I paid the 1.99 for the subscription and the camera show is still not activated. I think these come from China so I’m going to close this out and throw these two cameras away that I bought brand new. It’s not worth a headache and now I am suspicious that this is even a legitimate company.

I Pay for the subscription and the ads appears in the middle of the screen sometimes doesnt give the option to close it. Its a lost of time. Can we use another app more friendly.

Doesn’t even work half the time
The camera is set up yet I can’t even get on to the app! The adds keep popping up and the X to close them and view the camera footage disappears! No night vision you have to keep a light on to view anything. Don’t waste your time, buy a better security camera!

Problem connecting camera to app (Network timed out)
Message: Dear Seller, I recently purchased your camera (model: Ftycam A9), and I’m having trouble connecting it to the app on my iPhone 11 Pro. The app is installed successfully, but every time I try to log in or connect the camera, I receive the following message: “Network timed out. Please try again later.” I’ve checked my Wi-Fi connection (2.4GHz), and everything seems to be working correctly. Could you please advise how to fix this issue or provide an updated guide? Die App lässt keine alternative zum hauseigenen, kostenpflichtigen Cloud-Speicher. Das ist ein no-Go für mich. Ich guck, ob ich keine andere App dafür verwenden kann.

Better cameras and apps out there
I bought this camera because it was cheap (you get what you pay for). The camera quality is ok, the sound is not. The app is the real problem. It took me like a hour to get it to finally connect to the camera. The system settings don’t allow you to adjust to “event recording”, so the camera just records to the sd card all day long. I have notifications on, but I get no alerts when motion is detected.

The app takes five minutes+ to load. It does NOT allow me to set up an account. It’s absolutely worthless!
Persistence and Patience Required
It finally works with the Temu camera I bought… setup and figuring it out was a pain!! It took many tries and lots of time. Needs to be more user-friendly. It doesn’t work if I’m not on my home internet network, but what can one expect from a camera that was only a few dollars? For the price I’m ok with it, and the intercom function even works through the app.. pretty cool :)

tento comprar espaço na nuvem para gravar as filmagens e o app não permite. os métodos de pagamento não aparecem, logo, não consigo finalizar. se forem usar esse app, saibam que o sd card é indispensável
For what I paid it’s ok
The camera video quality is actually great audio works fine it took me some time to realize that the arrows are the opposite meaning right moves it left & left moves it right & etc but the only thing I hate is that when trying purchase a subscription when I click add a payment method nothing is there so I can’t purchase a subscription so I can’t really do what I actually bought the camera for

One Star ⭐️ Can’t login in creating a account.. Can’t login having an account - Ended up using an Android device that showed a Gmail option and was able to get the camera connected and working- This app for IOS is Broken and useless now !

Unable to purchase cloud service
Camera is fine, but the app needs work. Unable to purchase cloud service to enable detection notification. Doesn’t give options for a payment method.

It doesn’t work with the camera very well and it doesn’t save any information. You can’t format a SD card and it doesn’t talk to the camera very well. It just needs some TLC and programming.

Account setup
This app is working fine with me. I noticed few confusing things in account setup like when ask to add email and the following page it adds country code before the email. That parts confuses people. People should not be panic by that. The verification code will still go thru. The first time it sends the code it might take sometimes but you will eventually receive it. The battery does not seems to be charging. To designers: You should update : First the agreement and privacy policy since they do not exist in the provided link. Also in account setup once you choose your country it ask for email but add a prefix of the country telephone code in front of the email. You should fix these matters.

The camera is good quality it doesn’t pick up the video poorly it does have volume. There is night, vision and all of those are great qualities, but where my problem lies is the fact that I cannot save my video because I can’t get the subscription because whenever I push the subscription it says put in a payment method but there’s nothing else there just says put in a payment method so if I get robbed and I want to see the video. I can’t because I’m unable to buy the subscription and it doesn’t save it. I would get five stars if they update their app to where Americans are able to purchase the subscription. Because the camera is good, but it makes it worthless because I can’t save the video and when I put in an SD it keeps telling me the SD card is not detected
Total waste of money
Received 3 cameras this weekend have tried getting set up and fought for over 3 hours on just the first one to get it to connect to our WiFi then it would stay connected. The worst part is the cameras do not stay charged for more than an hour AND you cannot change the length of time you want them recording! Definitely do not recommend buying these. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL EITHER

Red inestable no detecta micro SD
Agradecer al equipo de soporte, que logró arreglar el error de que la aplicación se cerraba cuando configurabas el modo Guard, sin embargo, a pesar de tener buena conexión a Internet, no logro que deje de sacarme la notificación de red inestable, y tampoco he logrado que reconozca las tarjetas Micro Sd, a pesar de intentar con varios modelos.
Simply does not work
Can’t get past the email verification code, never sends and for some reason adds a +1 to email?? also it does not show you the privacy policy!! Just a blank page when you select it. Seems shady to me

Pour ceux qui se posent des questions de recevoir le code, aller dans vos spams.. vous le trouverez… sinon le fonctionnement est assez stable, mais il manque une fonctionnalité que je recherchais qui est la détection je ne sais pas pourquoi ça marche pas..
If in US don’t buy the cameras
Don’t buy the cameras associated with this app it’s impossible to register to use them because they imbed a +1 in front of your email making it impossible to register them for use and it won’t accept your phone either.
