distinctive improvement
the overall app experience is way much better than before. you can now pay the bill using credit card which previously wasn’t supported. the interface is user friendly. giving you 5 star this time. make sure you maintain the consistency and seamless payment gateway yeah! good job even though you took forever to design this new app
App is always down
It's down every other week. I can't pay my water bill. It's so annoying

Who built this app? Interns? Got maintenance or not? You all realize the app can’t be used for one week already?

Great Update of Latest “2.0” New App
12 Jun 2024: I’m thrilled that the latest update finally allows viewing and downloading bills - well done! I’ve updated my rating to 5 stars for this significant improvement. One suggestion for future updates - it would be fantastic if the app could support Face ID for logging in. It would be much more convenient than typing my password each time my session expires. 27 May 2024: After more than 3 months since the initial release of SAJ 2.0, I finally managed to register an account and can now view the payment amounts and history for each month. However, I am still unable to view or download the bill. This is a basic feature that a service app should have. Please make this available. I have increased my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. If this feature is added, I will rate it 5 stars. Keep it up. 05 Feb 2024: Disappointed with this app! It’s essentially a browser redirect, forcing you to manually input account info for payments. Additionally, the inability to view bills adds to the dissatisfaction. After waiting months for a brand new 2.0 version app, the result is unsatisfactory.
Cannot open the apps
Already install and uninstall few times. One day can open the apps, next day/month cannot. It’s say updated but cannot open the apps. So, I try to uninstall and install it again. So troublesome. Please work on it.
Save card info!!
I have to key in my card info everytime.. every time…. seriously apps lain dah advanced, this app masih stuck at this issue. Dah berbulan if not bertahun tanya pasal ni, no reply or any improvement dibuat. Super slow

Hi It is a good enhancement to see bill & make payments on mobile app It will be great to have the following too: - - setup automatic GIRO deduction from credit card or FPX - able to get SMS and/or email notification for bill issued, reminder of OS, payment made, water disruption and resumption etc - able to see my average or sector average consumption and cost - able to share tips and tricks for save clean water consumption - able to fill up and submit various types of applications via online forms (you can do 1-off on-site/ZOOM/MS Teams verification of identify) + make relevant payments for such applications via app instead of wasting time to go counter Thanks Dino Get Outlook for iOS

Lousy app
Can’t login after downloaded. Keep prompting error and asked to try again later. Went to SAJ website to login instead. What’s the point of having an app that can’t be login?

Stupid apps
We have been waiting for this apps for long time..now it come with stupid system..why user cant see the current bill before pay???I cannot believe people who create this apps very stupid like this..bodohhhhhh!!!!!
No account bill info before paying bill
What we need is to view the current bill before we can pay for it. But this apps only allow you to enter account number & amount to be paid manually. Why the previous apps had been terminated without any notices?!
Downgrade. App is a JOKE
The new app version is a downgrade from the previous app. In the previous app there is a scanned copy of your bill if you are able to see the consumption usage, amount charged and so on. This version they only show the amount. This is so upsetting and embarrassing. We been voicing out this so many times and no improvement for months. I suggest the top management should resign and let others to lead. The new app is a big JOKE.
Totally unacceptable
What is the purpose of this apps? What is the difference between apps and website? Cannot login to view own account, cannot view anythings, might as well not need to develop this apps.
Useless apps
For payment I can just use bank transfer, the apps purpose should able to see the usage and payment or outstanding. Waste of time using this apps. Please get a development team, gosh…
