Maxis WiFi is cannot use
Change from inifi and use maxis already is feel so bad,change three month already the maxis 5G is so lag and until night time will some more lag.them WiFi sometime will suddenly disconnect.use inifi nearly 3year never got this ploblem.call the customer service also never update and call the technician coming settle the ploblem

Home fibre WiFi diagnostic not working for 1Gbps
After upgraded to 1 Gbps, the apps can’t perform the WiFi diagnostic functions. It gave error message and asked to contact customer service. CS also unable to resolve this and saying it was apps issue. Please fix this.

Making Payments
So difficult to make payments at Petronas, always off line or cannot make payments more than Rm200 n hv come again on the 2nd day. Now cannot make payments with 7eleven n your online app also not working well. What are all these happening, can u quickly improve more outlet for payment… Urgent!!!

Disruptive App with pop-ups
This app is poorly designed. Difficult to use for any functional purposes. And has unnecessary Maxis Ads pop-ups. If were to redesign this App, I would put the Maxis Offers as a Carousel and not a disruptive pop-up.

Full of scamming features. And the steps and guide from official website doesn’t align with the features in apps. And a lot default stuff that will charge customers whenever they want. Be careful when you subscribe Maxis.

Limited services with hidden terms and conditions
Apparently some of the term@conditions are only available on official version. Customer services on mobile app are also non existent, it leads you to a virtual ‘person’ that are super unhelpful and monotone.

Easy to Subscribe, a Nightmare to Cancel!
This app lets you activate any Maxis add-ons and upgrade your plan without needing any authentication, great, right? But when it comes to canceling those services, suddenly, the app is useless. You’re forced to call their hotline and go through a whole series of verifications just to turn off something you never needed in the first place. Completely ridiculous and frustrating!

Don’t like the latest update 19 Aug 2019
The other features of viewing your data balance and pay bill is ok. I don’t like the notification red number when the inbox is filled with your ad that I’m not interested in. I’m thinking of deleting the app from my phone, or at least move it to the end pages. This app always have slow response to check the Maxis rewards page. Wish they still have McD promos

Your app doesn’t work at all!! Shocking to experience this from a telco service provider. When I tap to open the app, u see only the logo n then returns to home screen. Same for your hotlink postpaid apps. You really need to sort this out ASAP.

Have unknown charges to my hp bill for two months, called to maxis customer service and ask me to wait for call again from maxis but didn’t get the call or any response from maxis over a month. Really bad customer service.
Could be improved
It provides useful info for me to know how each of my family members and me are doing on data usage. Very easy to get more data and roaming data when I need it and to pay bills. Not good to show info about unbilled charges and constantly the app logs off.
Smooth and easy
My Malyasian friends always uses this when they’re in SG. Love how simple this app is—checking usage, paying bills, and they can activate an eSIM in just a few taps. Works without fuss! Doesn’t lag as much anymore, and everything keeps getting better with each update.

甚麼鬼地方來的 Maxis App？竟然只允許英文的選擇？在馬來西亞多數是馬來人，在亞洲多是華人，這英文有什麼了不起？太離譜了事！就好像我去你的家然後規定你只用左手洗屁股，不可以用厠所紙，只可以用1 Liter 的水而已，你受的了嗎？
Monthly Bill?
Overall is good. However it's kinda disappointed that each of the updates never fix the monthly bill issue. I do receive email on monthly basis on my phone bill, but when I want to pay through this app, it will always show RM0 overdue, and I have to find back my email, pay accordingly and see the overdue amount become negative figures. This makes me wonder am I paying too much than it's actually required?
Frozen after Left Running Background
The app was frozen after left running at background, many times. Need to kill and reopen, make the whole process & experience not effective. Please improve!

The maxis app sure is nice to use but it lags no matter what phone you're using regardless if ur using higher end phones :(

Coverage didn’t drop on East Coast highway. Hotspot kept kids’ tablets alive for 4 hours

After logging in with Email and password, all I get is a loading in progress wheel with the message, “Please wait while we get the app ready for you.” Nothing else happens. I face the same problem after reinstalling the App. Need help to solve this problem.

Room of improvement
The app is still not compatible with iPhone 6 screen. But, that's the least of my concern. Other features such as seeing my unbilled amount, internet usage and any other is quite decent. Maxis Rewards is still unusable after the app update. Every time I open it, the rewards page is blank and empty. Please fix this problem.
