Very time-consuming
Loading nap was OK getting the instructions to make it work was so tedious every time I touch a button it wouldn’t work. I’d have to press it eight or nine times before I had results. It was a very tedious

Very misleading!
Was trying to upload the app for the webcam I had purchased and this came up at top of list so accidentally loaded ( my fault). Realised this immediately and cancelled then tried to contact someone - no way of seeing how to do this!! Not right!

Annoyed
It seems I’ve signed up to pay a subscription which I wasn’t aware of! I’m trying to cancel it but finding that difficult!

Took payment during trial
I bought a camera and searched for matching software, as this popped up at the top I thought it was the right one. However, it wasn’t. I signed up to the app and it had a trial period, however they took the money immediately off my card and despite me not using the software and reporting a problem to them several times I’ve had no acknowledgement, and no refund of the £18. The only thing I could do was cancel it which means the account is live until next year 2026. I paid £18 for something I didn’t want and told them within minutes. Very disappointing customer service.

Money grabbers
Before you can test your camera security system out your asked a lot of personal questions, forced to subscribe then it say no network connection found. I’m personally sitting looking on my monitor at 4 wireless camera views of my property yet this app says there’s no network connection available, no cameras available. Except there’s a wonderful 1 meg internet service to my home. Could cancel my £18 subscription immediately on my iPad but unfortunately unable to access the app to get a refund within the 14 day money back period. Not advised to use this. I’ve been forced to pay for a year and I’ve already deleted the app in disgust.

Tricked
This app looks straight forward, but before you can test it they force you to subscribe, then after you ve paid, you realise they ask you technical questions like host ip and path and login to the camera with passwords no one has. So wasted 4£ and gave up

Not compatible with all camera models. After I downloaded this and found out it didn’t work I deleted it and cancelled any subscriptions (which you have to chose before setting it up), I was still charged, very annoyed
