fails to do the main job
The primary purpose of this app is to connect to and control the air purifier. However, each time you open the app, you are required to accept marketing ads and consent to the use of your data for marketing purposes. Additionally, the device frequentlyDisconnects, forcing you to go through a time-consuming and frustrating reconnection process due to repeated failures.
Penticton, BC
Liking the app but please add Penticton to the list of locations. We have to select Kelowna and the air quality is very different between the two.
Can’t use after enter
After the recent update, there are nothing on the screen that I can interact with, no matter restart the phone or redownload the app, it’s been 3 days, trash app

Penticton BC
You need to add Penticton to the list of locations.
Drummondville
It will not let me put Drummondville as my location
Stop working after update
After update to 1.6.1, the app not working

Marketing updates pop up
The air purifier is really great, and that app functions as needed. I would like some more detailed reports, but it’s not bad. However, everytime o open the app I get two back to back popups reminding me to consent to receiving marketing updates. I don’t want updates and will not consent but there seems to be no way to opt out of the popups. This cheapens the product in my opinion.
Winix Smart 360 PET
Auto function does not work in AUTO mode, you often have to turn it back to manual mode to get GOOD air quality in room often saying it’s Good but when turned to manual mode it will say with POOR or FAIR air quality. So when sleeping unless you leave it on low mode it doesn’t keep the room air quality GOOD at night time as the AUTO mode does not kick in
.
Cant log in
I’ve had this app for ONE day. Did an update and can no longer log in. I have over 30gb of free space and have changed my password, nothing works.
AQI readings
The app works well for operating the unit but I find the AQI readings to be garbage: they are completely different from what the unit indicator light is showing. There is not apparent reason given for this, although it may be that the app is only reporting for the PM sensor and not the VOC one?
Let down by lack of custom user features
App does the job however it would be helpful to have a few extra features. 1. Ability to customise the name of the rooms. We have one in each bedroom and I can only choose from a set name. So one is named bedroom and the other is living room :/ 2. Ability to set a replacement reminder on the paper pet filter as well as the main filter.
winix smart crAPP
Who are the idiots who developed this app.? The device is utterly unstable as well as the app. A bunch of uneducated, inexperienced people developed this app indeed. Even with updates the app and the hardware is indeed NOT reliable. You need to manually re-connect the device to wifi each time even without plugging it off from the outlet to use the app. What a pathetic device and app..!! Too hilarious
Poor wifi connection options
There should be an option to reconnect the existing device rather than removing it and adding it back to the app
Good but not great
Could use better data for as why it goes from good to fair. Charts don’t really tell you much
Practical & Smart
Great air purifier / quiet and effective 👌I have two at home and I do see and feel the difference when comparing before and after for air quality!
Won’t connect?
I Follow the instructions, connect to the device through the wifi settings and the app won’t update for the next step after you are connected. Basically useless right now.
Sade basit
Tek eksiği; PM değereni cihazdaki anlik degisimlerle uyumlu olmaması ,uygulamayi kapatip acmadan bu değeri güncellemiyor.Sabit olmasıni ne gibi faydasi olabilir ki ? Yoksa uygulama sade ve anlaşılır erisimi kolay .
Can’t login
Unable to log into the app tried resetting my password multiple times and same message email or password does not match. Tried uninstalling and installing app still doesn’t work.
Can’t disable sleep in auto mode
Great hardware and easy to use app but you can’t disable sleep mode when it’s set to auto. Unless you stop breathing when it’s dark that means you’re constantly manually managing fan speed settings which is pain. I don’t know why they don’t give you the option to disable sleep…
Very useful and easy to use
Good UI and easy to use app to monitor the air quality and the C5
What a pathetic app
Was a pain to get hooked up to the internet, then it wanted an update after update to use. Like there is no way air filter needs like 6 updates over 3 months to keep working and then the insult is the damn keeps “losing connection”. Worst app ever. I feel they should pay me for all time they wasted.
Simple & User Friendly
Air Purifier is amazing with everything that you need. App is simple and user friendly. Highly recommended.
Marketing spam
The constant prompting by this app to consent to receiving marketing emails is really invasive and annoying
Can’t create an account
I’m going through the process of signing my the app on my iPhone and when I put email and create a password the keyboard is covering the sign up button. I can’t progress. It’s obviously a bug but kind of disappointing
Keeps air clean day long
Cleans air without any effort of providing ventilation
Won’t connect
Junky app, device won’t connect
Easy instructions
Easy to installation of the app
Unit great, app could leave.
App constantly disconnects from your units even though not moving and is close to router. It also keeps asking to consent to marketing every time you open the app. Purifier is great. Please focus on that and UI. Could do without all the added problems.
It would be great if locations fixed
I don’t understand the reason for a location to be mandatory, if you don’t have locations available or recognized. Only few Cities in Ontario Canada are included, so those who don’t live in available Cities, must pick incorrect location. What is the purpose of having wrong location, does not give me any meaningful or valid data.

Add dark mode
Too much ad, app is slow. Need to add dark mode.
good air purifier; bad app
The air purifier works very well, but i cant open the app. When i tap it open exit the app somehow. Tried restarting my phone. I was hoping for more info in the app; coildnt understand th buttons.
Stopped connecting to c545
No matter what C545 will not connect claiming local network setting even when enabled
Poor Wifi Management
We recently purchased our machine and connected to the wifi successfully upon setup. A little while later either the wifi button was accidentally pressed or the wifi glitched on our end and it disconnected. In order to get it working again we had to completely delete and re-connect the purifier on the app, losing all stats and information previously collected about air quality. There is no spot on the app to easily re-connect wifi without having to lose all info - or if there is, we were not able to find it.
Good purifier. Mediocre app.
Why no Canada support for locations? Also, where is the google home support...
