Trash
I have two of these cameras, one of my front and one of my back yard. Do not buy this camera. It is trash. It’s always off-line, even if it has a good signal. And a good battery charge it works for a couple of days and then it goes off-line. You really don’t get any support from customer service. I got tired of pulling my ladder out taking the camera down restarting the camera. I have to do that about three times a week until I finally just got fed up and through both of the cameras in the trash because that’s where they belong. I do not recommend this camera. It is totally a waste of your money..

Love it but it could be better
The picture quality is amazing and I really love how I can set up a schedule to release the treats… HOWEVER it would be great if there were more timeslot options for one thing. But more importantly, my schedule changes throughout the week so it would be nice if you could have different times designated for different days. I have to go in and manually change the schedule every day. This is so time consuming and very frustrating.!!
Subscription issues
App is great but the subscription service doesn’t register. So the app continues to have the services locked even once subscription is paid for. But the cameras are great wish I could utilize the additional services

Many bugs
Session constantly expiring regardless of when the app is opened. Often instantly. Very frustrating and needs more bug fixes.
Poor features
On iOS I have lost the option of setting off alarm or toggling light and the reaction to detection of people is too slow resulting in the back of heads and poor evidence of trespass and crime . Disappointed . Two stars as it is still barely functional and of use. Updated to one star still no function of setting off alarm or turning on light Updated to four stars functions restored but finding settings within device and family plan settings was complicated.
Truth
These cameras are OK. They have a great picture but they’re poor with the 360°. They will not follow everything. They do only follow it for seconds when it does many many false notifications for part vehicles and you have to purchase the AI package for each individual cameras, but I’m sure this review will not be posted for it’s more negative than it is positive and we all know in today’s society that we can only share positive because we don’t want to know how bad everything is. Motion detection didn't work well after an update, usually gets the person's back and not face. Doesn't record people over half the time. Wouldn't buy , the company turned to sb!t after they required payment to keep your recordings and started ? incorporating AI, of course for $2.99 a month or more to keep your recordings .

Notifications Options Needed
This was mentioned by another reviewer, but the app desperately needs options for notifications. Manually turning them off in my settings creates the issue of needing to remember to turn them back on.

Needed to Reconnect my Ring Bell
I got a new internet service and needed to Reconnect my Ring bell. The app never let me change my WiFi so tried every way to connect it. NOT Found. Factory Reset it and Tried every way again NOT FOUND! Interesting how I changed every security camera within 5 minutes. However the only thing left was my ring bell and still not connected through this App. I won’t ever use this Failed app again.

This app used to be great. Since I purchased my camera system a few years ago this app has got worse and worse. Ads popping up all the bloody time and now we’ve got the subscription AI thing flashing at you every time you want to look at who’s at the door! Please give us the option to disable that!???
Missing some footage
Some footage doesn’t record. When I go live I can see clear and zoom is excellent camera turns at 355. Nice camera easy setup just needs to get all footage that’s important in a security camera

Outdated product that cant adapt to modern technology. Now I have to depend more to get a replacement that is compatible with 5G Wi-Fi.
Bug Fix
Great app, but Alarm Area not working since last update - picks up all activity outside the allocated area as well. Very frustrating, can you fix it please.

Add a dark mode you nutcases. Every night i need to check this app i am blinded and or a lightup a room like its the middle of the day. Add a dark mode. For now, 2 stars because everything else is fine. ADD A DARK MODE!!
Motion Detection on/off stopped working
Rebooted camera to get this to work again. But the usual icon click and turn it on and off, doesn’t work on older versions of camera. Please fix!

Too many ads
I wasn’t going to give this app any stars but am forced to give at least 1 otherwise I can’t save the review. When you purchase hardware and the software that drives it contains ads it just infuriates me to no end. To that I want to add that the app isn’t that good anyway. I can understand wanting to charge for off site storage but have buttons and offers that act like they work until you try and use them and they then say “you gotta pay…”

Good but needs a little tune up
For the most part it is a good camera, however recently when I go to watch captured videos I will get the message “failed to open video”. Hoping this can be passed along to get a fix! Editing this over a year later to add that the “Failed to open video” message has not been fixed. I have a stalker so I’m going to need to switch to something else. Videos that fail to open don’t hold up in court.

Wants you to pay now
Since the app update, you cannot access anything… Never had to pay prior to app update. Now we have no camera access at all unless you pay $90 a year. AI pop ups, and we will be throwing camera system in trash. It wasn’t even great to begin with! Don’t waste your $$$!
Good tech
The software and camera are pretty cool, especially as it is solar powered and doesn’t need to be plugged in. I’ve used it to monitor wildlife in my backyard and have snagged some amazing shots. The fact I can capture stills from the feed or sections of the feed is a great feature. I also like the fact the software will note when something large passes by and notify me, though it has a tendency to report flying bugs at night, but that’s okay. I do wish the camera had a zoom function so I could set the focus on a specific point rather than just full field all the time.
No one to get customer service
I cannot access my videos through my sd cards . Latest update made it like this. Please put it back the way it was! Maybe someone from this app can contact me on regards to this matter? I’m afraid to update again to have more bad issues

The cameras quality are great and installation easy. The cloud storage is a nit more pricey then i wanted to pay but the camera price are really good so it some what fair.
Greed has made this app worse
Previous options for cloud subscriptions have now gone UP in price. I am paying more than before AND getting less cloud saves, from 30 days down to only 7 days. The 30 day option is now much more expensive. Customer service is also nonexistent. I plan to move on to a different security camera and cloud service, I would recommend you do the same.
Not Updating
Newest update not working at all. I’ve tried a dozen times to download update and it just keeps coming back to update the app.

Useless App
I’ll cancel this service in May before the billing date and they have charged me over $88 since then. Their service is useless. The nine dollars apiece you pay for the camera app does absolutely nothing more than the camera on standalone. When somebody walks through my camera, they are usually in the house and seated before the app even alerts me and it don’t start recording until then so it’s absolutely useless and it is impossible to cancel.
Great camera but ….
I like this camera and have been using it since 2023 when I bought it from Amazon.ca The problem with the setup is that it takes a long time to see the video when someone rings the bell and I want to answer it. I’ve also tried to sync the chime that came with the camera but have been unable to do so even after restarting my devices. I’m in the market for a new camera and hope it doesn’t have the same issue.

This app always takes away from you when you update wants you to pay them to get videos and get iCloud
Dark mode
Please please bring dark mode option. The white light hurts my eye so much in the middle of the night if I have to check it
