Options are Great
This app allows for fine adjustments like high end commercial systems. Very nice
Not recording even with iCloud package
Bought the I cloud package and then stopped recording. Pleas fi!
Works fine
Make it able to set the time to 12 hr instead of 24 hr.
Slow
App is very slow to load and run. Cameras are nice at the start but break fairly quick
Stop telling me what I want
I am fed up with this app and will now buy a different brand. I always wish to watch this camera feed until the battery requires recharging. It worked like that for MONTHS. Now it shuts off live feed after 10 minutes and there’s no way to disable this “feature” Please…..DO NOT TELL ME WHAT I WANT.😡 I bought this device. If I want to run it until it shuts off—-THATS MY PREROGATIVE…….
The best
I have had this Mubview for 4years. So far so good. Guys don’t miss out. I always set my alarm like police sirens .
worst camera app dont get
Honestly everything about this app and there cameras suck not good at all i have a doorbell camera and it used to work fine till one day i just charged it and after that it stopped getting good wifi reception even tho it was the closest thing in the house to the wifi then don’t get me started on how 90% of the time that you have the sensitivity on make it feels like it dropped down to low instead it never catches motions right or record them for long enough its so stupid
Security Camera
So far so good.
Me
You must try it
Can’t play PiP iPhone
We’ve loved our camera as a baby monitor but the only negative is that an Android allows you to multitask while still viewing and the iPhones won’t give me that option. Aggravating to have to carry around a screen just to keep in view
Owner
Product excellence
Use to be a good product.
I got one of your cameras 2 years ago…..started on an android, now it’s not accessible to androids anymore. You can’t access the camera feed on multiple devices at the same time. And it doesn’t save videos anymore. Now it only takes pictures of movement. Nobody wants a picture of an intruder when they break in…we want videos. These products use to be less expensive than it is now and no one wants to pay all that money for 6 seconds of footage…only. This is crazy. Do better for your consumers. Im getting ready to move to a different company just cause of EVERYTHING that yall keep changing. So annoying
Can't adjust time
The camera system it self works great and I enjoy it. The only part that is messed up us the app. It won't allow me to adjust the time I moved to a new time zone and my mubview cameras won't adjust to the new time. In all the ways I've checked everyonces setting area look different than the app for my cameras. My selection of things doesn't look as big and I don't have a “time setting” option. It's very annoying. I've tried resetting them and deleting them but they won't adjust very weird.
Several issues
This app and I have a love hate relationship, it loves for me to hate it. Connectivity with 4 different MUBVIEW cameras are spotty and slow at the best of times and these cameras don’t compete with anything on 2.4g band. This app, for whatever reason can only be viewed on 1 device at a time. You use to be able to share them, it was nice, but I had to delete the app and reinstall to try to get my cameras to start working again, long story(and not all 4 came back even with their resets and reconfigurations) but the updates have gotten rid of the sharing ability. Best thing it had going for it, was that sharing ability, now it’s gone. It’s Not ideal, it’s a massive pain to continue to sign in anytime your spouse looks at the cameras. I’ll be honest, this app and the cameras are more frustrating than reliable. You’ll have some good days but the frustration will win out. I’ve had 3 of these cameras for 2 yrs and 2-3 months so they are out of warranty, the fourth is still in the 2 year warranty for a month and it hasn’t worked in 2 months, trying to get a replacement or a refund. If I get told the cameras don’t work on 5G again as the standard and first response to it’s not working, I’ll scream, because evidently that’s the only answer they like to give you. Just save yourself, save your sanity and find something else. I get the whole no subscription appeal, it’s what I loved, but let me save you time and energy, keep looking! Hope this helps!
They should create more updates
They should create more updates; it's necessary for the APK to function perfectly and have updates at least every 3 months to fix bugs. The functioning of the equipment depends largely on the system updates of the APK; this should be taken into account.
Good unit at a good price
Mounted in a medium traffic area of my property. Solar charging keeps the battery strong and the motion detection and tracking is great!
All of my devices disappeared suddenly.
The app has been having issues for some time now. When I select event recording it used to only record motion alerts. Now it records everything in the timeline if you scroll you can view as if all day recording was on though in history it’ll only show you the actual motion events. Secondly, two days ago all my devices suddenly disappeared and I cannot view any of my cameras any longer. Now all of my cameras and doorbell are completely useless at this point.
First time!
I am sure if I got a better quality type of cam it would be extremely fine but this works great anyways. This is great! Thank you guys!
Need fixing
Unless you subscribe to it then it works perfectly, but if you don’t and live on a busy street be prepared to get notifications from everything that passes by; I have the human detection turned on and still get notifications for every vehicle that passes by the camera and you also get false notifications too. Oh now they are asking for money for cloud storage.
Camcorder is Great except why there’s No “ Delates “ erased video…?
Most of others camcorder have it but why can’t this ones..?
Awesome Product
Love your product…
Cannot sign up on app.
Horrible setup. Returning equipment for refund.
Camera could use faster response time once bell is pushed
Whenever the bell is pushed the person is long gone before the camera comes on.
Will fail you when needed
Cheap system with questionable pedigree will fail you when needed. Pay a little more and don’t regret it
Why
Why is full access to my photos is necessary?
Movies
Great and Excellent job. I need about 3 more of these.
Updates keep screwing app up
This app used to work so good, but then for some reason someone thought it would be a good idea to add a timer… thankfully that was removed. but now you can’t go into fullscreen, because it immediately glitches and kicks you back to basic mode, the worst part is that the camera portion still zoomed in, so no matter what you still have to hit “back” and re open the camera. Its very annoying
Bit challenging
Bit challenging to understand
Removed feature
This app worked well. Please put the features that blanked out the view of the camera back in. I have cameras with no picture showing in the grid. I would like to turn the view back on, and now there is no way to do that.
Notifications could be improved
I think this is a great camera and it’s good at picking up movement but there isn’t a way to know if a notification is just movement or someone ringing the doorbell. I’d like all movement recorded but just get notifications when it’s someone ringing the doorbell please.
Fine indoor camera
Easy to install and use
Subscription
When my 7 day trial was up for my 4G connection, I went to purchase that monthly plan to continue being able to use the two cameras…. They only allow Apple Pay or PayPal and when I tried both ways to pay there was always an error and didn’t allow my payment to go through. Checked my bank, checked my card multiple times thinking it was an error on my end but nope. So now I can’t even view my two cameras. Not sure how to get this issue fixed but extremely frustrating. Not to mention why can’t there be an option for regular card payments!?
Camera
Pretty happy with this camera!
Mubview
Fonctionne très bien .
Does not pick up anything other than people
Need help
Me gusta mucho esta cámara
♥️♥️♥️
Don’t buy
Garbage worked about 6 days and then nothing wouldn’t even let me reconnect
À noter
La sonnerie intérieure reliée à la sonnette se voit rapidement à court de batterie.
Please provide with mount options too
If there will be something with the mouting it will be helpful.

あまり良くない
First of all, this product is meaningless because the smartphone does not ring even when a visitor presses the button. Even if I do the work as the support says, it only works normally for the first time. I can't really recommend it.
Q5
So far I like this camera. But can’t seem to get it to recline so card 😢
Great App
Easy to use. Only issue is it signs me out too fast.
Papa Barry
This is a very good app. I rate it five stars across the board for every reason I recommend it highly.
Cloud videos don’t play
Keeps on saying “failed to play” when I try play back my motion capture videos. Waste of 20 dollars for cloud.
Awesome cameras
Great picture so far, very user friendly at a great price!!
Internet
Need to fix the issue with changing internet provider or getting a new modem. Would be able to change within the app. Instead of deleting app and reinstalling.
