Best thing ever
I love this product . Affordable, easy to install, app on my phone. I love lights are all on and off without me having to do a thing . Especially like the house isn’t dark when I get home
Good to Bad in a week
This app is driving me out of my mind. Timers are created that I did not make. The times set on timers I made are different every time I open the app. It will NOT let me delete timers. It will NOT let me turn timers off. Sprinkler will start when no timer is set and run indefinitely until I notice and then it off. The connection is good and everything is updated. I am out of ideas and have no idea what to do. This did not happen the previous year and I was suggesting this device to everyone. Now I’m am ready to toss it and find something else.

Widget needs update
App widget could be better. It’s a very simple on/off button that definitely needs visual and or haptic feedback so that you can verify if the switch is on or off. You never know just by looking at the widget if you successfully turned the device on or off. It controls some outdoor lights and if I’m using the widget while inside I have to go look outside to verify if the lights are in fact on or off.

Always says “off line” when you need to use it and doesn’t work.

Slow response time
The app takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to recognize the light as online, then another 20-30 seconds to respond to each command. This happens every time I try to use the app. This does not happen with the SmartLife app and devices I own.
Great app - could use more functionality!
Really well built app without much nonsense like some smart home apps. My only complaint is that I really wish I could set my door lock “auto lock” to something greater than 10 minutes. I think a setting up to an hour isn’t unreasonable.

Garbage go with a better brand
I’ve had enough. Years later all I have are regrets. This is by far the worst app and worst lights you can buy. Do yourself a favor spend the extra money and get the Phillips lights and app.

It takes a long time to find my phone sometimes
Hobbleware if you don’t let it “call home”
Finds my Bluetooth lights significantly faster when wifi is turned off and refuses to work with cellular data turned off. We should be able to control our appliances ASAP, not have to wait for the app to check remote services for whatever else might be connected to the account, and should be able to control what is close enough to connect to via Bluetooth without having to the internet.

Poor Quality at best
I bought this because of space, 360 sq ft, BTU’s, 8000, and price. Price good, quality poor. My old unit cooled far better at half capacity due to age than this piece of junk. Unfortunately I trusted that the unit would work as promised, so I permanently mounted it only to find it was a worthless piece of equipment. All I can say is I am out $400 bucks including installation. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON VISSANI PRODUCTS!!!!
annoying
nothing pisses me off more then when my friends want me to change the color. i have to fight for it to work and it randomly disconnects from the wifi making me have to set it up all over again. this app has good intentions but it makes me loose it on a bad day. i do like the lights itself it’s just the app
Poor control
Performs basic functions, like turning on and off manually, but does not allow timed off. The most annoying thing is that often after I manually turned it off, it turned back on without instructions. So, I had to check every time after I turned it off.
Smart devices are fun until the app stops working
Enjoyed the app until I opened it to change the settings on my child’s bedroom light and it just said “scanning for devices.” Couldn’t do anything else or navigate to the home page. Tried to use a different phone to change the light settings and got several errors. Then the app exited out of the light I was trying to change and all my “devices” had been removed from the Hubspace home page. Not sure I can add them back in since I threw out the QR codes after adding them to the app. I guess my child’s bedroom light is stuck on bright yellow 1% brightness now.

I love the Hubspace app the only problem is that sometimes it won’t change not sure if it’s because bad data/internet but overall I recommend Hubspace as your online app for controlling your lights.

Timer & adds
The timer for each switch should have the ability to set it for days and hours, not just 24 hours. would like a little less ads or pay for no ads. Update: your response of consideration is insulting, just step up and change the timer to days and hours. Doesn’t anyone at your company actually think about and take action about improves that make sense ? 🤦🏻
Hubspace individual plug
A bit dissatisfied with the product. I often have to unplug it, to rest the wifi connection. It works until I am away from the home for a longer period of time. When I return it is offline.

Great app and easy setup, but how do I invite a family member (spouse, child) to share in control of the lighting???
extremely frustrating
sometimes my lights will just stay offline for genuinely up to 45 minutes. it happens connected to wifi, bluetooth on, and within five feet of the lights. i hate that i’m stuck with this unless i want to buy new lightbulbs.

It’s works when I need it. And it nice to know I can. Turn on and off . While I’m on the go. Have no worry’s .
App brings up keyboard and doesn’t let you close it
Unable to join devices to wifi because the keyboard is in the way. You don’t allow keyboard to close and you don’t allow us to scroll down. I hate poorly designed apps like this.

Best lights, outlets, doorlocks! Very affordable, user friendly, many different colors and adjustable brightness (all the way to completely off). Would recommend to all friends and family. 10/10 honestly

Control options are redundant and therefore confusing!
Mostly great - missing some things to be perfect
I really like how responsive and intuitive the app is. Every setting is where I expect it to be. I LOVE the sunrise/sunset settings (and ability to tweak it by 10 minute increments). However, I just wish I could group lights together so that when setting or adjusting a timer, I could just do it once for the group, instead of having to repeat the same adjustment for all 6 of my outdoor lights individually, which is a pain. But otherwise great app.
Where are the presets?
This app sucks. For one, you can’t save your own presets. I should be able to one tap to change between my own preset brightness levels for example. For two, no Apple Shortcuts integration. Not having either of these two basic feature defeats the purpose of owning smart bulbs..
