No Single View ALL Cameras
Downloaded this app for security cameras only. Works OK — but, disappointed there is no single view of ALL the cameras. The app requires user to select one camera at a time. Hoping they can fix this in future releases.

Stupid update
This is exactly why I don’t like to update my apps. Before I decided to update the app my app was working perfectly fine, connected to my device by Bluetooth and never had a problem with my wifi connection since I obtained a light that ran through this app. its been about 8 or so months me using it and I was having a pleasurable time with having this convenience. Updated app and all that was lost. Can connect to the light through my bluetooth though my phone and the light are in the same room less that five feet away….. This is frustrating. Please fix it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great app! It’s very easy to use and makes controlling all of my devices simple and reliable. There are lots of useful features and the app keeps getting better with new updates. My favorite part is the Community section, where you can share your creations, get inspired by other users, take part in fun events, and even win prizes. It makes the app feel much more engaging than just a device controller.

Idk what yall did but I can no longer use the app so therefore I can’t use my lamps. Please fix?
Doesn’t transfer rooms to smart apps at setup
I’ve submitted feedback. Who knows if they will ever see it or not. But in the app prior to connecting it to the Google Home app, which is what my intentions are for. I created the rooms for each of the seven bulbs that I added to this app. Upon connecting and linking it with the Google Home app, it doesn’t create rooms in the rooms themselves do not transfer over a separate entities with bulbs within them instead it creates my home lights category and dumps all of them inside of it. This is a massive oversight in the technical department who designed the app configuration and connecting bridge information that needs to be tended to or the voice functionality of controlling individual rooms becomes nonexistent.
App Won’t Open After Update.
I updated the app as it appears it needed to be and now the app won’t open. Now it’s stuck on the lowest setting and i can’t change it. please fix

Excellent app and products
I’ve been using this app with many of their products for 2 years and I’m very pleased with the interface. They not only provide powerful controls for smart lighting, but they also have a fully functioning social platform in the same app. You can post photos and videos tagged with events or holiday themes, and you can share your custom lighting DIY settings along with a video of the effect, so others can download and use it with their own lights. Plus you can see which users are posting more content and follow them. It’s a whole community built around smart lighting. What a “bright” idea!!!!
app no longer loads
the app does not load, it used to be great and now it does not work… i cannot change the color or setting of my lights now. develop please fix asap.
Great Devices, Poor Troubleshoot
I really enjoy AiDot light bulbs, but I can here to leave a review on a troubleshooting issue that wasted hours of my time. I could not establish a Wi-Fi connection between the smart bulb and the router not because of a hardware/software issue— turns out it was because I used special characters in the Wi-Fi PASSWORD— after I saw this issue’s solution posted on a forum, I changed the password to letters and numbers only, and boom— instantly connected. I wish there was an error message that would told me this 4 hours ago. Other than that— love the bulbs. Very user friendly, look really great.

Outstanding Choice
If you’re tired of waiting and waiting for your software like Apple or Google Home to connect to your device so you can turn it on or off, THIS software is the fix for your frustration. Far and away faster responses to anything attached to it than Apple Home or other related solutions. The reason is that connection to your devices is managed at your WiFi network, not off somewhere in the cloud, which makes access to all tour devices dependent upon some web service, web connection, lag, etc. My Matter enabled plugs turn on and off immediately instead of waiting for the “updating” delay that shows up every single time with Apple Home. Delete Apple Home and reconnect all your Matter, MFFT, or numerous other components to AiDot. The software is able to connect to so many IoT devices. Highly recommended.

Love it, great for my lights. But do you think you could add a manual hex value thing for the color options? I have the colors I need memorized by hex code but I can’t quite find them in the wheel. So for someone like me, I’d greatly appreciate it.

App no longer loads. Just stays frozen. I’ve restarted phone and still nothing. Doesn’t go past the main screen.
Battery sucker
I have one light controlled by this app. I forgot to turn off the Bluetooth and it sucked 50% of my battery overnight. What’s this stupid thing doing? Fine otherwise.

Latest update is awful
The latest app update makes unasked for changes that reduce utility. First, the app has difficulty even logging in. If you’re able to get in, you can no longer turn off/on all lights with one click - you have to go room by room. Very stupid update.

Sunrise/Sunset times do not update.
Overall a good app but it does not keep up with changing sunrise/sunset times. It uses the correct time when you create/save a schedule for the first time, but then stays at that time forever, or until you save again. Very annoying. Please fix.
Journey into the LiGhT LOL
A year has passed and I find myself still thinking of new ways ideas and trying new things they are offering like the light lab. The AI has been working against my will to log in to experiment with the idea of using AI. shows im logged in but I go to assign tasks well im logged out then I go find my device it to has left the device and then im back to square one and then it logs in to only P*$$ me off and I have to Leave the app The device the phone and off to the future it will NOT WORK anyway so I go back and try making colors only to find them all repeated not much one can do if the program is not working and not detecting the device or light bulb and I spent $$ on this for improvement yeah really nice job ig it will work for me!⁉️but one day it will be my last attempt and BAMB!!! ⁉️Still won’t connect and login as expected ‼️💋nice try though thanks for sharing it and maybe 🤔 cut the cost $$$
Problem
Hey it was working perfectly fine but now if I try to sign in it will just say it’s incorrect but now I can’t turn my lights on so my lights are just forever off and I have a bird who needs light so how do I fix this problem?
Updated app now it no longer works
The app had a update and it updated this morning now i cant load it at all and if it does make it past the aidot loading screen it goes directly to a white screen saying try again then doesnt do anything and its not due to my service because all my other apps and features work fine on my phone its just this app

Shockingly unreliable but if you can make it connect its pretty cool. I bet other lightbulb apps work a lot better though.
Great When it Works
The scheduling aspect of the devices is very buggy and does not always work. I’ve had a schedule set for quite some time. It stopped working the other day for no understandable or explainable reason. I can’t get the schedule to work again. So now I’m stuck with having to manually turn my lights on and off daily.

please please fix your app
the app constantly states “failed to connect”, and sometimes freezes and all i see is a white screen. i have an iphone 17 pro max, 26.5.1, everything is updated and have the most recent version of the app yet I can’t use it to control my Lighting, which makes this brand worse than other lights I’ve used in the past
App erkennt Lampe nicht mehr
Leider lässt sich die Lampe nicht mehr mit dem Router verbinden. In der Vergangenheit hat es mal funktioniert nur ist das Gerät warum auch immer in der App irgendwann als Offline angezeigt worden. Auch beim längerem Einschalten verblieb es beim Offline Status. Als ich probiert habe die Lampe erneut zu Verbinden ging es nicht mehr, auch nach Router Reset und 2,4 Hz Einstellung. Lampe befand sich auch im Pairing Modus(Durchläuft verschiedene Farben). Sehr Schade… Hoffe man kann mir weiter helfen
Shortcut? Reset?
Everytime I do I “hey siri shortcut” it gets reset. Leaning by the time I use set shortcut it claims that I hadn’t set it up. I’m surely enough when I go to check it it hasn’t been set up. This is the third time I have set it up.

I love the LED lights because even though it only goes halfway through my whole room it still lights up the room and makes it good for sleepovers and movie nights

idk if it’s been since the update or what but i haven’t been able to control my lights or even log in. the app won’t even load despite me restarting my phone, being connected to wifi and redownloading the app three times. please fix this. like be so fr. so many people are having this issue, it should’ve been fixed by now.
Wenn man weiß wie !!!
Nach langem rum probieren habe ich es geschafft die Funzel zum leuchten zu bringen !! Wenn man weiß wie ist es dann doch so einfach !! Man muss die Lampe so wie beschrieben 6 x ein und wieder aus schalten dazu reicht es nicht nur den Roten Knopf zu drücken und wieder los zu lassen !! Man muß schon LANGE den Schalter drücken und dann halten nicht gleich wieder los lassen !! Wenn es lange genug war schaltet sich die Lampe ein und wieder aus das wiederholt man 6 x !!!!!!! Danach also beim 7 x drückt man den Roten Knopf zum einschalten und muss wiederum wirklich LANGE auf dem Knopf bleiben bis die Lampe 2 x blinkt und dann kann man über die App die Lampe Steuern und verwalten !!!! Einen Stern ⭐️ Abzug da es auch einfacher gehen würde !!!!!

Terrible App
This brand is actually the worst I have a humidifier from them and the humidifier is controlled through the app but the app makes it impossible to use your devices. It constantly says updating devices but never finishes updating and locks you out of the device. I hope someone from there corporate office gives refunds to there buyers and fires the entire team that worked on the app.
Very buggy
The app and associated automations are very poor, nothing works the way it should, each time i need to contact customer support, they flick something on their end and it solves the problem. To start with, i was receiving notifications for everything 24/7. Settings schedules or routines did nothing; setting notification settings within a certain time frame did nothing. I had to disable notifications on the system level of my device to stop constant push notifications, until AIdot support confirmed they’ve changed something on their end so notifications started to behave. A bit pointless to have these settings on my app if they do nothing? Then everything was fine for 3 months until my free trial ended. Upon renewing subscription, any automations, routines or schedules do nothing. Whatever you set there, it just does nothing. The only setting that’s now working is Notification schedule. It’s a bit pointless though: i want the events recorded, but be notified at certain times, is that not how it’s meant to work? Also, since renewing subscription, it stopped detecting pets unconditionally. I have 2 big dogs, and they’d not been detected once for a month now. Aside, when it did detect pets, it often detected them as a person. Also, often, there would be no movement in the room (and there can’t be, everyone would be sleeping), but i got an alert it detected a person. There should be a feedback option so i can report this alert was wrong so the AI can learn. And finally, often event recordings are late. The video snapshot shows the recording after the person is gone from the camera already: for example when you walk through the room, the alert comes and shows you the video of your ankle just disappearing through the doorway. Would not buy anymore products of this brand again.

We used this for months with no problems and last week the app stopped working. Today I saw an update so I thought for sure it would be fixed. No. And after reading new reviews it’s not just me. I don’t want to delete the app because people are having trouble logging back in now too. Fix your app before I throw out your bulbs for something else.
Where have all my functions gone.
I just migrated from the linkind app as I was asked to on the app. Now I have migrated. I cannot set the volume or the entry delay of my alarm system. I wish I could go back to the old app. If you still use linkind app, keep using it for now they haven’t fully migrated everything yet.
