, set the parental control & check blacklist..All not functioning. I cannot access those feature. Why? Before updating i can access.

I’ve been using TIME Internet for a while now, and honestly, the experience has been disappointing. The speed is inconsistent—sometimes it’s okay, but most of the time it’s painfully slow, especially during peak hours. What’s worse is that the price keeps increasing over time. I started paying 100 RM, and now it’s gone up to 150 RM without any noticeable improvement in service. Definitely not worth the money.
Suck apps
When I want to pay monthly bill keep loading please lah if not done yet don’t release it. Suck system!!!!

be careful to choose your internet provider, this one will charge you high on termination even after your contract finished.
Termination of contract
Even after two years of contract, it’s impossible or very hard to terminate it. They will just keep letting you pay
App improvement
Lacks remote rebooting which is crucial when home appliances are somehow not connecting Unable to do diagnostics test and app has issues … Till now the app has bugs and not fully functioning as per earlier version
Rubbish app
Have to reset password each time I login. Does not remember login and you need passport number each time to reset. Even when it works it’s slow. A truly rubbish app
