「今日のスケジュール」から給餌を止められなくなった。 止めるためには大元のスケジュール自体を止めなくてはいけないため、今日だけ止めたいという時にとても不便です。 UIを戻して欲しいです。 ↓ (2026/8/7追記) 上記レビューを記載して数日後にUIが元に戻った。神。 これからも使い続けます。ありがとうございます。
Ridiculous
I spent $300 on 2 feeders for my cats and I download the app and I’m immediately greeted with a paid subscription service. I’m already put off by this but skip it and try to connect the collar to the feeder and it keeps saying that the collar can’t be read and that it “could be in the wrong position or damaged”. I just purchased it and it came straight out of the box. I try the QR code reader and it says it keeps timing out the request after a few seconds. To experience this right off the bat after spending so much money puts such a sour taste in my mouth.

Nice app, lots of bugs
I couldn’t add my girlfriend’s account by email (since they don’t show ID anymore). They’ve added all these AI features but can’t get the basics right. Voice recordings can’t get saved at the moment. Etc etc
Useless when disconnected
Please fix the wifi and disconnection issue. I’ve owned this machine for only a couple months and It has disconnected multiple times. Why do you need a wifi connection for the rfid collar to open the lid? I’m not home most of the time, so please fix this issue and stop starving my cat.

None of my six devices work anymore. None can connect to wifi and if one miraculously does, I get a notification that it’s lost connection within the day. These are NOT RELIABLE devices. They are expensive pieces of plastic that now sit and collect dust. I can not depend on these to feed and water our animals. My food motivated cat was fed an entire storage of food multiple times. Throw up everywhere! Run… this company is a scam.
Netzwerk-Probleme
Seit dem letzten Update sind alle Geräte nicht mehr online obwohl alles wochenlang problemlos funktionierte. App wurde mehrfach neuinstalliert - ohne Ergebnis. Phasenweise war die Server-Verbindung wieder am Laufen, bricht aber immer wieder zusammen. Stellenweise war auch das Anmeldeprozedere komplett außer Gefecht. Und nein es liegt nicht an meinem internen W-Lan, alles ist auf Stand, Firmware auf allen Geräten aktuell. Ich besitze Kameras, einen Trinkbrunnen und den Naßfutterautomaten.

STOP UPDATING THE APP!!! WE DO NOT NEED AI IT IS MAKING IT WORSE. I CANNOT CONNECT MY DEVICES. PLEASE YOU ARE AN AUTO WETFOOD FEEDER NOTHING ELSE, LEAVE IT ALONE!
Great when it works
I love when my rfid feeders work. None of my babes get to steal food from each other. This app isn’t the greatest at staying connected though. Either that or the feeders, but the feeders will be fine and the app will say they aren’t connected, or they won’t be fine or connected and the app will say they are. Please make it make sense.
Ein super Produkt an sich
Wir haben sehr viel Spaß am Produkt. Die Filter sind wirklich notwendige wenn man mit/ohne mal gehabt hat, sind Filter unumgänglich. Was ich definitif nicht mag ist der Preis der Filter. Auch die Werbung die 30Sekunden nach App installation für ein Jahrespaket über die 1300€ macht, ist meiner Meinung nach unangenehm.
Customer service
Good luck if you need customer service. Bought an expensive fountain and it broke after a short time. It’s hard to reach anyone and they don’t honor their warranty.
Great product!
This is such a good product and I would absolutely recommend it. My issue with the app is that the font is REALLY small and you aren’t able to zoom in to make it bigger. So in the middle of the night when I am trying to see if my pet has already eaten (when she wakes me up hungry), i have to fumble with my glasses to read the text.
Normally Fine But
Worked great for months. Then decided that it didn’t, looks like there was a service disruption. Unfortunately that means that it didn’t dispense any food for 2 consecutive feedings and I had to feed our cat manually. It’s claimed that it dispenses even if disconnected so long as it has battery, so I don’t know why it has decided to fail completely in the face of a service disruption.
App updates disconnect feeder
There was a recent major app update and it completely deleted my feeder and reconnecting it keeps failing, despite my WiFi being correct. I’m just getting frustrated because this has happened several times now where my feeder and its settings are completely deleted from the app and setting it back up is usually riddled with errors.

Horrible Customer Support
Customer support is absolutely terrible. After having me make a video and send pictures along with copies of my receipt, model number and serial number they will no longer answer any emails. Do yourself a favor and purchase a different brand.
Ok but a bit dramatic
The app seems ok, though it does show a scary red “irregularities detected” message which is in fact only a reminder to clean the fountain in 5 days time.
Update
I have loved my Petlibro products but this week they decided to do a major upgrade without warning. I happened to be on vacation and have no idea if my cats received their meals or not. I got home and both of my devices were disconnected from WiFi and there is no easy way to just reconnect them to the internet, you have to completely remove them from the app and reset everything from scratch. I love this brand but it’s hard to stay loyal when they can’t make simple things like updates go smoothly or at least with notice that service may be interrupted so individuals can make other arrangements to make sure their pets get fed.
Auto connect cliches
After power failure & internet resumed, this device could not automatically reconnect itself and requires a lot troublesome manual steps to re-establish its connection. Hope next version fix this.

Poorly designed app
The app only lets you dispense in 12ths of a cup, not 8ths. Two people can’t be logged in at the same time so I have to keep logging in and out on phone and iPad. Why??? The app and notifications keep trying to sell you other things. Why can’t I just go to the feeder?

Soeben hatte ich die App neu geladen… Die Daten waren nicht, wie angekündigt, gelöscht. D.h. ich musste mich lediglich einloggen und alle Daten und Nachrichten wurden angezeigt 🤔 Wie dem auch sei, der Trinkbrunnen war weiter offline. Ich dachte: „Zieh doch mal den Stecker!“ und siehe da: Der Wasserspender ist wieder online. Ein Hinweis/Fehlermeldung fände ich an dieser Stelle sinnvoll 😉
No, the device is not offline
The feeders I have have worked very reliably for over two years. This morning, I noticed that despite an existing on-device feeding schedule that has run for months on end, one of my cats was not fed this morning, zero food was dispensed and I had to do it by hand. It’s possible it’s happened more over the past couple of days and I didn’t notice. This is EXTREMELY concerning because I’ve trusted these things to feed my cats between daily pet sitter visits while I’m on vacation, but whatever network issues are happening, they seem to be affecting not just the app connection, but on-device data. The app says the device is offline even though the device has a solid wifi icon and reconnects fine after unplugging and plugging in again. If a missed feeding happens again after this week, I’ll have to find another set of feeders. Absolutely insane.
Inaccurate plates
I love the actual product itself but the plates don’t line up to what it says on the app for the auto wet food dispenser. It also always skips plate 2 so I have to rotate it multiple times to get the right plate. It’s a little frustrating since I want to be sure that my cat is getting her meal which is impossible when I’m not at home and relying on an app that’s inaccurate. For such an expensive product, I feel like they should make sure it’s accurate. Hoping it’ll be fixed at a future update!
Camera rarely works when not at home! (Updated Review)
Update: As of August 30th, 2024 the camera feed has been stable for 2 months) Everything is working flawlessly 👍🏻 The feeder itself is great, but the camera feed started becoming unreliable a few months ago and now the feed is never stable when using cell data. When i’m home using wifi it works great. But the whole point of the feeder is to monitor your pets while you are away. I am not the only person experiencing this. There is a whole reddit page devoted to the same issue. Please fix this issue ASAP Petlibro. When I first bought the feeder the camera feed worked great for months, now it is completely unreliable and frustrating! Server upgrades, software upgrades, whatever you have to do please do it or else I cannot recommend your product to people I know.
Bricked.
What once was a usable and helpful device has become a glorified pet food container. The unit has been unable to connect to its network for a week, and the app is now useless. The company offers zero support. Thankfully, there are other options out there.

Für den Wad Feeder könnte man noch einiges anpassen: zum Beispiel dass er von alleine aufgeht, wenn die Katze kommt und man das nicht dauerhaft über die App steuern müsste oder sich auch dreht, wenn das Futter leer gegessen ist. Außerdem wäre es super, wenn man Siri Integration durchführen könnte Wie zum Beispiel „ hey Siri bitte füttere jetzt mit der Petlibro App“ und dann öffnet sich der Schacht von alleine

Great Products, Frustrating App
I love their products and the data they provide. After losing a cat to CKD, I am anxiously on top of feeding and drinking habits for my other young cats. Unfortunately, I am finding that the some fountains aren’t accurately tracking water intake on the app, and now I cannot seem to add a new pet through the app. I’ve contacted support and they haven’t provided any solutions or insights on the issues - which is extremely frustrating for the price you are paying for these devices. Hope to see some resolution or else I’ve paid for products based on features that I cannot get.

Only use if you don’t need to share the app
They have made the process of sharing this with multiple people horrendous. The process they tell you to follow is inaccurate, you can’t even sign in on more than one phone. I assume that helps boost your numbers for ads and stuff.
餌の量が合わない
本日購入したのでテストで3回ほど手動で給餌してみたのですが、25g設定で20〜23gしか出てきませんでした。餌の大きさの問題とかもあるかもしれません。
Too many ads
The app should be simpler/provide a more direct way to feed my cats or view SD card footage without seeing ads for other products or sales. Too much bloat.
Room for improvement
The app works most of the time, but experiences regular bugs that affect the usability of the feeder. For example, scheduled meals that become “unavailable” (greyed out as though they’ve been “served”), frequent disconnections of the device from the app, which make it hard to track whether meals have been served, etc. In terms of UI, it currently does not cater to those who feed their cats twice a day. Recurring schedules do not work in that case. When programming a new schedule, if you do it to close to the first time’s scheduled time, it will add +24hrs to it. For example, it’s Monday 8 am and you want to feed the first meal at 8.15 am, it’ll change it to Tuesday 8.15 am….

App notification stopped working
did everything support asked me to check. Both app and device lcd is not showing any notifications at all. but well, it was a shot for a pet owner to be lazy at tending to pets
No notifications
Cleaning, filter change, and water refill requirements have stopped showing up as notifications.

今ではない事がムリです。 あえて言うなら お皿がたまに移動してしまう事くらいです。 本当に便利。 充電もうちは3週間はもちます。
Stop asking stupid questions!
Opened the app to make a quick adjustment to my cat feeder. Had to create a full pet portfolio with 100 questions first.
App is very hit and miss, products are good though
Sadly a lot of the updates seem to kill the app for a brief time, but overall the app design is good. Was much better before they kept trying to force you to upgrade to a plan however, which drives me mad as all of those features used to be included. Such a shame when companies do this to make more money.

No notification on my phone after dispensing food or sometimes it gives late
Feeder says “feeding” after it already has been dispensed. Its very inconvenient because I cannot tell if the food was dispensed when Im not home. I already reset it 3 times and the issue comes back again
Works well with compatible devices
App was easy to set up and connected to the 2G/5G granary feeder and dockstream water fountain without any problems. My WiFi is quite reliable and we haven’t had any connection issues so far. The feeder even updated to the latest firmware. We get notifications from both devices to our phones. Only con so far is that if you have the app on both iPhone and iPad, you cannot be logged into both devices. Logging into one device will log you out of the other. However, the apps do support Face ID for authentication so logging back in is easy. My wife and I both like to keep track of our pet so sharing devices is simple enough. My wife did need to create her own account via the app so that I could share both devices with her using her email address. Seems like the auto-ordering via Alexa is only available in the US for now as it gave me an error when I tried to connect using Amazon Canada account. Assuming this will be addressed in the future. Would be good to order replacement filters and other accessories via the app in the future as well (especially in Canada). So far, the app is good and working as expected. Looking forward to additional features in the future.

I have a water fountain as well as a granary feeder both work very well with the app. The app is sleek looking and very responsive. The only issue is that even when I read the notifications inside the message center, my app still shows notifications for the app… I have to delete all the messages in message center for then to disappear, this is pretty annoying since I would love to keep some of the messages.

For some reason, turning off a scheduled feeding doesn’t work. Need to go into the schedule itself and remove the scheduled feeding.
