What people like
- Picture quality is crisp and clear
- Great value for the price
- Easy to link cameras quickly
What they complain about
- App crashes constantly after updates
- Live video loads painfully slow
- Playback is terrible and buggy
- Connection drops and won’t reconnect
Very easy plug & play
Best low cost camera system that I’ve encountered. Good software easily linked the cameras.
Why did I choose this!!!???
This is the worst app I have ever used and, considering it's a very important security app, in this day and age, I’m appalled it's not better. It's not user friendly at all. I’m so disappointed I chose this particular security camera to save some money only to find out I had no choice but to stick with ZosiSmart! Smart?!? I’ve not found anything smart yet. If you need to find a particular time you have to sit and watch to pin point when something happened through hours of little marks on a timeline. It's not intelligent enough to eliminate tree movements or spider webs in the breeze even though set to detect a person or an animal. My own fault. I’m now going to go to a professional company and have a proper system installed with a decent visual feed I can scroll through easily. I’ve wasted sooooo much time on this app and I'll never get it back.

Latest update has problems
Your latest update on the app has firstly caused the video viewing size to become smaller not full width anymore also for some reason the app is now using up all my iPhone storage 34gb in 6 days from a fresh install
Zosi Four cameras
They are good for the money but a little unstable on mobile connection
Quality
Good quality and not complicated
Camera good app rubbish
I managed to set up the Zosi camera. It seems pretty fast, and the picture quality is good. However, the app completely makes it useless because although you can view the live feed, if you set it to record continuously and then go back to view something that has been recorded, it doesn’t actually play it. It just shows a load of thumbnails with no pictures, so you can’t view the recordings.
Good enough
I will recommend
Quality system poor app
Disappointed that the dvr wont go past 2025 and app keeps crashing saying signal is weak on a wired unit, major update needed
Schlechte App
Verbindung wird oft verhindert, abgebrochen oder hängt sich auf, obwohl man 5 m neben dem Wlanrouter sitzt
Mr
Nice i like it
A RIP-OFF
This is a complete waste of money. Do not buy. Inefficient, not spontaneous and a security risk and a threat to child and animal. Another case of substandard products being sold on the internet.
Nearly perfect
Everything works really well. Picture is always crisp and clear. Only thing that would be good to add to the app is being able to delete all notifications at once. During bad weather there can be 3-400 per night. Takes ages
Really
How can you make something worse it doesn’t work properly anymore and half the features are doubled up and it keeps shutting off. What a joke
Not fast
Play not fast
Cameras
Working well
Poor speed
Not good
Excellent
A good cctv monitoring system that works well.
Playback is broken

Connecting

Very good
Image, sound, connection problems
The picture is blurry, there's no sound recording, the connection is terrible and very slow (at a snail's pace). You wait 1.5 minutes to open one camera, or it says there's no internet; everything that happened before you could even open the video has already happened.
Pretty good
Not been fitted long but so far so good!
Clunky and not up to standard
Latest upgrade has made a bad app, worse! Now you can’t select a single screen to view from a multi screen. Very cumbersome app that requires loading up of the camera cluster and then reloading if you want to view an individual cam, why? It should already be loaded. Then if you want to rotate the screen you have to click a rotate button instead of simply rotating, then you have to click rotate off otherwise it freezes. This is simply not up to the standard of other camera brand apps, do some homework zosi! I wait everyday hoping for an update to the app!! Can’t wait to replace this system every update makes it worse

Great until it wasn't...
Worked flawlessly until you guys updated the app... now it crashes everytime I try and access my camera's settings menu's! Cheers guys!
Window camera
When I open the App it takes a while to upload live view
Crashes
Every time I get a notification on my iPhone. I click to open it and the app crashes and I have to find the app on my phone and open it in order to get the notification but by time I open it the motion/person whatever made it go off is already gone
Hard to connect
The wifi is good but hit and miss to connect.
Admin
Great net work , on the admin browsing area improvement to could be improve Otherwise good product
Crashing
Since update yesterday app is repeatedly crashing when trying to enter settings. Someone please check this and fix the bug as the app is useless right now
Good system
It’s a good system but the cameras are a bit limited in what they can do, but clear vision.
Not working
The cameras quickly just fine as it’s what it’s, they’re only cheap stuff. Here is the things that I can’t get footage on the phone
24th August Update
It doesn’t do what it says it does in the advertisement
Great product
Just upgraded to a ZOSI POE system, from an original ZOSI analogue one. For the price a quality article, exceptional packaging with good support. Added 2 additional ZOSI IP cameras, with further expansion possible. Very pleased .

Sound
Awesome system except for the fact that I can’t hear any sound from the cameras also am not able to communicate with anyone detected.
Used to work
Only shows 4 instead of 8 now. Have to enter password every single time. Playback is terrible. App support doesn’t exist. Need help
Sykal
Not liking this app as much as the previous one. This app is slower and appears to be of a lesser quality picture. My cameras are the same but had to update the DVR only to find the power supply to the old unit was the problem still powering the unit but not at the correct voltage.
Best cameras

POOR
Getting Worse each upgrade. Now hardly ever produces pictures It is not able to the handle wifi, the only app which does this. Had to uninstall last version completely, before this version would work, not an ordinary latest version upgrade from the app store. When are you going to invest in App stability, so that when monitoring the app you can retrieve stable pictures from your Camera’s, or would you prefer I threw the system away and build my own?

Not great
The app needs a lot of work. Sometimes connects, sometimes doesn’t, constantly asks for the password. The previous version wasn’t great either but this one is worse, at least it used to work, albeit clumsy.
App
New app update is much better
