What a rubbish app
Downloaded on a new device and now i cant login even after it made me reset my password and asked to link account but wont accept my account number. Completely rubbish service.

Non stop spamming notifications
What is this scrappy app?? U wanna to promote your business but shouldn’t spamming your notifications like every 10 seconds… just playing game for 30min and keep receiving your promotion notices non stop…. Besides that the services u provided really lousy. Signed up for the home wifi just because of your router can be carry around and can enjoy the wifi at any where an anytime. But the services quality is always disconnected and signal not stable… Definitely will change another to isp after contract is ended. Good job ya…

Worse, scam, slow internet services
Worse internet connection umobile. At the night, connection is very worse and slow. Subscription for 12 mbps is scam, useless and lie. Never get 12 mbps. Result on speedtest for a more than 3 days checking is 1.23 mbps and less than 3 mbps. 4G on the phone but it slow then 2G. Very frustrated and stress waiting long time to loading. Useless hype marketing but in reality bad connection.

I decided to get a physical sim over a stupidly expensive eSIM and I really paid for it. The app is pointless, and costumer assistance does not help. And the automated responses are not even relevant. The app just isn’t clear and it’s all split up into little unnecessary sections that make it even more confusing to figure out if your sim is activated or not. All in all I want to cry

Overall, this app is good enough. Users will be able to keep track with their data and calls/SMS usage or check their bills immediately. BUT... for those who are using iPhone 6s Plus, the user interface will look hideously cartoonish and way too large for their screen. I hope U Mobile will update and optimized the app for iPhone users with higher resolutions.
