Tried to purchase eSIM but when trying to choose numbers it keeps on asking to refresh (something went wrong). Tried many times and it gets stuck at that part. Fix it guys.

After installed eSIM, unable to rcv tac abroad. Called hotline then transferred to whatsapp autobot. Problem not solve.

I have an issue with Topup payment using Credit card fromIphone XS Max. Once press credit card icon payment then popup screen “Sorry we are unable to process your transaction. If using old iphone 7 did not encounter any problem. I can top up using credit card. Please fix the issue.
Get eSIM menu not working
The “Get eSIM” and “Activate my SIM” function does work. I opened the app and chose “Activate or Get New SIM”. In the next page, no matter how many times I tapped on either options, nothing seems to happen. What a weird app.

Cannot activate SIM card
I bought a data sim and wasted 10rm as the Hotlink portal shows the option of activate sim which does not have any effect upon clicking because it’s not even a link. I asked the chatbot and even tried to connect to the agent but I cannot get the help I need. Their 123 is even non existence. Is this hotlink a scam in the first place???

Keep on auto log out
Lousy app, not sure why it had to auto log out after a certain period, and I am overseas often and I don't need the roaming, that means I can never login back to the app until I reach Msia and can receive the sms otp. Why does a telco app need to keep on log in log out? Can at least have biometric log in access???? Really stupid
