Great app! Needs multiple homes and current humidity level on their AC units. Their AC units work great.
Great App, poor humidifier
The two stars are for the app. I would give 5 but the humidifier stopped working slightly over a year after the warranty ended. Talk about planned obsolescence. Save yourself money and buy a humidifier from another manufacturer.
Good fan, horrible controls
I don’t know why this company has the most confusing controls for their product. The app is about 75% baked, and I find myself sitting through yet another calibration because the fan won’t do what I entered.
Best fan on the market
I purchased the first DREO fan 5 years ago and it still puts out air that same as it did when I purchased now I have got a smaller one and it is fantastic
Have to re-pair every day
Have to re-pair the humidifier every single day. The app says device has some trouble and when trouble shoot is started, asks to add a new device available- which is the same device I have to re-pair and configure wifi every single day
Great App
This is a great app, simple and good menu layout, easy to understand. Also gives the option to switch off the beep which is needed as that noise is loud. The reason for the 4 stars is that it constantly seems to disconnect and resets back to default settings, then to reconnect you need to go to the fan and hold the button down to switch on its WiFi again and also set it up on the app like it’s for the first time again choosing your settings. I tried with the remote but it didn’t switch the WiFi back on. I didn’t mind at the start as thought it must be just a glitch, it happens a lot now and the point of the app is to remotely control the fan which is why I got it so it’s a tad frustrating, fix that and I wouldn’t fault it at all as it is genuinely a good app!
Bug? Design flaw?
The fan speed control in the app has been dimmed and I can’t see the number anymore. My eyes are old af
Temp
Yes, it’s supposed to regulate the temperature in the road so I can’t get 74 here at the fan is on 8 but other fan works great and I really enjoy it if I could just get the temperature in the room down, it would be great.

App won’t work or update
I’ve had my fan a week and I can’t fault the fan but the app is shockingly bad, not only has the app stopped working within a week of installing, it won’t let me download the update - it’s not just me either my partner downloaded the app and can’t even get the fan to connect to it.
Less useful
Not happy with the 3.7.2 update. Used to be able to scroll through the devices, now it requires multiple taps to do the same thing. Why?

Asking for home WiFi router password? How is that remotely safe to let a random company have your WiFi password? What is the point in Bluetooth.
Die App ist sehr gut -- zwei Ergänzungsvorschläge
Die App wirkt gut durchdacht und hat wirklich einen Mehrwert. Zwei Dinge, die ergänzt werden sollten: (i) Ein Schnellzugriff auf die Favoriteneinstellungen und (ii) eine Spotfunktion, bei der man den Ventilator manuell ausrichtet (in der App) und dann einen Rotationswinkel einstellen kann, also bspw. für eine 5-Grad-Rotation um diese Position herum (also eine minimale Fluktuation, um eine ganz leichte Variation des Luftstroms zu erzeugen) Würde mich freuen, wenn das bei der App-Entwicklung Berücksichtigung findet. Ich nutze den Poly 517s.
Netzwerkverbindung fehlgeschlagen bitte überprüfen und erneut versuchen
Ich habe mit fern drehe Ventilator bestellt alles wunderbar geklappt Einrichtung in der App etc. dann nach ein paar Tagen ist diese Meldung aufgetaucht und ich kann nichts mehr in der App machen.
Fehlende 45 Grad Rotation
BITTE noch eine Option reinprogrammieren, dass der Ventilator lediglich 45 Grad schwenkt anstatt 90 Grad. Dann gibts auch 5 Sterne.

API is down
The API is down, with an expired SSL certificate (what a rookie error), so now not only can I not use the application for the app at all, but I am now concerned that there’s not appropriate security moving forward.
Funktioniert einfach.
Funktioniert gut und einfach. Die Integration von shortcuts könnte aber deutlich besser sein. Die App taucht zum Beispiel nicht in der shortcut App auf. Auch über HomePod sind die Befehle nicht ausführbar.

Located near the AC, no noise or buzzing sound. It was fantastic for a 150 square-foot room.

Tolle App mit fehlendem Matter-Support
Die App als solches funktioniert tadellos. Ich würde mir nur noch eine Unterstützung für Matter und die daraus folgende Integration in Apple Home wünschen. Nur so kann man die Geräte komplett in seine Automationen einbinden.
Très bon produit, mais l’application
Très bon produit fonctionne très bien, mais depuis la nouvelle mise à jour c’est une galère pour orienter DREO on est obligé d’aller dans Oscillation pour pouvoir l’orienter alors qu’avant c’était dans le menu de base
Disconnects
It forgets my device almost every time I turn the humidifier off or if I leave the house (can’t tell which one it is). I’m not unplugging the humidifier either. So metrics like “time used before cleaning” resets, making it useless.
Very pleased so far
This system was easy to install, it performs very well and cools quickly while maintaining cool temperatures.
Privacy issues
No way to opt out of third party data sharing, and without explicit consent they automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Shame they take liberties with privacy as the app is otherwise fairly good. Response: I have read your privacy policy hence my review stating my own concerns. Also it’s not true, your app automatically has all the marketing email options defaulted to the on position!

Fehlerhafte App
Dass die Übersetzung auch dieser chinesischen App manche Fehler beinhaltet, könnte man nachsehen. Dass die Einladung weiterer User über “E-Mail-Einladung” nicht funktioniert, weil man die Eingabe nicht bestätigen kann, ist ärgerlich. Der ganze Prozess ist ziemlich kompliziert. Das Hinzufügen eines weiteren Users, der schon ein Konto hat, ist mir nicht gelungen. Es gelang nur mit der Einrichtung eines Kontos im Rahmen der Einladung. Schade, dass man keine Möglichkeit findet, mit den Entwicklern in Kontakt zu treten. Ansonsten macht die App, was sie soll und steuert den Heizlüfter zuverlässig!

Bonjour, Ce qui est dommage avec votre application c’est de ne pas avoir des fonctions en plus qu’avec la télécommande, comme par exemple de pouvoir régler la vitesse du ventilateur plus basse pour la nuit (en mode cool). Le mode nuit et inutile, le climatiseur ne baisse pas en régime et fait autant de bruit. Et puis c’est quoi ce gros bruit de clapet qui fait vibrer tout le climatiseur quand le compresseur se coupe, la nuit c’est IINFERNAL !!! Quel dommage pour un climatiseur soit disant silencieux !!!?? Je suis très déçu par ce produit, j’espère que des futurs mises à jours pourront régler ces problèmes !? Cordialement.

Warum schaltet die Heizung bei den Programmen H1 bis H3 nicht bei erreichter Temperatur aus? Nur im Eco Modus funktioniert es.
